Booking for the party took place online, and because I have a monthly membership, I saved 10%. When booking your party, you have the option to send out online invites, which I thought was pretty nice. Changes can be made to your party in person or via phone. The process was pretty seamless, I received text with reminders about the party (for parents to sign waivers, or to add food, etc.). Additionally, I received phone calls, in my opinion, there may have been a bit too many reminders. I say this because there is supposed to be a "dedicated party host" and I was under the impression that I would be speaking to that person. The day of the party, I was given a slip with the details of the party to include setting up of the room (five minutes) and the name of my host. They give you a cart to put your items on, and your host will decorate everything for you. The host also serves the food, and dessert if needed. My host, Mari, did an amazing job and was super helpful throughout. The pizza is from Marcos, which the children enjoyed. My only issue is that they should not state that the each child gets two slices of pizza when they cut one slice in half. I see how this may fly at a younger child's party; however, with older children (which my party had) they definitely know. The party package that I selected came with two pizzas, and that was not enough for the party. Keep that in mind when scheduling. This is a peanut free facility, and outside food comes with a $100 price tag, and that includes water folks. You can bring a cake and candles (no matches) you cannot bring ice cream. Also, despite it being not too crowded for a Sunday, the space was exceptionally warm. Apparently, there was some issue with the heating; however, the staff made it up with providing me with a voucher for a future visit. All in all, the kids really enjoyed themselves, as did the parents, and I would recommend Hyper Kidz to parents for parties in the future.

Some of the ride seats belts and straps were broken, worn out, half way tearing. That's a huge safety hazard if the kids aren't strapped in tight, and after I secured them in there, they don't even come around to ensure they're in there right. It's like am I working here too, of course I care more about my child's safety. They have a height threshold for rides but kids under the height were still able to get on. It's just kids working there, one person working two rides. I constantly used sanitizing wipes to wipe the girl's hands because I felt it's so many germs around that place. Finally, had to take my niece to the bathroom, I asked her is she could hold it because the bathroom wasn't the cleanest, and it was only two stalls which makes no sense for a place that size with that many people. You should check their website before going just in case they're sold out (I believe they do allow walk ins though). They also have punch cards for a slightly discounted rate. It's usually around $18 for a single visit, but comes out to like $15 a visit with a punch card at the time of this post. There are fun zones for every interest--a craft area near the cubbies, a science section by the check-in counter, and a little shop filled with books and small activities at the entrance. There's even a food token system: you drop the token off when you leave, and each kid gets a free snack, which is such a thoughtful touch. The restrooms are conveniently located at the back near the slide area, so everything you need is nearby. Overall, this is a well-organized, kid-friendly spot that offers so much for little ones to enjoy. We'll definitely be back!
