I've been going to Central Finance since maybe…read morearound 2003, when it used to be on the other side of the shopping center and I've worked my way up to the max of $1,500 and made my payments and paid it off and hardly late but I always paid the fee if any. Usually around Xmas time I take out the max and around income tax I always paid it off, then in summer of 2023 I called to see if I can just borrow $500 and they put me on hold after taking my information and then another girl gets on and she says she the manager and very snotty she says they are unable to help me and I ask why and at that time I was in between jobs so I take it they ran my credit and was like okay I get it but why be snotty about it and I ask again who she was and she kept say I'm the manager and I finally ask for her name and she said Veronica and I just hung up and left it like that... Today I called because something unexpected happened and well I printed out my check stubs and was ready to give all my updated information, but when someone answers and I explain I'm needing to reopen a loan that I had for years and she tells me that I called less then 6 mos ago and if I'm sure if I want to try again and I told her yes then she puts me on hold then here comes the manager on the phone telling me I'm denied because my credit wasn't good and I told her yeah I know my credit isn't good but I always had called in the past and they would tell me to take in my pay stubs showing proof I'm still working and current utility bill proving where I live and with the same snotty attitude says they are finance with the bank and that's how they get their money. I didn't want to get into with her because she sounded the same snotty Veronica I spoke to months back, it's a shame that I've been doing business here for years and seen so many little girls come and go and wasn't hard for me to get money because I build my history with them but I guess that doesn't matter here but what's makes me angry that they are not professional at all about it and have a shitty attitude, well glad I was able to get help from another company that I build history the same time as I did with this company.

The person who manages the mortgage section was running late so we spoke with one of the realtors for a little bit. I kind of let her give her talk and then politely stated that we really just wanted to discuss mortgages and that we already had a realtor. Her attitude quickly changed and she scolded us saying that it was against realtor ethics for one person to get advice from two realtors and that she would not show us any homes. What??!! Had I not said that we were not interested in their realty services. Futhermore, she approached us as we sat waiting for our appt. Anyhow, it was just bizarre and uncomfortable. Needless to say we did not go back.

This is the 2nd time I have used Rubiola mortgage. My first experience was the same. Great service and JC guided us through the entire process. If we had a question, we called and he got back with us in less than 15 minutes. I hear in real estate they make money by referrals you send and through repeat business. I will always do business with these amazing professionals!! Once again they exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough good things about this mortgage/real estate organization! They tell me it's gonna be a 10 minute wait for them to get my cash. I get called back up to the teller just for them to tell me that I cannot cash this check out because of the way it is I end up going to another RBFCU a mile away and I get helped and get my cash in five minutes! the Leon Valley location just seemed like they were lazy because their drive-through was packed from customers and was an inconvenience to cash my check due to the time. will no longer even contemplating coming to this location due to this experience I had today.
