    This is THE BEST veterinary office I have ever been to!!! As an owner of multiple dogs with and without behavior issues, the environment, staff, and care are absolutely exceptional!!!! everyone at Furlife always goes above and beyond to accommodate any wants or needs me and my pets may have, from overnighting medication without hesitation, to catering in any way to my dog, mollie's severe anxiety We have been going to Furlife for almost two years, and they have changed not only my perspective on veterinary offices and care but more importanly changed how mollie sees the vet; from having to force her into the office door at old vets, shaking in fear, Mollie will excitedly go into Furlife vets and truly enjoys her experience at the vet more every time!! Something I thought would never possible!!

    The best veterinarian in Boca area. The staff is super friendly, the facility is beautiful, clean and inviting. They treat us like family, listen to our concerns and are very affordable. Dr. Jesus takes his time to answer all of our questions and he is very knowledgeable. I feel so confident to leave my furry baby under their care.

We've been with them for almost 5 years, since we had Dr. Doolie and Dr. Ali. Both of them were very kind, friendly, and attentive. Every time we brought our cats in, we were able to meet and speak with the doctor--even during regular visits--which showed how much they cared. Yesterday , we were told that we would have to pay extra if we wanted to see the new doctor, since it was "just a vaccine" visit for my cat. That really surprised me. It's not about the money--we're always willing to do whatever is needed for our cats--but it made me feel like the doctor doesn't truly care. When it comes to your pets, it's normal to want to see and talk to the doctor, especially with someone new. This has never happened before, so it feels like it's all about business now. P.S. The staff are always kind and lovely--we still appreciate them--but we're just too disappointed to come back.

Then they tell me it will take 24-48 hours just for a copy of a script. Then they really don't ever get back to you. Then my dog had an ear infection & they refused to see the dog as they got into an argument over records. They are so disorganized they do not have updated files on my address which I had given them numerous times. The lady at the front desk is overwhelmed, she can't perform. They have a mess at the front desk & a lot of the good vets left. This place used to be good but I believe a new group took over. I would not recommend them to anyone!!

    I just experienced the worst customer service experience in history! My husband was the account…read moreholder for our two dogs' wellness plans. When he passed away a few months ago, I notified the office, and they asked me to bring a death certificate so they could transfer the account into my name. I did that and thought it was all good. Today, I received an email that the account was overdue. I called the main customer service number, and I explained the situation, and he charged my credit card as I had put that on file when I thought the account was transferred into my name. Then I was transferred to another person who made sure I could log in to my account, as it was still under my husband's email. She told me that it is not possible to change the account over to a new person (me) and that I had to cancel and open a new plan. The third person I was transferred to was the worst customer service person I have ever encountered. He told me that the contract was no longer valid as the account holder had passed. When I asked him, while they were still charging my husband on his credit card and taking payment from me, even though the contract holder had passed and the contract was no longer valid, he accused me of fraud and trying to access a dead person's account and hung up on me. The man was just so rude, and I still can't believe that just happened.
