I bit the bullet took her to VEG ER for Pets, only to find out she had advanced congestive heart failure. I don't believe in putting animals down, so I went for surgery. The team was great, they did everything they could ultrasound, removed 2 12 once cans of fluid which was preventing her from eating. They gave me some discounts making the emergency visit more reasonable then normal. I get home with her, let her come out of the carrier by herself, then she moved over to the couch stayed there for some time, then she jumped off the couch heading to the bedroom wobbling, then i heard the most horrible scream of pain and she just fell. I went to pick her up she was limp, I shook her and she came too, called the vet then went back, while driving to the vet she was talking to me, when I arrive, they start working on her and her heart stopped. I told them DNR. They brought me into a consoling room to be with her gave me as much time as I wanted. Finally, when I was ready to leave, they offered cremation services which was very expensive, so I declined they gave me a cardboard coffin and went back home to do some research. While conducting research I found Pet Passages online. They made the process very easy, you order online, you bring your animal in then they take care of the rest. I like the fact pricing is all up front, no games, no guesses. The owner was really nice and totally understood what I was going through, he just lost his dog a few weeks ago. He pulled Josie out put her out on the table you see here attached. The waterfall feature in the room made it perfect to hold her one last time and greave. May she rest in peace.

From the moment we arrived, they treated our family, and Wilson, with such kindness, dignity, and care. They allowed us to take our time saying goodbye in a serene, calming setting and never made us feel rushed. That meant everything to us. Losing a pet is incredibly painful, but the way they guided us through the process made it feel gentle and respectful. We are so grateful to Pet Passages & Dr. McPherson for helping Wilson cross the rainbow bridge with such compassion.

They helped us get him out of the car and onto a stretcher. The vet explained he was in bad shape and explained end of life services. They told us over the phone that they were not busy and would prioritize Devo's care, so we made the difficult decision to head over there to say goodbye. We believed she had passed on the car ride over, but when we arrived they took her to the back and Dr. Echevarria came to us and said she had a faint heartbeat. We said we wanted to hold her while she passed, and Dr. Echevarria proceeded to disappear for 15 minutes, leaving us in a room while our dog passed alone without us by her side. While this was happening, we were obviously very distressed, asking every employee we saw what was going on and where our dog was. When we finally saw Dr. Echevarria, we asked for our dog so we could hold her, she told us very rudely "we have other patients" and turned away. I cannot believe how heartless and uncompassionate these people are here. I would NEVER ever ever step foot in this place if you are in the vulnerable position of having your dog be at the end of their life. Dr. Echevarria stole our dog from us, stole that moment of being with her as she passed from us, then was rude to us on top of it. Her staff was apologizing to us for her attitude, blaming it on her having worked a long shift, but there is no excuse for what she did to us and our precious dog. She didn't even deserve to have touched my precious baby, let alone keep her from us when she needed us most. I will forever remember this doctor as being one of the most evil people I have ever encountered. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE.

Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the hardest decisions we make as owners. Our dogs were at home, comfortable, and not fearful or anxious about what was happening. I remember one of our dogs having an emergency and having to take him to the vet. He was anxious, and it was time for me to let him go. Seeing him on the cold, metal table broke my heart. I vowed that when the time came for our other dogs, I would choose Compassionate Care. I cannot express enough how incredible this service was during such a heartbreaking time. Dr. Fiona took the time to let us say our goodbyes without rushing, providing us with the space and support we needed.

Recently we euthanized Ginger. She was fourteen with rapidly declining quality of life issues. The usual when, where, how thoughts and discussions took place over weeks . After referrals to Dr Fiona and the description of her process, the decision was made to use her. Now, each pet lover decides the type of food, level of care etc they are going to give their animal. That ranges from just enough to get by to treating them like humans. No matter your level of care, Dr Fiona will open your eyes to a level of compassion for your pet you've never witnessed. Yes, this service cost significantly more than going down to the vet's office. They come to your home and over the course of one to two hours lovingly usher your pet to the next stop. Beautiful. I highly recommend you consider Dr Fiona and her service.

She was approximately 8 weeks old and we loved her beyond measure. She had a sister and me and my sister both landed on Sabrina. God lead us to her and for what ever reason he knew she would need us. Approximately at 9 months old she started having some diarrhea and through a multitude of Vet and Animal Hospital visits testing would show she lymphoma. Rare for a pup. Our best prepared us for a rolller coaster if good days and bad days and we were absolutely blessed with really good days up until last week. On a business trip my sister called and said Sabrina wasn't feeling well and was laying down in the corner of the laundry room. She never slept in there. I arrived back home Wednesday morning and she didn't come to the door to greet as she always did. I went to her and she was at her normal place underneath my chair and I gently greeted her and she wiggled her little tale. She died 12 hours later. Her little body had enough. She was our best Friend and we loved her deeply. Her big sissy has been looking for her everyday. At 3:00 am I discovered Precious Pets Crematory and completed their online inquiry. 7:00 am the owner called me. He was awesome and talked me through the options. I told him I would be there by 10:00 and said his daughter would be waiting on me. When I arrived she was kind and understanding. She could see and feel our pain. We received word that Sabrina was ready to be picked up today. Coordinated a time and it went exceptionally well. Not only did we get an engraved urn, but they included her paw print and a sample of her hair. Me and my sister cried...bawled. My last words to This very sweet lady was that I hope I never see her again. Lovingly she understood what I was saying. In life, the love we have for our pets last us a lifetime. Thank you Precious Pets for your kindness and understanding. If I could give 10 stars I would!
