And it is unbelievable how they keep coming up with new and different exercises. It is impossible to get bored working out here. Just couple days ago, we had 3 friends visiting from out of state, and they wanted to join our Bootcamp work out. Very flexible and accommodating, Joey(the owner) allowed us to bring our friends to work out with us(for a very modest fee) Gina was our trainer that morning and she was amazing. Me, and my wife love what she does, but our friends loved her too. They were beyond impressed! They want to come visiting more often now, just so they go to the gym with us. They even consider leaving Maryland to move nearby just so they get a membership with Burr Strength! And I am not sugar coating it!! We don't have enough words to describe how happy and satisfied we are with our gym membership !

I've been trying to put on weight and even though I do workout at home I won't build too much mass using only 5 pound weights. Actually when we were on our way there yesterday I almost chickened out because it was something new and I was scared to try it. I tried to convince my boyfriend we should just go back home. He convinced me to just try it. I had so much FUN. Wow. I loved seeing what I'm capable of and seeing what I could accomplish. Zach & Troy we're extremely helpful. I have back issues so they took the time to help me learn propper form and support me. They are motivating and just really put a pep in your step. I think one of the things that made me fall in love with this place is the community. I crave that. Especially after covid when we couldn't have human interaction. Everyone there is so friendly & motivates you. They want to help you succeed and grow. I would definitely recommend joining the team and see yourself get stronger but also mentally better.

So I didn't get a refund and even though I finally got it cancelled after having to reach out to them through Instagram, I got not amount refunded. And they are charging me in September. Good riddance. Who ever I got a hold of through Instagram was absolutely no help at all.

My goal was to recover in time for my next backpacking trip in New Hampshire in August 2025. I received expert care from Rick, Karly, Earl, and Amy over several months. They methodically worked to improve the strength in my foot, ankle, and leg. I went into my hike stronger than ever and made it through without pain or injury.
