It also has a large bounce house, a small bicycle course, a foam block area, a sensory bin gem section and a pretty impressive water play area. I think the water play area was the most impressive part of the indoor playground. It was also nice to have a cafe in the middle with plentiful seating and a decent selection of kids snacks and foods (pizza, grilled cheese, sandwiches). Pricing I think was comparable to other indoor playgrounds, except they made me buy socks which was a bit annoying (I guess you can bring your own, but my girls were wearing sandals). It was about ~ $45 dollars for 2 kids, but unlimited time and I believe you can exit and come back later (which is another plus). Overall a good option on a rainy or snowy day to let the kids blow off some steam. My girls weren't THAT into the water play section, so I would probably be better off just going to the Strong Museum where we have an annual pass and has more activities.

Table was set-up nicely for the party. The staff was cheerful, friendly and accommodating. Here are some things to know: Pizza was from Salvatore's - when it was delivered, we were not notified. I had to go ask when they would be serving our pizza a few minutes after 8pm. They were like oh, it's here. It's in the warming rack. We didn't know you wanted it. I wasn't made aware that I had to ask for our pizza. Booking an end of the night party basically gave the kids at our party the place to themselves a little after 8pm. Nobody was there except us and the staff. This may change if the place becomes more popular. It is a much smaller venue compared to the trampoline parks in Rochester. One thing our kids said was that there weren't really any long trampolines to bounce on. Overall, it was a success. The glow aspect with the upbeat music definitely made it better for the older kids.I feel this park is geared for the younger kids. Though it is nice to have something closer to home.

Even when our AV vendor was unable to accommodate our wedding on short notice, the team at Balcony Point was able to make things work by providing their own in-house equipment, which was a lifesaver. The facilities were extremely clean and well-maintained and I received many questions from our guests on how they can get a hold of the venue for their own future plans. The only difficult part about the night was getting guests to leave because everyone had such a great time!

At the time, I spoke with the owner, who seemed apologetic and willing to address the situation. Based on that experience, I later posted a review sharing my concerns. Today, we returned to the park hoping to move forward. Shortly after arriving, the owner approached us and said she remembered me and my son. She then spoke privately with an employee, who came over and informed us that we were banned from the facility. As the parent of a child with autism, this experience was disappointing and upsetting. What made it especially difficult was that I had believed the situation had been resolved after speaking with the owner. Being recognized upon arrival and then told we were banned left me feeling embarrassed, singled out, and unwelcome. I believe families of children with special needs deserve to be treated with respect, understanding, and clear communication. I wanted to share our experience so that other families can make informed decisions.
