    Chocolate Mousse Cake

Stopped in on a Wednesday night and the vibe was calm. Christmas music was playing, the lights were soft, and the dining room was pretty quiet. My son loves revolving sushi because he gets to grab plates like it is a mini game, but tonight the belt was moving slow. There were long stretches where nothing came by. I understand keeping food waste down, but it definitely toned down the fun. We were seated right away. Service was fine. When we sat down, someone had just left the bar and their plates and cans stayed there a little longer than I wanted to see. A quicker cleanup would have helped the vibe. From the belt, I grabbed a Monster Roll and a Hidden Dragon Roll. My son grabbed edamame, a Volcano Roll, and then the chocolate mousse cake because the conveyor basically advertised it like a commercial. Honestly, the chocolate mousse cake ended up being the best part of the night. Creamy, mildly chocolatey, and sitting on a little cookie crust. We like that. Everything else we tried was decent and the prices were fair. I also ordered the crispy rice tuna. Good crunch, mild tuna, fresh avocado. Solid enough for a midweek stop. Overall it was a mellow visit. The conveyor was a little too quiet for our taste, but my son really likes this spot, so we will be back. And next time, I will not be shy about grabbing another mousse cake.

Ambiance: was cute and had a Japanese theme. Service: staff were attentive and friendly. Food: it was okay it wasn't bad or super good. Sushi was okay, I did like my salad. The chicken teriyaki was a bit dry but overall I wouldn't mind coming back here

3.5 stars We were attempting to avoid the crowd at Kura and instead found ourselves here on a Friday night. There are notable differences between Kura and Fuji. For one, there is no crowd. Secondly, and importantly, the conveyor belt selection at Fuji is a little more limited. You can of course order off the menu, but those tend to be full sized rolls/dishes and more of a commitment. Tbh, ordering a la carte isn't quite so fun as trying a weird little roll off the conveyor belt. I thought the nigiri was pretty good. The albacore and tuna pieces were a little frozen-y for my liking and could have used a little more thawing time. The specialty rolls off the conveyor belt were also okay good. Good enough to satiate my craving not nothing to write home about. Interestingly enough, there are a number of Vietnamese dishes in the menu should you want to dabble in both. With that said, I feel like Fuji is an actual sushi restaurant that moonlights as a revolving sushi bar.

We're parents to a 1 year old, which means Valentines day was a bit of a last minute thought this year. We gathered up the strength on the last leg of the day and rounded up the troop for sushi! What spot would you recommend to make the night fun and entertaining for all of us? That's right, revolving sushi belt. We arrived a little past 5pm to a fairly empty restaurant. With 2 servers working, and a couple of chefs behind the counter, this seemed like a quiet night. We were passed menus, while we slid down our booth seats- to really no other direction after. It was our first time, so we had no idea what we were walking into. Menu does not have much direction, but thankfully- we made it through. Servers were in close enough proximity to order anything off menu, and the conveyor belt is an endless free for all. With plates ranging between $3 to $5 dollars. We opted to get their Fuji Garlic Fries ($7.99), an order of their Crispy Rice ($8.99) and tried their Milk Tea ($6). The plates all consisted of 2 pcs of different sushis'. This gives you ample opportunity to try different flavors and combos, without the commitment to a plate of 6-8 pieces. We got 17 plates in and a recurring grab for us was their Salmon Nigiri, $4.25 a plate for 2pcs of thickly sliced salmon. Great quality fish, they had their peppered option and one with a dollop of a mayo sauce as well which were all divine. Aside from salmon, we saw eel and shrimp and 1 seared tuna tataki. There weren't any other fish for nigiri which was disappointing. A majority of their rolls were California rolls with a twist, basically all artificial crab meat which is not our thing. Overall, the food was decent, not quite bang for your buck but the experience was definitely fun. We'll probably try out other revolving sushi restaurants before opting to come back here.

Our first time trying out this place and it did not disappoint. We got a plate of scallop sushi and salmon sushi as we waited for the ramens. The server was very quick to bring our food to the table. We ordered salmon collar - the meat is fatty and skin is a little crispy just perfect. Ramen soup base was this savory pork broth with chachu, bamboo shoot, sliced wood ear etc. The only thing I would like to bring up is the egg is a bit overcooked so it tastes like a regular hard boiled egg.

Fuji Revolving Sushi Bar in Los Angeles was... fine. The vibes were cute--it's a really small spot but the cozy atmosphere works for it, and the staff were super attentive and very friendly, which I really appreciated. That said, the sushi itself was pretty mid. The ikura was disappointing--half-filled with roe even though the menu photo shows it completely full. The quality of the fish was okay, but nothing that stood out or felt especially fresh. It wasn't bad, just not memorable. Overall, the place is charming for the experience and the service, but if you're coming mainly for the sushi, it's kind of underwhelming.

