There is so much equipment, you can work out a different part of your body every day in different ways. The staff are really cool. And they are there for you 24 hours a day seven days a week. The most important thing about this place is to remember why you are there and then, just show up. If you keep putting in consistent effort - you'll see results. It can get hot in here during the summer months. Make sure to either bring proper hydration or you can buy a bottle / jug at the front desk.

I asked one politely to please go outside to the lobby which she did. I asked another politely and she just laughed at me and kept it up for another 20 minutes. I'd had enough and raised my voice to tell her to please take it outside. So one of the front desk people came in and told me my behavior was unacceptable and made them the victim! I was told they allow people to talk on their phones! She was a young girl as were the phone talkers and I'm just an old codger causing trouble. This is so rude. Talking on a cell phone while on a treadmill presents notable safety risks, reduces workout intensity, and breaches standard gym etiquette. Jeff also did my fitness analysis and helped me learn about myself on a musculoskeletal level and gave me recommendations on how I can strengthen and tone my body and letting me know what exercises would be best for me while on my fitness journey. I was so inspired that I decided to get a personal trainer. Careca suggested Jordan. Having Jordan as my personal trainer is by far the best decision that I have ever made, fitness wise. He holds me accountable and he encourages me to test my physical limits. Even on the days that he is not training me, if he sees me in the gym, he will ask me what type of routine I am completing on that day and if I am trying something new, he will ask me how comfortable or confident I am during that session. I could not have asked for a better trainer! In the Kids' Club staff is so fantastic! My kids look forward to coming to the gym with me because of how kind and caring Keren, Jamal, Kyndall, and Laina are! The kids always come out with some type of arts and crafts creation and there are toys and games that the kids play with in the open space to keep them active! Some other highlights are the sauna and the recovery room. This location also has an assisted stretching section. I plan on trying it one day. And it is a 24-hour gym! I became a member last year since our closer gym got sold to another franchise and they took off…read morethe kids clubs, lifetime offers good amount of time in the kids clubs plus there are some activities for the them and every weekend you can choose either Friday or Saturday to the parents night out that is 3 hours from 5-8 pm where you can go with your better half and have a nice dinner or just grab coffee... they do events in special days like the other day we took the girls to the princess day. It seems expensive but after you do all the activities they have available it becomes worthy's. We have been loving it!
