****** I'm unsure how to improve on the service. The owner Mike has been responsive, professional, polite and helpful each time I've requested service. This week I asked for help receiving an S1000XR from a motorcycle carrier - because I was traveling out of the area. Mike was happy to help and be available for the delivery of my bike. The first time I worked with Full Throttle was two years ago, when I purchased a Triumph Tiger XC for my son's upcoming Baja trip. Mike helped with tires, chain, and sprockets - and we were in our way South in no time. The previous owner of the Triumph lives in Jumal, and raved about Full Throttle

Mike rebuilt my 1979 RD 400 Daytona special from the tires up and did a fantastic job and I even want a trophy second place for best Yamaha at 2 Stroke Extraganza in 2020. Aaron B. Streeter

I like to wear pretty dresses with sun hats and go to tea parties but I also love to jump on my Harley and hit the road with absolutely no destination in mind just to have the wind in my hair and feel the sun warm my face. Unfotunately the first part makes maintaining my baby monster a little hard. Happily I can report to you Gina (my baby monster) and I have found a place we can come to get work done that I trust. A few places I've called or gone to have been not so nice. I have gotten charged a ridiculous amount for stupid things and yeah I may have broken out in tears after but hey it was a learning lesson..... ask how much before you drop your beloved bike off to get work done. Something you agreed upon at an earlier date may not be the same you will pay the day of service. This was definitely not the case here at Full Throttle Powersports! Mike sold me the brake pads and quoted me a price if I wanted them installed. I was looking at them like they were aliens....I guess people put them on themselves! Can you imagine me trying to fix brakes, yeah neither can I...maybe some day...... I've done crazier things. Luckily he had time the next day. I came to the shop around 10:30 and told him I wasn't in a rush to take his time so I went shopping and had a lovely lunch. Came back in time to bug poor Mike while he finished up the bike. I paid way less than what quite a few places quoted me and was on my merry way. Thank you Mike for putting up with me being so excited over finding a great deal on a dress. You have a new satisfied customer whether you like it or not. Thank you for being honest and quickly getting me back on the road!

Dropped the little Yamaha TTR 90 off with a messed up carburetor I tried to clean. Mike fixed it up real quick and had it back to riding in just a couple days. He also changed the fuel filter and adjusted the float for $185. They are open till 6 pm on week nights.

I have bought tires from this shop and had 2 sprockets changed. I have also gotten my Dirtbike rejetted and an oil change. The owner Mike has always been very helpful and takes the time to explain all the labor involved and the best parts to use. His prices are excellent. He does quality professional work. He also backs all his work up. I deffinetely recommend this shop to any and all riders. He worked on my dirt bike and sport bike. My sportbike was a Ducati. We all know what pain in the rears those can be. Mike handled it no problem. I really love the new sprocket on my Ducati Momster! It made it like a whole new motorcycle. So happy with all the work Mike does.

Well where do I start. This is an amazing shop. They take pride in their business and work. Customer service is phenomenal. Their prices are beyond fair. My brother's and I won't go anywhere else

There are simple jobs to be done for easy money but finding people willing to do it is the challenge! I am lucky Dridox provided mobile service and came to my home to take of services I need... call service ($75) battery replacement ($65 + $29 for battery) and oil change ($85) , maybe tank flush if it didn't start up after the battery replacement. This is what I get for letting my two wheels sit idle in the garage during the winter months collecting dust. I reached out, got a quote, and scheduled the service with Adriano. I had intentions to do this all myself but didn't have all the tools and would like to see it done first before taking a hand at it... also eager to ride and want these services done ASAP! Adriano arrived early/on time, charged my battery and tested it (def needed a new one), replaced my battery, hooked up my charger device (recently bought it and didn't know it's needed for maintenance), it started so I didn't need a tank flush, but went ahead with an oil change since I was overdue. I did tell Adriano I been nearby g to do this on my own so he did show me how-to and what tools and what to look for or be careful of, which I super appreciate his professionalism and expertise. My little two wheels was probably a cake walk to what he is use to servicing. Within the hour all was done. If bigger jobs need to be done such as engine rebuild - they do that too and can rack your two wheels to their shop. The business accepts credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. The motorcycle shop that usually serviced my two-wheels for years stopped providing service and only to Surrons going forward... they gain some but lost a lot of the only tailor to only a specific kind. My choices were 1) Do the services myself 2) Tow it to Fun Bike Center and get it serviced 3) Fine a mobile service to do it. With the impatience of not riding and budget considered, mobile service was best especially when watching and learning to (maybe) do it in the future yourself. For any future assistance with my two wheel maintenance, I'll be giving them a call. I highly recommend their services.

I needed a front fork seal rebuild on my bike. I'd gone by a big local place up in Kearny Mesa (won't name) and dude was dismissive, like 'ah yeah a couple hours to pull the forks, a couple hours to rebuild...but we're a month out to get you in'. Acted like he didn't want my business and wouldn't even provide a number 'uh yeah like $130/hour times 4 hours, and yeah parts too'. Gel haired, flat brimmed, frosted tip 50 year old goofball. SD moto did a 24 hour turnaround. Yep, actually less than 24 hours. They preemptively got the parts (he paid for them) dropped bike off Friday, picked up Saturday. Beyond happy. I asked if he was still available and if he had the software update for the NEW Harley Road Glide models. He replied that he did have it, so we confirmed for January 16 for 9:30am but he didn't show up until after 1pm. He started the job with an understanding that he had a right ABS software to complete the job. After he finished the ABS flush, he let me know that he did not have the right ABS software for the new models so the ABS light would remain on but that he bought the new software, and was waiting for Harley-Davidson to send him information, so that as soon as he had it, he would let me know to finish the ABS flush. A week later, I texted him to ask about a quote for a tire installation and to check on him completing ABS update. He texted me the cost, but we were unable to confirm the installation date due to personal family matters I had the rest of the week. Two weeks passed and since I had not heard from him for almost two weeks about completing the ABS flush job, I reached out to him. I texted him on February 11, 2026, but he didn't return my text. I also called him on February 12, but he did not answer or return the call. I called him on February 23 and 24, but he sent me straight to voicemail. On February 25, I texted him to ask if everything was okay and let him know I felt he was purposely ignoring my communication. I explained, again, that my family matters on the week of January 26, but he still needed to finish the ABS flush software update to remove the light of the dashboard screen and complete that job, that I was willing to ride up to north county (Oceanside) for him to finish the job. He replied that he had not purchased the software because the tire installation did not occurred on January 29, and he moved to Oceanside. What's crazy is that on the 16th (day of ABS flush), he told me he had bought software program and was waiting on Harley-Davidson to do "something." Also, we never confirmed the tire installation date. I texted him that I would confirm on a later date, but I was unable to do so because I was traveling. If we would had confirmed a tire installation we would had communicated before his arrival to my house. Plus, the tire installation is a different job from the ABS Flush. He informed me that he would not be completing the job and that I should take it to someone else for the light removal. However, I trusted in him to finish the job, so I paid him on January 16 for the ABS flush, he even signed my HD service records on my owners manual. Now, HD dealer services has informed me that I would have to pay to redo the ABS flush because they have to do it to remove the light. That means the ABS flush will cost me close to $600; between what I paid Mike and the HD service cost. I can't understand why he accepted a job where he was asked specifically about having the proper tools to complete the job, but didn't do the work to verify the software before hand. If he would have told me that he didn't have the tools, I would have waited for him to buy it and he could have still done the work. Now I'm going to be having to spend more money. Mike's actions lacks professionalism and integrity to his customers base.
