The ice cream vendor had a very nasty attitude tonight. I ordered just a plain vanilla ice cream cone assuming the price would be less than $5.00. So I gave him a $10.00 bill expecting at least $5.00 left in change. But he gave me back only $2.00 of course I was stunned. I then asked him how much was the ice cream cone? Stopped at the truck that's located right outside of City Hall Park. I just rushed to the court house to submit emergency paperwork for my client and thought, 'Hey let me get some ice cream!'
