Used to visit this arcade when I was a little kid, so returning was extremely nostalgic. And since I returned now that I'm a Yelper, I get to write about it! And now that I think about it, there's not much to write. It's a standard arcade that I hope survives the dying industry, especially since Lake George has such a small population. For $25, I spent a couple hours here with my brother, recreating our childhood of playing skeeball, air hockey, Wheel of Fortune, Pac-Man, the blingey bonus game, the shooter game, the claw prize game, the basketball game, and more. We even got a few cute prizes, including a rubber ducky from the claw machine and a teddy panda from the redemption counter! So lucky my brother is an engineer and a gamer, not to mention tall, because I could never score all those baskets! They've digitized the place since I last visited. I don't know how I feel about this, because I used to love counting all my little tickets... just something so sweet about that situation. But I get that they probably wanted to save paper and money - bittersweet, though. FWA is a well-maintained arcade that's clean, spacious, well lit, and has that small-town feel. It's an affordable place to spend with your children or siblings for a night and have some family-friendly fun.

During the off season, I came here. But I do wish it was open longer. It was only open from 3p-6p. It's a decent size arcade with redemption games, air hockey, guitar hero, speedball ect. type boardwalk games. With 3 arcades in the area, this was the only ne open durong thos season. Can't spend a very long time here but it will entertain people who like to play games. Like other arcade games, all your credits and tickets are on an arcade card you purchase.

My sister and I came here on a Saturday night, around 10 pm and it was so empty! We practically had the whole place to ourselves. You have to load money onto your card to play the games. We only loaded $10 which went a long way. The air hockey tables were all out of order (big bummer)! But I did enjoy the racing games and PacMan. I forgot the name but a game with clowns was not working when we swiped our card, the worker gave us credit and got the machine working for us. Big yay!

Come to the most beautiful place in North America and go into a gaming arcade. I fear for the millennial's and the generations after that. While it's a little bit of a flashback for me to Ocean City's boardwalk being at a hot sandy beach is not the same as LG NY. The Establishment seems to be dying it's not very well kept up.

Jackpot win ! We ended up with 650+ tickets :)

Walking around the lake George area my husband and I decided to test out the arcade. There are a few arcades within a couple blocks of each other that all have the same games. Skeeball, deal or no deal, basketball, big Bertha, ect. For a bunch of "kids" in their mid twenties we had a fun 30 minutes in here! :)

    Everyone's favorite is .50 a game.

Build some restrooms FFS! It's unreasonable to expect paying customers to walk across the street in the rain to take a leak.

This was a nice place to go, fun and not too hard of the wallet. I like that they use quarters. My daughter enjoyed the place.

We have been coming here for years and I love it more than my son does. It's a great fun family place.

My daughter won a basketball on the claw game, and the same gentleman made sure it was completely inflated for her.

The laser tag was super and it was really cool to check our progress on the scoreboard afterwards . I'd return just to play this again. They have a great special for $26.50 that gives you 2 bumper car rides, 2 go kart rides , and 2 admissions to lazer tag, plus one 16 ounce soda..saves you about $10 The rock wall was challenging but fun. My only complaint was they have a ton of vintage pinball machine which were out of service, yet still on the floor. I really wanted to play the 1978 Bally Star Trek that I haven't played since I was a kid!

Go-karts are fun, squeezed two adults into a car and it malfunctioned but they let us go another lap so it made up for it. Lasertag had a lot of ground to explore and hide in, with a side room area that I saw a preschool girl and her family playing in, if you need a smaller field safer for a younger child. Minus one star for games being out of service, two bumper cars and a handful of lasertag vests broken, and they really could use lockers for storing shoes for bounce houses, purses, umbrellas etc as they just get left at the starting gates or hold onto them in the attractions.

They have little pirate stories on each of the hole signs if you like to read about the history they created for this course. The prices are reasonable, the staff was friendly and it's in a great location close to downtown Lake George tourist community. I'd recommend to take your family here for a fun hour of mini golf. What a fantastic golf course! My friend and I have tried just about every mini golf course within…read more90 minutes of Albany and this is one of the best. The greens are kept in perfect shape with no ruffled turf, loose bricks, piles of leaves, etc. The (very blue) waterfall was working and added ambiance. Scattered throughout the course are interesting pirate vignettes and facts, and the caves and bridges added to the experience. The course itself is a bit different from most others. Many courses add artificial challenges (sand bunkers, gravel areas, missing sidewalls near water, windmills, etc.) to make it difficult. Here, every hole is straightforward. And most of them are short. Therefore, it is best to approach it as each hole could (should?) be doable as a hole-in-one. And I got two, my friend got another two, and everyone around us was getting them. Does that mean the course is too easy? No, not at all. But, it isn't a course where you should be taking more than 2-3 putts to get it in the cup. There are no dogleg holes, etc. which add length. Some of the holes have fun twists. I won't give away the surprises, but there were several areas that led to good (and bad!) unexpected results. Play it out and you will see what I mean. The staff were friendly, and they had at least six different sized putters making it possible to get the perfect fit. The prices ($13) were certainly reasonable and comparable to other courses. It was packed on Saturday on a holiday weekend, but because the holes are so short everything kept on flowing nicely. Overall, a wonderful course.
