THE FOOD HERE AND SERVICE IS ALWAYS GREAT! It has a fancy vibe in the restaurant kind of. You get fancy folded napkins. I've tried a lot of the food here and the appetizers, all of it hits. They give you so much food too so you'll have plenty of leftovers. I typically get 3 servings out of every meal, so once in the restaurant and two more meals at home. I got the butter chicken this time and it's good as always. Boyfie got lamb biryani which always hits. I also got the lassoni I gobi as an appetizer and it was so crispy and flavorful I highly recommend. It's basically cauliflower in a tomato sauce and they might fry it because it's so crispy!! The food here is phenomenal, right when you enter the restaurant you are greeted with a whiff of Cardamom and various spices. We were a party of 4 looking for a culinary delight with their Indian Buffet and to disappoint it's no longer available. We sat down to be greeted by a wonderful staff. He handed us some menus to see what we would like (as you can see in the pics the list of starters to drinks). The ambiance was quiet but then we are coming in around twelve so I assume not everyone eats Indian for lunch. The background music makes it more exotic feels like you're taken to another place, the restaurant is very clean and organized. We ordered Samosas which comes in two per order, then we ordered many dishes. You can advise them what is the spicy level you would like at this time we have made all dishes mild. Although we ordered the Vegetables Biryani (no photo) it does have a spice but not spicy, it does come with a small yogurt in case your tongue needs a cool off. And I ordered a Mango Lassi for my drink aside from water and it's delicious and thick. The food is amazing I must say it's great. We were a bit surprised with the quality of our take-out order. The food was average and expected better especially with the price we paid. The mango chicken was dry and the sauce was sweet and slightly bland. The other dish was the butter chicken which was a little better but not great. We visited this restaurant after covid hiatus. First they have stopped serving buffet at present visit and management was uncertain when they would start it . Anyway we decided to order from the main menu. Two naans ( all purpose flour fluffy bread) on plain one garlic , one spicy spinach and paneer (tofu like milk product) , Chick peas - Channa masala curry . These items were prepared with spicy ingredients also with cream to create fluid forms.. enjoyed it with side of rice and yogurt based "Raita" to take edge of hotness of curries . Came in for the buffet but it wasn't running. That was probably for the best because we ordered off the menu and we're blown away. Quite a few items I haven't seen before so my wife and I tried some new things. The cauli bezule was unlike anything we had and is now one of my top indian appetizers rivaling Gobi 65. I had the Lamb DoPiaza spicy. Perfect amount of heat and the coriander added a good spice. My wife had Navrattan Korma which had a unique cream sauce and fresh veggies. It was also something neither of us had. After reading up on it, it seems it is a royal dish or one that is made for special occasions. We do love Curry Leaf! It's a treat, as it is pricey, but it is one of the better Indian places around. We just tried their SAAG , and wow! It was amazing! We have ordered from there several times now and have never taken pics, but the food is always delicious and high quality! We usually get butter chicken, which is always so good! Naan to scoop up the rest of the butter chicken sauce, and the fired veggie patty appetizers. So yum! We have also tried the kebobs, some other chicken dishes, and most recently the saag. We got the lamb saag. It was amazing! I will definitely be ordering that again. We have always done pick up, but their restaurant looks beautiful and clean and inviting. It has been difficult to find Indian food locally that is reasonably priced and also delicious. Curry Leaf is our go-to. Not all of our experiences have been perfect, and sometimes dishes can be a little sweeter than we like, but overall, it is a solid choice. When we ask for spicy they actually deliver. The options at this buffet were so varied for being in a strip mall parking lot. Pakora, soup, curries, meat, veggie options, and even a dessert option, my favorite was the goat curry and palak paneer. For a Sunday at lunch time, this place was pretty empty, but they kept the buffet stocked and fresh, plates were going back to the kitchen as we stood up for the buffet, and our water glasses were always full. The tikka masala wasn't too sweet, which is often a complaint I have for Indian buffets, and the chana masala was flavorful. Nothing was extra spicy, but spiced just enough to make the meal palatable for most people. Extra creamy, extra delicious, and worth the weekend pricing for sure! Food was average and service was really really slow even if there were only 5 tables were full. We got full plate of rice with curry and we ordered dal tadka in later order. The server get the dal tadka and no rice. When I asked dal tadka comes with rice, right ??? I initially wrote a review regarding the spice level of the food and the owner had a "heated" response and called me a fake. That was soon after they opened I went back recently and the food was okay, the server was great and the dining area was clean. I rely heavily on yelp reviews and hope that businesses embrace the good and back reviews. Had family visiting from out of town and we went here again! This time around the food was spot on, Indian food can be a little intimidating and when you want to try something new it's a hit or miss. The menu is more interesting that a lot of competitors and the flavors and food quality are just the best. They offer no apology for a 45 minute longer wait - just that we are every busy. Almost perfect! 4.5 stars if there was a way to give that rating. The SAMOSA CHAAT was excellent - 5 stars. The CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA, ordered "mild", had a delicious sauce - 5 stars.
