The owner Michael is a good friend of mine but I started out as a customer FIRST! I got back into riding and lived near him and I had heard he was good and honest mechanic so I started taking my bike in there. I was shocked that he didn't recommend a bunch of crap that I didn't need, he was friendly, fast and a genuinely good guy. This was about 5 years ago and I have been taking my bikes to him ever since. Over time we became friends and I have spent countless hours in that shop it is basically my man-cave now. He sponsors a Meetup riding group and we use his lot for clinics, BBQ's and anything else you can think of. I have referred a massive amount of people there the it is VERY RARE that someone was not pleased with their service. I have literally seen Michael take parts off of one of his motorcycles and install it for customers who needed it ASAP- I have also seen him take his pickup and tie-downs and go pick up stranded motorcycles and bring them into the shop, FREE. I won't be back, had to take the bike back several times. They said they fixed it and never did. I don't believe they ever test drove it, if they did, they would have seen how poorly it ran. I feel a paid premium prices for the jobs done, including $20 bucks over on each tire installed (I checked Cyclegear). Also, I never got a Repair Order (which they are legally required to provide) and never got a receipt for the work done. I did get a credit card receipt, LOL, Mike was really good at that! read more

I want to preface this by saying these are very nice guys who are willing to work with you but be careful. Went in for a problem, they said they fixed it but did not fix it properly. They lied about specifics of what they did and did not do. A few weeks later a friend went in to get a new part put on his bike, took it out to the desert only to find they didn't tighten a crucial bolt that lead to the wheels not being properly secured. I would be very careful about taking anything you own here. Double check anything they do. read more

I'll give Mike points for effort, but I shouldn't have to drag my bike in 3 times for the same problem. Clearly he did not give it a test run after he thought it was repaired. His prices are cheap but my time isn't. On the 3rd attempt he worked on it for free, and same fuel cutting out issue remained. I finally took it to a different shop. One time I picked it up the fuel switch was loose and the new fuel lines he installed were leaking. He made the excuse that his new guy worked on it, and that guy doesn't work here any more... which was a lie as I saw that guy working on another bike there when bringing it back the 3rd time. I have been coming to full throttle for a couple of years to service my Harley's tires.. I can only speak on the customer service, and the wheel work since that's all I come here for. They have always been fair and upfront about their prices on tires and service and have had me in and out of there the same day, if not while I wait. I have been to Full Throttle Powersports solely to get my tires mounted and have had good service, even though there was a mounting error on their part on one occasion. They had mounted my rear tire backwards and I went back to explain my situation and they remounted the tire correctly and admitted to their error. Mounting and balancing for a set of tires off the bike comes it at around $40 and is usually accomplished within 20 minutes if there's someone available to do so, although the shop can be busy at times. read more

Not the place to go for road bike service. They love their off-road and custom bike business, and seem to have a great following there...but... When I had my Honda serviced, they neglected some of the work I requested and OVERFILLED MY OIL! If I had not been paying attention, this could have required a new engine. They also forgot to lube the chain, and who knows what else. I will never trust my Honda to them again. I am taking my bike back to my local shop and have them go through the motions again just so I feel safe and comfortable that my old Honda is being taken care of. read more

Had A screw through my rear tire and since it was my birthday I felt like not getting screwed further by some M/C shops mount/balance fees. I went to Full Throttle based on the cheap estimate for the mount/balance, but I guess you get what you pay for. Whoever did the install left a really nice gouge all the way through the powder coat and right to the metal of the rim. It's not a clean line either, more like a Freddy Krueger/Wolverine attack. Fuckin' great. My bike is no show piece, but I say if you damage someone's shit, at least let them know so you can work a deal or at least clear your conscience of your wrongdoing. Honestly if they just let me know they F'd up I probably would have been like whatever, no biggie. But doing business like this just ain't right. It's not a mistake someone could make by accident and not know about. Make sure you double check these guy's work before you leave the parking lot unlike I did. read more

i took in my bike for something immensely simple and there was no communication whatsoever for 2 weeks and i had to cal to figure out what was wrong with my bike. when i call i am told i owe $300 for stuff i never even asked to be done and wasn't even done. i came to get my bike because he was very rude on the phone. when i came to pick it up, i asked what he did and not a thing was done to this bike. at all. i offered to give $50 for doing nothing, and he started to be very rude, so i said i wanted my bike and paid the $50. after that, they brought my bike out and i saw that they swapped my back rim for a rusted out no good rim at all. and when i addressed it he said i was stupid and insane. and if i didn't leave something was gonna happen, he threatened me for asking why he stole me rear rim. and said if i don't leave i will find out what he will do to me. very bad customer will never go back or recommend to anyone at all, NOT RECOMMENDED read more

Again, brought in loose wheels/tires and they gladly took them and mounted for a reasonable price in about an hour without an appointment. They did mention to me that they would be willing to order tires for me next time at a competitive price to what I was paying online. Definitely worth a call when I'm getting tires next go around. Called Mike 30 mins before closing on a Saturday to get a check on doing a full tire change on my GSXR 600. First he said Monday would be best because they closed soon, and that was perfect so I ended at that. 2 mins later he called me back and said "bring it down and we will do it today!"
