After getting dressed, I was back in the lobby 10 minutes before the massage appointment was scheduled to end. I brought up the fact of the massage was not a 60-minute massage to the front desk person who said "Oh, Ok." Nothing else. That's it. Not a care in the world. Besides being shortchanged on time, the massage was probably the worst I've ever had. I asked for medium/medium plus pressure. Therapist was new and basically rubbed oil over me...no pressure at all.
