Great service and atmosphere. Really cheap prices... great bartender as well. A good overall beer selection

One of our favorite breweries to visit, and we always try to stop by when we are in the area. My favorite is the Worthy Cause, but I tried the Vienna Lager today. Whoever working behind the bar is usually nice. My wife and I usually grab some of their curry pretzels and a couple of beers. They have a nice seating area, and a decently sized party room to the side. Plus, they have a variety of games for people to use. I believe they offer outside good as well.

Great beers very laid back place Dead when I was here. It's a little bright here but has a cool hipster vibe. Prices were good but the downfall is no food here but you can order free delivery from the pizza place next door.

Great selection of flagship beers to get your pallet tested if you are new to the craft beer scene! Good vibe for the location in the heart of the action at Arena Way. They have a mug club for those they might get hooked on this place!

Stopped by Full Fledged Brewing as we were staying in a nearby hotel. We loved it! I enjoyed all the beers I tried on my flight, my favorite was a mango jalapeño beer. The atmosphere was pretty typical of a brewery; laidback but nothing fancy or overly interesting. Patio seating was available. They also offered menus from nearby restaurants if you wanted to order food.

I haven't met too many beers I've loved enough to want to drink again, but almost every one of the ones I tried here I'll definitely return for! My husband and I came and both had flights of different beers (except the salty prick, that one we both had to have!). I loved the Vienna, it tasted like the perfect fall beer, so I'll have to come back in a couple months for that one. The chili one was so good too, not a lot of spice to it, but the flavor was like a fresh green pepper. Yum!! They don't have food there, but they have menus for the pizza place next door and the phone number listed on the menu for easy ordering. We had the carnitas pizza and it was 100/10. The bartender was so helpful, we sat at the bar and she was very attentive and quick. They have cute merch, including dog bandanas with witty phrases and little onesies. Oh, and they have crowlers, growlers, and 6 packs available to bring home!

Love this brewery! I noticed this across the street from Bass Pro Shop and decided to try it. Grabbed a beer for my hubby and a coffee stout for myself. The bartender on shift (Mike) was very friendly and helpful when discussing the beer options and Mug Club. Loved the layout, relaxing vibe, and friendliness of everyone around. Can't wait to go back!!!

While on a business trip to Council Bluffs, I stumbled upon the Full Fledged Brewery. Very pleasant discovery! Among the best micros that this home brewer has found.

On my 4th (5th?) visit and stopped in with the husband to see what was new. Now that they have 16 of their own beers on tap they no longer offer guest taps. It doesn't matter though because they've come a long way since opening and have something for everyone. I'm on opposite ends of the spectrum as far as beer drinking goes. I like beers that are light and fruity, beers that are dark and heavy, and not much in between. We got a flight with the Blue-tylicious and thought it was good but wouldn't have known it was blueberry if they hadn't told us it was blueberry. (I personally feel that if a fruit's flavor is going to be in the name it ought to practically punch me in the face.) It's not a super sour beer so it'd be a great intro to sours if you're a newbie. Not a fan of the Pott. Co. Porter (too smoky) but I do really like the Stay Oatful Stout with coffee and chocolate. And I hope they keep Eddie Bridge Hands on tap for the foreseeable future - it's tart and fruity and I'm looking forward to drinking it on my porch in warmer weather. This place is spacious, family friendly, (my husband commented on the beer holder on the changing table in the restroom), and the beertenders are always friendly and attentive. Cheers! Looking forward to future visits and here's to hoping a peanut butter stout is in the works! ;)

Nice, local craft brewery and taproom. There's plenty of bar and table seating with a nice outdoor patio as well. There was a blues band playing and the brewery was pretty busy. You can order food from Big Kel's Pizza & Wings right next door and someone will bring it over to you which is really nice. There's a full menu available at the table and the order/delivery process was smooth. The beer, music and food were all great!

I love this place! They have wonderful beers and I love supporting local business. They frequently have fun events they hosts with food trucks and live music. I love the rotating beers as well as the staples. The staff is all so personable and fun to be around. My favorites are the haze dweller-very high ABV but super smooth and easy to drink if you like IPAs. Floyd is also another favorite of mine. They have some fun snacks and also menus of other local restaurants near by to order from. Highly recommend. They also have a mug club that you can get deals as well as growlers and growlers for purchase for a reasonable price.

Make a stop at Council Bluffs only brewery and support an awesome local couple at the same time. Keep a heads up for their scheduled events and food trucks...and don't forget to taste my favorite beer of theirs, "Eddie Bridge Hands" named after those *lovely* bridge sculptures. ;)

We were seated right away, and it was a perfect day to sit outside. The hostess let us know they had workers outside, but we were totally okay with the noise, which ended up being very minimal. We didn't order any drinks, but for food, I decided to try the birria grilled cheese, which comes with one side, and I chose fries. Not only did it look so appetizing, but it tasted AMAZING. The bread had some sort of seasoning on it that added so much flavor to the sandwich. The fries were seasoned exceptionally well too. I'll definitely be back sometime soon to try more items. The food today was 10/10, and our waitress was very kind and attentive as well.

I had the Cubano sandwich, which was good overall, especially the smoky meat, but I think the coarse-ground mustard overpowered the flavours a bit and dulled the smokiness a bit. A plain yellow mustard might balance the sandwich better and let the smokiness shine through more. The sweet potato fries, however, were excellent. My wife Laura ordered Emily's Salad, which was pleasant and fresh, though we both thought it could have benefited from a little crunch--maybe some seeds or nuts added in. Our daughter Alex had the birria tacos and carne asada fries. The tacos were tasty, though a little on the small side, but the carne asada fries were fantastic. Umai! (I am a Rengoku fan; if you know, you know.) I highly recommend it. Our other daughter, Sam, ordered the birria grilled cheese and elote fries, and both were really good. Her cherryade was especially refreshing. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, though the dining area and patio felt a bit bare. A few plants outside and inside would really warm the place up and give it more character. The music was pretty good with indie hits in there. I also tried the Old Fashioned. It was definitely strong, which I appreciated, but it felt like it was missing a touch of sweetness or something to round it out. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves, and I'd absolutely go back and try more on the menu. Their waitstaff was top-notch and really were on their game. The restaurant has good ingredients and solid ideas--it just feels like a few flavour balances could be dialed in a little more.

The place just seems tired these days. The beers were okay but nothing really stood out on the creative side. They did have that Space Monkey Biermosa on the board but it just did not sound appealing to me. The food was decent enough. I ordered the jambalaya and it was pretty good. These are among the best Hazy IPAs I have tasted since visiting Pure Project in San Diego, a brewery widely respected for its mastery of modern hop-forward styles. Their lineup of Hazy IPAs is deep enough that one visit is merely an introduction. With so many exceptional offerings available, a proper evaluation requires several days of careful tasting. What separates Kros Strain from many breweries chasing hazy IPA mastery is the individuality and refinement of each expression. The beers showcase remarkable control of yeast character, hop biotransformation, and bitterness balance with distinct profiles ranging from saturated tropical fruit and citrus aromatics to layered stone fruit with resinous complexity. For anyone who appreciates world-class NEIPA craftsmanship, Kros Strain is not simply a good local brewery, it is a *destination brewery*.
