I called the store to inquire and they told me that they only accept same day orders before 3pm. When I explained that I placed my order at 2:30pm the sales clerk offerred no explanation or apologies. I was so disappointed with the service. Thankfully there are plenty of florists in this neighborhood so I have other florists with good service who I can support.

I spent a few minutes looking over the various selections on their website but I had some questions so I gave them a call to discuss. Great customer service by the fellow who answered the phone and he got me straightened out and answered everything I had concerns about. I considered ordering online but that would have cost about $10 or more due to service fees and delivery fee. even with a discount that would have exceeded the $65 budget. I picked up a bouquet for $59.75 It was not that crowded and they had about 4 young people helping out. Just be patient they will eventually asked if you need help, when the are finished doing what young people do; conversing amongst themselves and using the phone. It does get a bit confusing for them when you have customers and workers moving about. A worker told me to tell a tall guy by the flowers to help me. I picked up a bouquet and told the told guy where she pointed. He looks at me and didn't respond. I told him again that I want the bouquet that I held in my hands. He finally stated that he doesn't work there. I had to apologize profusely because I really did not want to offend him. However, we did have a good laugh.

My brother-in-law had preordered flowers (for specific flowers, my sisters favorite) 3-4 weeks in advance, he spoke to who I believe is Micki and he payed in advance and Micki confidently said he can execute the ideal. On the day of my sister anniversary which happens to be Christmas eve, I go to pick up the flowers, and omg the flower arrange looks NOTHING like the photo. NOTHING. I was shocked, I was so confused, and Micki goes we ran out of flowers, and then talks to to his coworkers oh yeah he order in advance but making a bunch of excuses, trying to act as if these flowers look similar to the photo... to get me to buy them but it did not and I wasn't having it. It's a flower shop... and we ordered specific flowers in advance? How do you run out? It was so unprofessional. Why I'm making this review? Because if you lie and make unfilled promises it can really impacted someone's plans, especially on someone's wedding anniversary, when we gave you enough time to execute. We last minute chose a bunch of other flowers. Super dissatisfied and disappointed when looking back. Safe to say never coming back especially when this place is highly rated and far out of the way for me.
