After walking 10 minutes uphill in the 90-degree heat, I was told my child was not allowed to ride on the golf cart and that I would not receive a refund. If children aren't allowed, that policy should be made crystal clear before customers book and pay. The same goes for the **$250 security deposit**, which was never clearly disclosed upfront. Instead of working with us or offering any solution, they kept my deposit and sent us away. We were left without a golf cart after planning ahead and paying in advance. Good customer service starts with clear communication, honesty, and giving customers all the important information before taking their money. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I would not recommend this company and encourage others to ask about **all policies, age restrictions, deposits, and refund policies** before booking so they don't end up in the same situation.

One is a junkyard the other has a junk and waited me 3 hours and never showed up and his location is a backyard of a bar and looks like this is the only legitimate operating scooter rental with reliable and new scooters. The prices excellent $55/day and $500 deposit. For extra helmet got charged $10 only. It's fast, and about 5-10 minutes you can get your ride. The scooters a brand new. I loved it. The gentleman who runs the business is fair partner in this. I got a scooter that was taking me anywhere I wanted on this island and St Johns island. I had a great time. The deposit was sent back the same day I returned the bike. Business was smooth as Tennessee whiskey or Hungarian Palinka. It wasn't the worst experience ever, but the bikes were rusty, some of the breaks didn't work, and the guy working there didn't seem to know much about the bikes or he just didn't care. Also, don't expect to use the bathroom. Since I was traveling with a group of 9 people, they didn't have enough bikes for us anyway so we ended up splitting up. After doing a Google search for other bike rentals, all we could find was Hot Dog Cycling. Don't even bother! The phone number listed is disconnected and there's nothing at the listed address. However, it did lead us to the Best Tour Connection, which is just down the street. Sorry I didn't get an exact address, but it's on Ave Isla Verde between the ESJ hotel and the The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The owner was very friendly and gave great directions on the bike path (a combo of paved trails, boardwalk style, and beach). They had nice beach cruisers, he checked the tire pressure, and provided us with locks. We used the nice clean bathroom facility before heading out. He was also pretty flexible on time, and said he would be there until 6:30 p.m. We biked for about 3.5 hours from Isla Verde to Piñones stopping at some food stands for fried bacalao and coconut juice, and enjoying the view on the beach. It was a really fun experience, and I would definitely recommend it. Our experience was terrible from start to finish…read more We reserved luggage storage from approximately 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. When we arrived, the employee immediately told us--very rudely--that he wasn't supposed to be open because it was Father's Day and planned to leave around 2:00 p.m. We explained that the business hours online showed they were open until around 7:00-7:40 p.m. He responded by saying we shouldn't rely on what the app says because he's been having issues with it. That's not the customer's responsibility. We booked based on the hours that were advertised. He then told us we had to pick up our luggage by 5:00 p.m., even though we had already paid for storage until 5:30 p.m., and suggested we take our bags somewhere else. Since we didn't want to waste time finding another location, we decided to leave our luggage there. There were four of us, and we each checked in our bags individually. When one of my friends went to check hers in, he told her, "Don't test me." We were all shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. When I returned around 4:00 p.m. to retrieve my bag, he was sitting behind the desk on his phone. He checked me out and then ironically told me to "have a safe flight." The most upsetting part came after the trip. Several days later, one of my friends unpacked her backpack and discovered that all of her jewelry--including multiple watches and rings--was missing. Before leaving our Airbnb, all four of us specifically checked to make sure nothing had been left behind, especially valuables. We cannot say with certainty what happened, but the jewelry disappeared while the bag was in this location's care, which is extremely concerning. What made it even worse is that there were no individual lockers or secure storage. Instead, all of our luggage was left out in the open along the side of the front desk, where anyone could potentially access it. That level of security is unacceptable for a business that is trusted with customers' personal belongings. Between the rude customer service, inaccurate business hours, and serious concerns about the security of our belongings, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

What I liked about the service was letting them know west time the Puerto Rico ferry would be dropping us off on Culebra. They picked us up from the ferry and drove us 5 minutes to their business location. There must have been 7 of us waiting in line to rent a vehicle. The problem was there was only one girl doing all the paperwork. This took some time and you could see every one was antsy to move in with their day. She was by no means in a hurry to get us checked in and out the door. I will say there would have been no way we could have made it to our cottage located on one of the largest hills on the island that over looked Flemingo beach. We took the off road route to get to the beach instead of being with the crowd or having to pay the entrance fees per person and per vehicle. There was no way a golf cart or even a car would have survived that fort road and I'm still wondering if it was even a road. But the jeep did us well. We had no problems with it. Or was comfortable and my girlfriend was able to connect her iPhone and listen to her music and / or podcasts. The only issue was we needed to make sure to fill the gas tank back up before returning the vehicle. We finally found a gas station near the ferry dock but there was a large line to wait. They must only have one gas pump. Plus road construction didn't help us. We had a jeep to return and a ferry to catch, so we decided to pay the rental fee for gas. I found out that the price for gas was $17.00 a gallon. Luckily I only needed one gallon. I will use Carlos Jeep Rental when I return to Culebra island.
