Leslie took on the challenge of printing and making countless edits--easily over 20--with patience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to getting everything just right. The pamphlet was designed in Canva, and they even helped us tweak the layout so it printed flawlessly. We opened our brand new office a few months ago and have been working with Heron from initial design, to permitting, to the final install. Anyone who has had to apply for building permits here in Chicago knows what a pain that can be but CN completely handled everything on their side. The installer team was very kind and accommodating, frequently checking in with me to ensure everything was going to plan. Our signs are wonderful and we couldn't be happier. On top of all of that, CN is fixing a vinyl wrap that I personally made a mistake creating. Five stars.

This was the absolute WORST experience i've ever encountered. Much worse than just poor business practices, i'm close to filing a complaint with the BBB as Phil took my companies money and provided absolute no service. Multiple times I was met with excuse after excuse. If it wasn't one issue it was another. One time he claimed the sign was the wrong size. Despite me confirming that they were on site to measure. 3 times the weather was an issue. 2 times he had "personal emergencies/issues". I finally had enough and have taken our business away. To top it off, I have in writing and emails stating that he pulled a permit with the county to install my companies signs, when I finally thew in the towel after 4 weeks of not having my job completed, I requested the sign permit, to which suddenly he claims he did not file.
