My garage door puller was grinding when I open the door. The door pully on the right side lost tension, cable unwounded off the pulley, two rollers jumped the track. The door looks so bad because it was unlevel and I had to push the door up to get my truck out. My car was parked in the driveway. This was Thursday night at 6:00pm.
