Later when I picked up my wife and 1 year old daughter, my wife told me that a number of the older kids ran into the toddler section throwing balls at each other and the staff didn't say anything while my one year old got a little freaked out about this. Also had no idea about the icky photo/marketing policy until I read the other reviews. Yeesh! But to be FAIR, one positive thing this place has going for it is that it is pretty clean.

There's no excuse for treating customers that way. Consistency and kindness matter, especially in a business geared toward children, and unfortunately this place fell short on both.
