Full Yum 2 is slowly becoming a part of our dining rotation - it's slightly a pain to get there, but it's so worth it! We came here for lunch for a carry-out, and we ordered: +Cheese Wonton - aka, Crab Rangoon; served with a HOT sweet & sour sauce; this time around, the sweet & sour dipping sauce was on point, and complemented very well with the rangoons! +Steak Cheese Egg Roll - crispy dough filled with steak and cheese; I was surprised that these were filled with more like shaved steak, rather than chopped; this wasn't overly salty and was a pretty tasty snack! +Fried Dumpling - comes with 6 pieces - these were juicy & crispy and came with a side of dumpling sauce; don't forget to drizzle some chili oil on them! +3-Piece Fried Chicken Wings - nicely fried; mumbo sauce is offered, but we're just not fans of the sauce in general; great with your choice of hot sauce, though! +Beef Chow Fun - beef was tender, and the noodles were cooked well +Chicken Lo Mein - still my absolute favorite! The noodles are perfectly al dente, and there's a generous amount of chicken and veggies; so yummy! +Orange Beef - great citrusy/orange taste with a kick; served with rice I love how everything is made-to-order and always comes out piping hot! Note that people do call-ins for carry-outs as well as order in-person, so there may be a wait - we ended up waiting for about 35+ minutes or so. Staff is friendly and efficient! There are some chairs inside to utilize while you wait. Cash only, and there is an ATM inside! No dine-in option. There is a small lot for your vehicle. +great lo mein! +made-to-order food! +friendly service! +cash only! +free parking in small lot

I'm so glad my neighbor encouraged us to go here because this place is a gem. No doubt it looks divey but it's some of the best Chinese I've had in the DC area. The general tsos and king pao chicken have both been consistently good. The spring rolls were just ok so may skip them next time but everything else has been delicious. They also have really good Mochi ice cream -- although check that it's in stock because it sells out. My neighbor a loves the burgers -- go figure. The service is also really good and portions are generous.

Terrible chewy and small amount don't let the pics fool you 8.50 with fries barely done.

Total (not including tip) came out to approximately $49. What's Hot - Menu. Excellent. It's also written in Chinese in addition to English. For those of us familiar with traditional ethnic Chinese food, a menu written in Chinese is a good sign. They have traditional Taiwanese and Chinese food like scallion pancakes, sesame balls, beef noodle soup, soup dumplings, etc... Very good variety and there appears to be something for everyone, possibly with the exception of vegan dishes.. - Quality. Pretty good. Their scallion pancake was soft, not too oily, and not too salty. I prefer the scallion pancake to have been a bit more thick and flaky, but that's my personal preference. To be fair, still delicious. Their chive and pork dumplings definitely had a delicious chive flavor. Substantial and the wrapper was not too thick. Their spicy sesame paste tofu had a good flavor and substantive. The chili oil wontons were not too spicy and had a good flavor. Again, my personal preference would have been for the dumplings to have been more substantive, but still pretty decent. - Service. Pretty good. It appears most, if not all their staffers, speak Chinese (Mandarin), which was also helpful, because I specifically ordered in Chinese. I asked them about the spice level, because I wanted to ensure it would not be too spicy for my friend. - Price. Pretty good value for menu and portions. - Location. It's pretty easy to find. Also within convenient walking distance to the Silver Spring metro. The inside space is pretty good. Tables can seat a minimum of 2, all the way up to 8. What's Not - Quality. The sesame balls are smaller than I expected. They're the rough approximation of a ping pong ball, maybe smaller. I was disappointed, because I like sesame balls that are substantial. - Service. I specifically asked for soup spoons, because we were eating dumplings. Instead, they gave me regular spoons. Not all the dishes come out in the order you hope. For example, main dishes may come out before the appetizers. This is going to be dependent on your personal preference. - Parking. There is parking near the restaurant, but it's going to be dependent on the day and time. Final Answer Worth coming back.

I called and placed a order for delivery at 7:45pm and a female answered, told me it should be about 70 minutes (a bit over an hour) I said that was fine and received a tracking text for my delivery driver, ETA and time frame. Almost two and a half hours go by, so I call to check the status of my order. A man picks up and tells me "oh,yeah, I don't know let me transfer you over the manager" it was the same woman who originally took my order, she must have new what I was calling for because she repeated my address without me reminding her and said "oh sorry I don't know where the driver is at." So I then asked her "should I cancel and look somewhere else to pay if you don't know where staff is,especially since our neighborhood shops close early?" And she tells me " no,no we didn't forget about you our driver is just slow getting to you" (im only 12-14mins away by car) so I say ok,I'll wait. Then i received a new order text to my phone of my order being cancelled and restarting at a new time...at this point it's very unprofessional to me as a guest as well as their business. All they had to do was be transparent and honest that they couldn't take to go orders if they're short staff or bad at communicating with driving staff. I order from them alot and this was the worst they've ever been. Usually the woman has a bad tone on the phone and i ignore it but combined with that and the lack of hospitality and care for a paying costumer, flabbergasted. so I ordered from Johnny's carry out not to far from them and it was promt and organized.

Easy street parking got me inside just before the 2:30pm brunch cutoff. The vibe inside was immediately inviting. Cute trees growing in the center, real or not I was not brave enough to touch them, and well appointed tables throughout. We sat at the bar, ordered a Mai Tai and it arrived quickly. The service set the tone from the moment we sat down. We started with egg drop and hot and sour soup. Egg drop is my go to and I make it a point to try it wherever it appears on the menu. This one is one of the better ones in the area. Served hot and full of flavor. No enhancements needed. Then on to shrimp dumplings, roasted pork bun, and pork dumplings. The pork dumplings were my favorite and the roasted pork bun was my guest's. We could have stopped right there and been happy. One word of advice, the chili oil served on the table is super hot. We did not expect it so be careful when using. It is so good but it will catch you off guard! The shared entrees were the Han Style Peking Duck and Yang Chow Fried Rice. We have had Peking Duck previously at Philippe Chow and this one outperformed it. Served without the tableside theatrics but delivering every bit of the flavor. Goes to show sometimes good meals do not need the pomp and circumstance. Even though I love the thrills. The Yang Chow Fried Rice was not your typical version. The pork was marinated sweeter than anything I have had before and it elevated the whole dish in the best way. If you're going for a more traditional take on fried rice this would not be your go to. We ended with sesame balls served warm. Like a donut but with a not overwhelming sweetness. Filled with something I could not quite identify but it did not matter. A great ending to the meal. The bartender was attentive and reading the room the entire time. The next Mai Tai arrived right as I took the last sip of the first. I could not finish it completely but it was that good. All hands on deck made the food ordering and arrival quick and efficient. One honest note worth sharing. Han's Palace adds 20% gratuity to the menu but the bill comes out prompting you to select a tip again. Easy to miss. I went back in after visiting a spot next door to flag it and the waiter assured me nothing additional was charged even though I selected more. Noble of them. Just something to be mindful of when you go. Han's Palace Woodley Park is a gathering worth coming back to and the perfect starting point for a full day of fun in the surrounding area. Especially if you have family or friends visiting the city.

Since The EARLY 70's, TWIN DRAGON served original Chinese cuisine. No chicken wings, no subs, etc. they had an old chalk board (black board with white chalk), actually two, with the FULL menu!
