I had a 2013 Mazda sitting around for a year, all sorts of things in need of repairs, lets say a little over $4000 worth. I also had a 2004 BMW that needed repairs, the cars have never been better. Horrible. Long story but February 2025 I came in for a ball and joint replacement, they gave me a quote and when I got there, it was over $100 over the quote. They told me it would be done later that day turns out they didn't even have the part and I had to keep my car overnight, I work night shift so that was a huge inconvenience to me and they're only remedy for that was to give me 25% off my next oil change if I choose to go there. Come to find out maybe two weeks later my car is making this weird clunking noise so I take it to my normal dealership to get service and they said that this place didn't put enough grease in the socket, I called 360 back and they said that that's not possible. Barely over a year later I've taken my car back to my normal dealership, and the ball and joint replacement and boot is cracked and leaking. Do not come here it is awful read more

This review is to express my frustration with the service I received at this shop . My visit, which I had hoped would address my vehicle's persistent issues, turned out to be a disappointing and costly experience. Initially, I brought my car to the clinic due to a recurring engine issue that I believed could be easily resolved. After a lengthy assessment, I was charged over $400 dollars for what I was assured would be a comprehensive fix. However, despite the assurances of the staff that the issue had been resolved, I continued to experience the same problem almost immediately after leaving the shop. It almost seems that all they were doing was just resetting my car so that the engine light would go away. After driving my car for about 50 miles the engine light came on AGAIN!!! I returned to the shop seeking clarification and a potential remedy, only to be met with a dismissive attitude and further charges for services that I believed should have been included in the initial repair. The lack of effective communication and customer care was disheartening, amplifying my dissatisfaction with the overall service. And the 2nd time I was charged $477 dollars for the mechanic to simply change the "THERMOSTAT HOUSING" I honestly think this amount is way too much not only do I feel like I was taking advantage, but these people are just dishonest and unprofessional. In conclusion, I cannot recommend 360Auto Clinic based on my experience. I left not only with an unresolved issue but also with a sense of having overpaid for inadequate services. I encourage potential customers to consider other options. In conclusion, if your car is having engine or transmission issues, just take it somewhere else where they will actually fix the problem. These guys are amazing. James took great care of me and was terrific! My car died on the freeway and I called from inside the car, going 5 mph. A friend looked up 360 while I was tring to keep the car moving forward. James was comforting and helpful, and realistic. He told me to bring in the car and they would look at it. He called promptly with the things it MIGHT be, with a high end of $4-6k! That said, in the end of the day, the repair was far, far less and I felt they could have really taken advantage of the situation but instead, have a life-long customer who will recommend them to everyone. I received outstanding customer service and work by 360 Auto. My car lost all power and broke down on the HWY 5 Grapevine on my way to a work assignment the next morning and I had to have it towed. I had no idea where to go, as I live 350 miles away, but I ended up choosing 360. The car arrived at their shop just before they closed. They still took my car in, then drove me to the Enterprise near by. I was carrying bags, a suit, and other items, so this was immensely helpful. They then diagnosed the problem and had it fixed before the end of that following day! They even drove me back to Enterprise afterwards. The car drove great all the way home. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. This was truly top notch customer service and work, and it saved me from a potentially diastrous trip. You lost my business. After $5k in business, time and time again giving chances, I can no longer support your business nor respect it. Three of the jobs had to be redone by your own mechanics due to not doing it right the first time. Now, I have to replace my valve cover that I had done at your shop 2 years ago (40k miles after). I had to spend $1500 at another shop to fix your poor job plus cheap after market part. I trusted the owner and his workers, but I think I was being taken advantage of. Pictures are proof of the 3 jobs that needed to be redone under "warranty". Valve cover, thermostat, and ac line clog. I emailed the company to give them a chance to make this right (in regards to valve cover again) and they chose not to respond. Found my car leaking oil and send out a project pricing quote request on the Yelp feature. They responded the quickest and I was able to get my car assessed, fixed, and picked up just right before they closed same day. The only complaint I have was that their shuttle wasn't working that day, but there's a Barnes and Noble not too far away as a great place to kill time. I walked in for a quote and was told they were too busy I had to make an appointment & they would assist me for $125. Appointment made for 9:30 only to receive a text the night before it has been moved to 10:30. The car gets dropped off on time & another obligation arises yet NO word or update the WHOLE DAY! I call for an update at 1:30pm & NO one returns my call. I call back at 3:30 to ask about my car & was told they close at 5. PISSED OFF & HAULIN butt from DTLA, I manage to get there at 4:50 only to find my estimate is now ALMOST $200! They acquiesced on the price & honored the $125. I pointed out some damage on my bumper & asked it be added to the estimate & the gentleman said ok, I would get an email w/the estimate. 2 days later I get an unreadable attachment. FINALLY I am able to open it & half of the issues/damage that was pointed out to me by another mechanic (2nd quote) wasn't even on the estimate! Like did you look at the same car?!?! I called back furious & Serj requested I call a bodyshop for that damage but NO one answered or bothered to call me back! I send an email disclosing my concerns & NO ONE RESPONDS! CLEARLY my business is NOT appreciated! I was told I can apply the $125 to any service in the future but after this I would NEVER go back there or trust them with my car! I WANT A REFUND! We were looking for a mechanic in the area and with a quick search, I saw many good reviews and thought this would be a good place to go. My husband took our car here because of a weird noise and our check engine light coming on. In order for them to just LOOK at the car it was $170. We were in a bind, so he went ahead and did it. But honestly that would've been enough for me to go somewhere else if we weren't in a rush. He told my husband that we needed to have a couple things done. One fix needed a part that would cost $170 as well. The other would require a $1700 fix. Neither thing was crucial. So we decided to wait and go check it out with our normal mechanic just to be sure. We had to take our other car to our normal mechanic and asked him about this situation. He said $170 is expensive just to LOOK at a car without fixing anything. In addition, I needed an oil change and he didn't look at that nor change the oil so that was very annoying, especially since he had our car all day. He was nice to get us in at short notice. So the long wait is justifiable. But you would think a mechanic who charges $170 just to look at a car would include something that normal. Anyway my husband said they were very nice. He also said that the $170 would go towards the big fix if we ended up doing it with him. But honestly I don't think we'll be going back. read more

