Their pricing was also very fair compared to other veterinary clinics in the area, which was a pleasant surprise. The clinic itself is brand new, beautifully decorated, and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I called them as instructed because I wished to have the black cat urn and was told by Andrew it would be two weeks - ok so I paid and waited. I called every week until the 23rd of February and was finally told they did not have the urn STILL yet they had been telling VEG who I was also calling that they had to get a tracking number. Veg told me they had shipped it but they also needed to get a tracking number leading me to believe that my pet had been shipped back to them...BTW they deliver the remains not SHIP them. I called VEG 4 days ago and was hung up on by Cheyenne and when I called back she had the audacity to tell me I hung up because I could not hear her. A complete lie as I told her to take me off of speaker phone. I finally spoke to Kendall at Fond Memories and she told me that they needed to call and find out when they would receive the urn...I cancelled the black cat urn and they suggested I could take another urn and then transfer him to the cat urn?? I just took the other urn and who knows what I will receive today when I pick up his ashes. Maybe just plain dirt! Do not use this place.

Gents & Paws is a mobile nail trimming service created by two veterinary nail techs. Blessed to have found them. Patch continues to hate his nails trimmed; still snarling, but these guys are gentle and they definitely have the expertise to keep him calm. No major restraint, zero sedation required, and no scaredy cats doing his nails.... Also, lots of pet education ... Pets can tell if you're uncomfortable or scared in performing your tasks. With five dogs -- all with very different personalities -- finding someone I completely trust with them is a big deal. What really sets Raquel apart is how incredible she is with dogs who need a little extra patience. Jette and Jay-J are rescues and were very fearful, and she took the time to earn their trust and make grooming a positive experience for them. Walter had actually been banned from other groomers because he was so difficult to groom, yet Raquel was able to work with him and groom him with no issues. That alone says so much about her patience, skill, and way with animals. They always look adorable when she's finished, and having her come to us makes everything so much easier and less stressful. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with and understands that every dog is different. I'm so thankful we found Ooh La La Mobile Pet Spa.
