When I dropped her off, the staff came out in the waiting room to meet her, and spend a few minutes making sure she was comfortable. They encouraged me to call and check on her as much as I wanted and said I could visit her during the day. I loved how open they were because some places are annoyed when you call to check on your animals. When I picked my girl up, she seemed healthy and happy. We'll definitely be back again if she needs a place to stay.

The walkers are arranged by neighborhood rather than individual - so if you move you will most likely get a different walker. They have uniform shirts that they can wear during your dog walks. I have had only one issue with one of the walkers that I had assigned to me, which was resolved swiftly by management. All of the walkers are bonded & insured. They send text updates with updates during their visit. Cancellation policy is fair and you have the ability to tip your walker.

I tried to be specific about "follow the breed grooming standard," but instead of looking it up or asking, they just mowed away. I would stay away from these guys unless they can prove to you that they know the proper technique for your breed. Also, I was overcharged about 10%. My buddy had not had his nails clipped in years and he always freaked out when we tried. Nervously, I took him to Pawz ; 10 minutes later, the job was done with actually NO trauma, no reactions, and excellent attitude. Ok, it might not be a scientific study, but it sure is true here. They are reportedly moving closer to downtown and I'll be using them for boarding too!
