Called and the information was never given to the owner. Has since accused me of something being wrong with my boat, although I have explained they close at 5 and aren't open on the weekends - when should one bring a boat to them that works a full time job? Not only that, but I have stopped communication with them and the owner has emailed me 5 times about the boat. They are very unprofessional, I wouldn't think about buying or selling a boat to them after my interaction.

To me, trust and honesty are everything, and in short supply these days. If all the salesman are as upright and helpful as Mr Machtoff, Toons is a place I want to do business with in the future.

An entire summer lost! To make matters worse, it was during its first lake trip since being serviced by Davids and first lake trip since the warranty expired. Estimated damage over $7,000. Davids/Sea Doo say they're not stepping up to take care of their customer and cover under Warranty.
