Staff was really rude. Due to their own mistake they got mad for me explaining that I was allowed in because of my party. I was sent along and when I wanted to buy a ticket for skating and i explained they got in my face. When i said never mind to the extra money for the skate ticket after they were rude they talked back and told me off. I'm not sure why they did that but they felt like it was appropriate to me declining something extra. Took students to Fun Zone on a field trip today. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the kids had a great time. I would highly recommend.

I had flashbacks to the good old times my family and I had when we were little kids. I was overjoyed with having the opportunity to allow my little girl to experience the whole vibe that you step into, as soon as you walk through the door. Had my son's 7th bday party there and we got the 3D ultimate room for him and his friends. They loved it! The staff was so accommodating and friendly! The owner lady was there and she was super nice and helpful as well! It really was a great experience and even though it was a little pricey, the price tag was totally worth it because we didn't need to do ANYTHING other than bring ourselves, the cake and our guests. They took care of literally everything. The atmosphere was great and the kids had a blast! I definitely recommend this place. read more

Took my nephew for an afternoon, he had a blast! Several options for younger kids. I would recommend they expand so that kids are sliding out into the walkway. I would highly recommend as a 'babysitting' option. read more

Very disappointed in the attitude of the manager. We came for the kids to skate and purchased the package for skating and games. The kids wanted to take a break from skating for the other activities. So apparently you are suppose to do everything barefoot because they don't let the kids return skates for their shoes then come back. The manager said everyone just does stuff barefoot and had a tremendous attitude, walking away from us. So sad and pathetic. read more

This might be bc I'm older but Bob-a-loos was always fun and a cheap hangout place with skating, this place will GET YOU ON MONEY!! Wasnt really enjoyable, my skates were old and ragged so it was hard to skate and to pay just to get in then pay for all the other activities seperatly seemed a bit RIDICULOUS!! As the sole skate center in Dothan, Fun Zone attracts dozens of people on an average weekend. As a semi-frequent visitor, I am disappointed to say that Fun Zone isn't as "fun" as the name would suggest. My first complaint is centered around the condition of the venue and equipment in general. I feel like I'm walking into an inner-city slum every time I walk through the doors of Fun Zone. Broken tiles, filthy bathrooms, and chipped paint await you here, and that's not even mentioning the equipment. The equipment is in serious disrepair, to say the least. On an average visit, you can expect to have at least 40% of the arcade games unavailable for play, which is ridiculous considering the absurd price of admission and tokens. The rental skate situation is far worse, with splitting leather, missing pieces, and an absolutely putrid stench that will haunt your dreams. I wouldn't rent these skates; actually, Fun Zone should be paying ME to risk my life while wearing these pieces of rubbish. In fact, a few of my closest friends and family have contracted nasty cases of Athlete's Foot after wearing these cursed pieces of footwear. The food served here at Fun Zone is lackluster, but that's to be expected. What I did not expect was to see so many insects around the serving area. One particularly memorable incident involved finding the severed leg of a cockroach embedded in my slice of pepperoni pizza. I want to hear the sounds of happy customers and sizzling, delicious pizza, not the sickening crunch of exoskeleton under my shoe. In addition to the problems listed above, the sound level here is obscenely high. If you suffer from migraines or are otherwise vulnerable to blasting tween music, steer clear if you value your health. I don't even suffer headaches often, but after a few hours of being here, I am often confronted with the awful sensation best likened to a gang of tiny dwarves trying to bash their way out of my skull. All in all, I do not recommend Fun Zone. I'm perfectly willing to spend large amounts of my hard-earned cash on entertainment for my younger family members, but I want to spend it somewhere worthwhile, and this establishment does not fit that description. read more