Fuji revolving sushi is a hidden sushi gem , it's next to Costco and behind the restaurant hidden in the back. I love that it has a revolving sushi bar. Everyone is friendly and this place isn't as popular as kura revolving down the street but honestly I think it's better than kura sushi when it comes to taste and price. I recommend the seared salmon sushi.

First time here! Was on my way to get Costco gas after church and saw this and started craving sushi. Didn't realize it was revolving until I got closer and got even more excited! You see, the first time I remember having sushi was with my family back in Hong Kong. We went to a revolving sushi place and I LOVED it! So this brought back memories! Anyway, I love having a variety of things to try. This was perfect! The hot tea pairs perfectly with it too! And the cute set up, ambiance and how everything you need is right in front of you! The wasabi looks like balls of matcha ice cream! lol! I tried: Eel sushi, crispy rice with spicy tuna (crispy! Mmmm!), the crawfish roll, the baked scallop roll, Philly roll (it was ok) and then ordered Salmon, yellow tail and albacore sashimi. My 3 favorite without the carbs. No uni here... but OMG! Check out my pics! They cut the salmon, yellowtail and albacore so thick and juicy for me! Salmon is always yummy! Yellowtail was so buttery and delicious! Albacore had a hint of smokiness. Perfection! Oh wow! The hot Cheeto roll?! Hahaha! Who would've thought to make something like this! Wow! Yummy! And the crème brûlée ?! So good! I'm done! I'm so full! It was just me and I ate 6 plates plus sashimi and the crème brûlée and hot tea!!! I think I'm done with food for today! lol! Will definitely be back! My son would love this place!

Been has been coming to this location for about 10 years now, and we usually receive eight rolls. This order doesn't look right, and it seems like it wasn't prepared properly. Has something changed?

Seared Salmon, Dragon Roll, California Deluxe Roll

Filet Mignon + salad & miso soup, with Seared Salmon, Dragon Roll, California Deluxe Roll off the belt = heaven. This is a staple for me, I'll always be getting this each time I come here. So good!!

Our Go-To for a fun family night out and sushi! Who doesn't love the anticipation of your next dish as the revolving food belt coming swishing by?! Catch it before the next table does! Lots of sushi roll varieties including the classics: California roll, volcano roll, salmon roll, spicy tuna, etc. And if sushi is not your thing, check out their menu for udon, ramen, rice dishes and even French fries- YUM!

Lovely restaurant located in a nice area! The sushi is always amazing and the prices are very reasonable. The staff has always been friendly and I especially love how much pride the cooks take in their work!

Came on a Sunday evening. Parking was ample. I'm sure if you come during lunch, it might be packed since it's next to Costco. Got seated right away, we asked for a booth. Only two both FYI. Since it's purpose is to sit around the revolving bar. Had Spicy Shoyu Ramen, it had good flavor. Just wish the temperature was hotter. Next time, I'll asked to not include the cabbage. Didn't realize it had it. Friend wanted Teriyaki Chicken, so he ordered a bento box. He enjoyed it. Dark meat chicken. He did comment the portion was on the smaller side of what he normally gets from other places. Had a couple usually sushi and rolls from the revolving belt. It was fun. Left with our bellies happy. Would I come back, yes.

The service was 50/50. Some of the pop working were super helpful and friendly and others, it felt like when they brought you food they practically tossed it on the table or didn't ask if you needed anything else. I'm not sure if it's because everything is ordered from a machine table side. I did appreciate the waiter going over the menu and the limitations on certain items. The appetizers on the menu that I tried were a miss. I had the shumai dumplings and they were horrible. They did not taste like shumai and were mushy. The chicken thigh yakitori was nicely grilled and the sauce had great flavor, but it was greasy. The garlic shrimp was good but it was a total catfish because they looked nothing like the menu I really enjoyed the carpaccio options they had but without the upgraded ayce you're limited to two orders of two pieces only. The fish was fresh and I loved the sauces and garnish they added to the overall flavor. The salmon belly and yellowtail belly nigiri were amazing and I loved that they don't give you a huge chunk of rice with it. I was able to taste the fish. I had a variety of their no rice rolls but in my opinion, a lot of them are one dimensional. I didn't care much for the crab mixture they use in their rolls. It was too sweet and was lacking texture. Even the veggie roll was a let down. It was far from a veggie roll with crunchy fresh veggies, instead it had a glop of avacado, soggy cucumber, and a single soggy piece of asparagus. The ambiance is chill. They have music playing in the background and it's a vibe. There's table, booth, bar, and outdoor seating. They can definitely accommodate a large crowd but I would call ahead to ensure you don't have a crazy wait. This place got pretty crowded as the night went on. Overall, it was an ok experience and I don't think I'd consider eating here again because it took over 10min to get the check and over 20min to get the last roll requested. I ended up requesting a manager because we confirmed the last order was in but it never came! We could walk out and not pay, that's how disconnected they are.
