Some of it funny and entertaining, some very sexy and risque the crew here did an amazing job at keeping the crowd engaged. Nice intimate setting yet elaborate. I truly loved the show itself. Kudo's to these amazing acts! From singing to dancing, juggling and so on this show is a must watch when they return. My favorite was the two who had the sensual intimate acrobatic act. Classy yet sexy. Food was great as well, drinks flowing and we also got a Birthday dessert for one of the gals in our group. Absolutely worth the price, this is definitely one for the memories.

The performances were all extra ordinary including comedic acts for its slapstick artistry. I especially found the King Kong bit inspiring. As for the rest, the aerialist, juggler, gymnasts etc all were first class and surprising since early on they are part of the " schtick" latter they will reveal their talents. The live band makes a difference. We had the Rosemary Parmesan fries which were probably one of the best fries I've had. Next, dip that in the aioli sauce and it's a totally different experience The charcuterie board is really packed for $25 a good buy. It would feed two The staff is really great!!!

Let's get the logistics out of the way. Plenty of parking. Entrance is in the back (more on that). Dress is casual, but dressing up like 1920's gangsters would add to the fun. This place is great for groups or large families. Plan on spending about 3 hours for dinner and the show. Recommendation: Get there a little before 6:00 and line up at the back door (that is where the entrance is). At 6:00, use the big, brass knocker and knock on the door. Then, when Gloves comes to the door, whisper "I am here to make a deposit." "Gloves" is super fun, so play this up. No other spoilers so you can enjoy the show. Food. We had the steak, and it was delish! Perfectly done at medium rare and full of flavor. Loved the mixed vegetables and baked potato, too. The rolls and salad were average. Cocktails. Great selection of fun, themed cocktails. Look for "Al's Favorite" on the chalk board at the bar and on the top of the cocktail menu. All four drinks we had were great. Mugsy makes some good giggle juice. Service. EXCELLENT. The team is talented, and they work hard to serve you while putting on the show. They stayed in character the whole time, and the jokes were FANtastic! Finally. RELAX and ENJOY the show. I have not smiled and laughed that much since the Nate Betgatze show at Bridgestone at Christmas. Vito and his team are simply FABULOUS and FUN! This gets a MUST DO if in the Chicago area. Definitely a Siskel and Ebert "Two Thumbs Up." Now, make your reservation and get "the rest of the story" at Vito's Vault.

The music itself was also really good and felt like the main focus of the whole experience. If you are solo, there are not always the best views of the stage depending on where you sit, but it still felt worth it because the performance is strong enough that you stay engaged no matter where you are seated. They ask that conversation volume be kept to a minimum for the performers. The food was decent and a little pricey, but for the overall experience it felt worth spending a bit more. Between the atmosphere, service, and music, it added to the night rather than taking away from it. Overall the combination of great customer service, good energy, and the location near the riverfront made it a really enjoyable experience! I was also able to walk from my accommodation to the venue and back, and it felt safe and easy to navigate.

Up till then it had been a little hit or miss. But that day I asked for a recommendation and she said nachos. They were very sad. Our drinks were fine. They say they are under new management... Service has always been poor and this just seals years of sub-par experience. Drove all the way over for literally nothing. They sent a reminder yesterday March 3rd that my pass (that I didn't even realize I had since it didn't mention birthday once in the email) was going to expire soon. I clicked the link and got the pass expiring March 4th (today). I went for an evening show and they turned me away saying it was expired. So be it. Way to turn an easy layup into a total loss. We go as a family and there are 8 of us. This was for a single birthday pass. So they've lost 8 customers just by not having their stuff together. They used to give 8 birthday passes, then 4, then 2, now 1, and it expires the day before it says it does. Get it together HB. We're on the way to Hollywood Palms right now to see a movie as a family.
