When we first interviewed Bobbie she immediately put us at ease, showed us her licenses and other credentials. Explained her policy of getting clearance with our vet's office to transport our pets in an emergency. This was particularly important to us because one of our cats is a special needs geriatric senior, who needs meds twice daily. Bobbie set up a meds chart for us to see along with her daily visit log, which documented the times and frequencies of her visits. Additionally, Bobbie knowing how anxious we were leaving home, communicated via text every few days to keep in touch with how things were going. She is the complete professional. We are happy to report in our ten-day absence, everything went perfectly well; our "kids" Hamilton and Grey were very well taken care of.
