John is truly concerned about the dogs and their physical and social well being. He has spent time getting to know both dogs and their individual personalities. One of my dogs is not always nice to other dogs; John went out of his way to work with her and slowly introduce her to his pack. John studied methods of working with aggressive/strong prey drive dogs, and has helped my girl become much more social. Although we still do not trust her 100%, she has made great strides.
