It's a highlight for me that the company communicate in text message as well as in phone call (comparing to other service who insist on phone call only) since messaging is my preferred method of communication. They did well in adjusting the new garage door to fit my house's wall frame. They also cleaned up and hauled away the all old garage door and parts before leaving. All in all, excellent performance. Aaron Overhead Door worked on my garage door before so it's great to know they still maintain the quality in their work. The only small issue I had was the limit of their inventory. I was told that there's only one option in stock for the garage door size of my house. My garage is the normal 2 doors residential type. The inspector said if I want to see more options, the wait might be 16 weeks which is a very long time. So it feels like there's no other choice. Again, the service, the communication, and the products are all great. I just hoped that for something as big budget as garage door, there would be more options to choose.

The poor garage door install would also in the long term lead to damages to the door as well. Without Joe pointing this out we would incur unplanned expenses in the future. We reached out to the garage door installer to address the issue, something they didn't want to do as the warranty had expired. They did make some minor adjustments, but only time will tell if it will do the job. At least Joe and Aaron's pointed out the issue. We have a two car garage with a huge garage door. Recently, we had noticed that the door wasn't…read moreopening smoothly as it had in the past. Thinking it could be the rollers, I replaced all of them, except for the bottom two that are connected to the spring (dangerous if you don't know what you're doing..and I don't). Unfortunately, that didn't fix it and we were afraid that we might have to replace the whole door (pricey). We called ODC and they sent Gary, who looked at our door and found that the topmost section had begun to sag slightly, causing that section of the door to "oilcan" rather than just rotate smoothly. He assured us that he could add a brace to the top section, and then he offered to replace the two rollers that I hadn't wanted to risk doing myself. The estimate was about a third of what we had been afraid it would be. He also said it was good that we hadn't ignored it, because eventually that can cause bad damage to the door. He came back 2 days later with the new brace, and was done with everything in less than an hour. No attempt to "upsell" unnecessary repairs or equipment, he was pleasant and neat, and even showed me where and how to lubricate the door to keep it smooth. It runs like a Swiss watch now. I highly recommend this company for your overhead door needs.
