I've been wanting to try MoM for quite a while but every time I think of it, for reasons, it's…read moreMonday... when they're closed (because of course). But today is Tuesday, friends, and fortune smiled upon me. We had an Indian FEAST tonight and it's some of the best Indian food I've ever had (and we love it in this house). We got samosas (my favorite Indian snack) with a zippy lil mint chutney that was absolutely slammin'. There was Karampodi Chicken: flavorful, spicy, and deeeeee-licious. There was garlic naan, soft and wonderfully garlicky, and a light, crispy masala dosa served with chutney and sambar that was absolutely to die for. The chicken tikka was rich and spicy, and the Andrha Shrimp Curry was incredible. Delicious and SPICY. We got takeout so I can't comment on the atmosphere of the restaurant or service, but the food is an absolute home run.

We were sat as a party of 5 and were told very firmly that the kitchen closed at 10. So we figured it out quickly. Then we waited and waited for the waitress to come back. I gave chase around the corner and at 9:55 finally got her to come over to order. As we were ordering, the waitress cut my bud Vog off telling him to hurry. Insane. Then one in our party had to make a call but left us his order to put in - they didn't have any of it. Then she didn't write any of our order down -- 5 people. I ordered the butter chicken mild, which comes with rice. I added garlic naan and cheese naan as well. When the food came out it was solid - I'll give them that. Naan was good -- BUT THEY FORGOT THE CHEESE NAAN I ORDERED. Would have been nice to write that down ??? If this was take out - it would probably be 3.5-4 stars but the horrible attitude, the pushiness when ordering, and the you don't belong her feeling we were given is inexcusable.

I've been enjoying Indian food for over 30 years, and I can honestly say this place--only seven…read moremonths in--is already one of my all-time favorites. There are a couple of traditional dishes I always use to measure an Indian restaurant: **Tikka Masala** and **their breads**. Here, both were absolutely phenomenal. The tikka masala was deeply flavorful--you could practically taste each individual spice working in harmony. Just outstanding. The menu also really stood out to me with several unique offerings I haven't seen at other Indian spots. We tried a **fried eggplant appetizer**, and it was fantastic--the contrast between the warm, crisp eggplant and the cool, refreshing salad/salsa on top was perfectly balanced and really memorable. Service-wise, there was a single host managing the front during our visit, and he was charming, personable, and impressively on top of everything. Highly recommend. I'm excited to return and explore more of the menu.

No where near to being the authentic food it was supposed to be. Chicken Chettinad was equally dissapointing with taste of only coconut oil and mild flavors. No spice at all. Not sure if the food is dialled down for locals but honestly even then there are better options available.

We were a party of 4 looking for a culinary delight with their Indian Buffet and to disappoint it's no longer available. We sat down to be greeted by a wonderful staff. He handed us some menus to see what we would like (as you can see in the pics the list of starters to drinks). The ambiance was quiet but then we are coming in around twelve so I assume not everyone eats Indian for lunch. The background music makes it more exotic feels like you're taken to another place, the restaurant is very clean and organized. We ordered Samosas which comes in two per order, then we ordered many dishes. You can advise them what is the spicy level you would like at this time we have made all dishes mild. Although we ordered the Vegetables Biryani (no photo) it does have a spice but not spicy, it does come with a small yogurt in case your tongue needs a cool off. And I ordered a Mango Lassi for my drink aside from water and it's delicious and thick. The food is amazing I must say it's great. It just hit the right notes in your palate and I truly recommend you to try it and I'm just visiting from Los Angeles, CA where's tons of Indian Restaurants.

It was enough to share, and as there's a lot of food coming, it's not a bad idea to do so. They were absolutely yummy! Next they served fresh made Afghan bread, made on the premises daily, and a very fresh salad, served family style so we could help ourselves. The bread is interesting. It's not quite a flatbread, not quite a yeast bread. But they were both excellent. By now I was getting full, and we still had our entrées to come! What drew me to this restaurant was its good selection of meatless entrées. I got the Chalaw Banjan. which was a slow-simmered eggplant stew with warm spices. It was served with a plate of Afghan rice, and mixed together this is top-notch Afghan comfort food. The owner said this was her favorite dish, and I see why. My sister got a lamb stew dish called Qurma Chalaw. While she said it was good, she thought mine was also delicious and preferred that one. High praise as she claims to dislike eggplant! There are delicious looking home baked treats for dessert, and they do brunch for one hour daily, except Sundays. That's a little strange for brunch. We were completely stuffed after the meal, so no room for dessert. Another time!
