Dr. Rybicki's solution to everything was a crown, not a filling. Only recently was he referred to as a "cosmetic dentist " or I would never have gone to him. Now I'm literally paying the price. The crowns are falling out (4 so far) & so much of the tooth was drilled away not due to decay but to make his fit, that I'm having to have oral surgery! I trusted him & now it's costing me pain, both physically & monetarily!

Then in early 2020 I went for my semi-annual cleaning and checkup. I was surprised when he rasied a cleaning by $20, but as a senior citizen on a fixed income he added a $20.00 room cleaning fee in addition. That was over a 33% increase and without any advance notice at all. That goes beyond distasteful to immoral and unethical. I sent a letter and received no response, so I found another dentist who is much more senior friendly. It did occur that this may be a way to eliminate seniors on fixed incomes but it a very distasteful thing to do.

I decided to give the office a try and it beyond exceeded my expectations! We do not live near by the area but I honestly do not mind the drive! So glad that we took our friends recommendation to try her out! She even did some custom work for my husband that I know other offices wouldn't do or couldn't do as good a job as she did! Dr. Kurziak came in before operating office hours to see my husband as an emergency and that right there shows superb care! Was extremely accommodating. It doesn't always work out that way but this time it did. We do not have dental insurance but I can tell you the fees are very very very reasonable for the great care offered! Speaking from experience and being someone that had insurance for every medical or dental visit - Dental Insurances are like discount coupon cards! They don't cover everything and if they claim they do, then you need to read your fine print. When people complain about pricing or treatment, they need to picture themselves at the grocery store or at the auto repair shop. Do you gripe and moan about the apples or meat that you need, No, you just buy it because you need it! Do you gripe and moan that the new rim and tires you're getting cost a lot, NO, you get them because you need them! So many positives about the office, doctor, staff, everything! By far the most comprehensive and talented dental practice I've been to - from the doctor, to the team she has! She listens, she makes you smile and laugh, and she didn't come off salesy. I am extremely impressed with her professionalism, extensive knowledge, and gentle approach. Everything was explained to me every step of the way. When I saw the hygienist, Chrissie, she was very very thorough and as Dr. Kurziak, Chrissie, explained everything to me the whole way! She was very gentle and I didn't leave the office feeling like I could feel gunk stuck in between my teeth! Some places I've been to in the past we're all about quantity and not quality. Dr Kurziak and Chrissie are quality! Pointers for those of you that like details: -Handicap accessibility is the first thing I noticed! -There is ample parking in the parking lot. -They try to minimize the traffic within the office. I did not cross paths with any other patients. -Beyond COVID standards! (Temp checks, hand sanitizer, air filtration systems, staff all masked and geared up) -Location of the office is a very easy find. -The oral cancer screening Velscope is cool! ( I recommend every patient get this done! ) -Cleanliness of the rooms and the office. -Music playing throughout the office comfortably. It's good for the soul and for drowning out nosy ears! -They offer pillows and blankets to keep you comfortable during your visit. Was explained that they're washed after every patient. -They see kids! Trust me when I say this! I know of some other offices that charge an arm and a leg for crappy dental work and care! Currently I am being treated by Dr. Ahmed and I can honestly say I have never been more confident in someone's ability ever before. I have great dental needs, some rather complicated. Dr. Ahmed broke it down into phases, and explained the step by step approach she would take. The cost was disclosed up front and again broken into separate appts over time so as not to overwhelm me financially. Here is why; I work in the trade show industry, which most know requires a large amount of travel. About a year ago, one of my co-workers came down with walking pneumonia. I got a call 2 days before a show for one of our largest clients informing me of his illness and immediately reacted, got my ticket, hotel and called the 30 different partners we used for that show to inform them I would be the point of contact. In the craziness, I failed to reschedule my dentist appt, that was a day after my departure to the show. I explained this to Vicky and it seemed fine, and on the same call, rescheduled my appt. A day before my rescheduled appt, my cousin committed suicide in California. It happened literally the night before my morning appt. I tried to explain this to Vicky that I needed to go console family members, but she refused to even listen saying I was no longer allowed to go to Heritage Dental. Comical right!!! Well the saga continues. My son still went there. She even said they were welcome. Well my 11 year old son has crowded teeth on one side. Very painful. And this lady has the nerve to call us today and cancel a confirmed appt for tomorrow for my son. My son is in pain, and this lady does this just to be vindictive over a year later. And both my son and wife have visited there since Vicky told me I was no longer welcome. I have met a lot of crappy people in life, but what kind of person does that to an 11 year old boy. Vicky, karma has a funny way of evening the scales of life. Good luck with being miserable vindictive and just an overall mean person to young kids. I could tell when he came into the room that he loves what he does and he really cares for his patients. I needed extensive work, and he explained everything that would happen. He constantly checked on my well-being. If I needed a break he stopped immediately which built my trust with him. His assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot her name), but she was amazing too. She was careful, thorough, and helped alleviate my anxiety. I also appreciate that I never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I had an appointment. I was there a total of 3 visits. I highly recommend Dr. Singh & his assistant.

The staff are friendly, greet you by name when you walk in, even on the first visit. The exam was thorough and the doctor sat down with me in a separate room where I could sit at a consultation table with her & view my x-rays and pictures on the computer screen. She explained the work that needed to be done and why it was important and constructed a plan for completion of the work. She was respectful of the expenses and what insurance covers & gave me clear information on what charges to expect before any work was done. The cleaning that was done on my second visit was the best I've ever received. I had fillings and a crown done today, and while I can't say it was pleasant, I can say they did all they could to make it as comfortable as possible. I absolutely recommend Dr. Avery & her staff!

I called the office to report the extreme discomfort caused by the procedure they performed. The office manager said they could see me, but only if I paid for another visit. I understand they need to make money, but I don't see why there should be a charge just to check their own work and ensure everything was done correctly, especially when I'm experiencing pain directly related to their procedure. My insurance no longer covers this office, and considering they've already performed two deep cleans and an initial visit, I would think they would take responsibility to help a patient in pain. I repeatedly asked to speak with someone higher up than the office manager, even the doctor, but was refused each time. Overall, I would not recommend this office to anyone.