I initially reached out to 360 Auto Clinic after searching Yelp for the best rated/reviewed mechanic shops in Santa Clarita. They didn't disappoint. 360 Auto provided a timely break inspection, clear breakdown of the costs for changing the front + rear break pads/rotors, and timely break change, all seasoned with friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable service. In addition to all this, at checkout, after realizing that they had accidentally quoted me a price ~$100 lower than the proper price, they stayed decidedly faithful to the original quote. I had an exhaust weld break on my Audi. Took it to the shop and they were more than happy to assist. All goes reasonably well until I get my car back and the air intake tube (which was removed to access the exhaust) was completely broken. Also the bracket for the coils screws were removed and never put back. Contacted them and they said it was like that when they received the car. I pointed out to them that I had just been under the hood to self diagnose the issue before coming to them and nothing was broken or missing under the hood as I would have noticed. I asked them to do the right thing and they have ghosted me. Horrible ethics and lack of responsibility. Shameful read more

I used to get oil changes here consistently with my three cars and now will no longer go here. They nickel and dime you to death. If you want to pay with your credit card, you have to pay 3% of your bill for it. What a joke. Who brings large amounts of cash when getting your car repaired?? You're being punished for not carrying around hundreds of dollars in cash. Plus the awesome girl who used to work the front desk is gone. The place I usually get our car's oil change is current shut down due to the pandemic so I researched and found the great reviews on this place. I look for deals and they had one, $49.99 for a fully synthetic oil change (click on the website under specials). We scheduled an appointment on the phone and brought it in today. Everyone was very nice, shout out to Rita who did an excellent job with her customer service. We decided also to get the tires rotated, $20 which is pretty standard and left the car for them to do the work. After a while, they reached out via text and said the car was done and we picked it up. No added pressure for extra services and they did a great job. I would recommend it. read more

I'm really disappointed in this place and very surprised by all the great reviews. I've taken my car here several times. The first time they did a great job. The 2nd time I came in they supposedly fixed my breaks, but it continued to make metal grinding noises whenever I pressed the breaks. When I told them, they allegedly fixed it "for free." A few weeks later I was still hearing the metal grinding. Once again, I took it back and when they drove it around they didn't hear anything. I didn't return for awhile. Only out of desperation, did I have no choice but to go to them to fix an issue with my car. This was because every other repair shop was busy and could not see me for a week or more. So I desperately needed my car fixed, but it was temporary. The fix lasted a couple of weeks and then it started again. Also, when I picked up my car, the back panel in my trunk was off. They didn't even bother to put back together my car as when I left it. A few weeks later my husband opened the hood and noticed leaking, bolts missing, screws loose, rubber hose was off - whoever worked on my car at 360 did a rush job and didn't put everything back. In fact, when I took my car to another mechanic they said they likely broke some parts in the process. I truly believe they band-aid the vehicle in order for customers to have to come back for further repairs. This place has costed me a fortune in repairs and may have caused more damage by failing to repair my vehicle or return at least in the condition I left it in - missing bolts, screws loose, hose not put back properly. read more
