I hired Fults Electric to change out and modify a new bathroom fan (with light fan and heater), and a new kitchen microwave. Brad is the owner and he came out for a quote and penciled in a date for me. I could always reach Brad and he helped me through with any questions or concerns that I might have. Brad and Mark came today, just as Brad said, and explained just what was going to be done. Mark did the work and was very professional and knowledgeable and worked in a through and timely manner. They worse masks and Mark was prepared with plastic to keep mess at a minimum and he cleaned up after each job. Brad the owner was a referral from my contractor who built my back yard deck. Brad and his team were always very attentive and responsive to any requests I had. They installed a 240v charger at my house for my new Tesla, ran power to my front gate so when I replace it I'll have power. They also installed GFI outlets to my newly renovated backyard water fixture as well as my trex deck. The biggest job they did was install a switch plate on my detached garage that runs hidden lines to my generator. Brad and his team did a great job and had it licensed/inspected for me as well. His prices were very fair and the quality of work was very good. His team also installed new light switches in my house allowing me to automate it. We had a small issue with power and Brads team at 8pm at night the day before thanks giving came out and fixed the issue. No complaints and no excuses, they fixed things immediately. What started out as a nightmare for us, ended as a lifelong contact we will go back to and refer EVERYONE we know! The outlet where our pool is located sparked and burn marks were visible. My long-time contractor, knowing from prior experience in reconstructing portions of my 1925 that electrical challenges were of a unique order, brought in Brad Fults for the final and most complicated, three-year-long phase of work. Work started with removing the existing meter heads and having to put the building (which I live in) on temporary power, eventually replacing two meter heads with three, along with three new main breaker panels (and another major subpanel). Fults crews pulled in cable for security cameras, intrusion alarm sensors, wifi transceivers, re-did the smoke/CO sensor network, roughing in cabling into the building's main wire hub closet as well as future provisions for solar panels and rooftop irrigation controls. Also involved were new or reconstructions of two laundry rooms, two entry stairways (one going to the roof), a kitchen and a study, together with extensive amounts of lighting (all LED, most all on dimmers, much of it custom-designed). And a good deal more. There were a few rare instances where even Brad and Kevin's deep knowledge and experience were stumped--but they were very rare.
