What an amazing and "comforting" visit our dog Lucky had at Furlife Vets. We were in Delray from New England, visiting our elderly moms, and our dog Lucky seemed a bit sluggish. We asked a few people with pets for a vet recommendation and we found ourselves at Furlife. The care that our boy received was so caring, so professional, so warm. Kindness radiated from every staff member. Dr. Jesus and his team spent so much time with us and Lucky, and after a thorough exam, assured us he was okay. The next day, the office even called us to follow up to see how Lucky was doing. The Furlife team just deserves so much credit for running a top notch office and for genuinely loving and caring for pets. A great experience, and we are thankful. read more

Let me explain that the Vet visits for my French Bulldog Pearl are always a very rough experience for us. Our baby hates the vet!! Refuses to go in, tries to bite, all out denies treatment! When we heard about this Vet who is trained in fear in dogs, we thought we had to try it. Definitely definitely did not think would work!!! Now let me tell me tell you about our experience. We were welcomed to a beautiful clean place. Offered coffee, water, and pup was given a puppacino right away. She was already doing better. We went into one of the rooms, which was a couch, carpet, and home setting, with dog toys waiting and dog calming pheromones in the air. They offered her some cheese to even comfort her more. When she snipped at one of the ladies for being to close, the lady fully understood and started to ignore her, which calmed her down right away. No attitude from the employee whatsoever! Actually smiled about it. WOW! Doctor came out and sat on floor for 30 minutes explaining my dogs conditions and options. Was taken on a whole tour of this wonderful facility, and they figured out a perfect way to make Pearl relax and get her shots and also give blood calmly. I was speechless. Then they walked her around and gave her love. So when I tell you I have NO AFFILIATION with this business and I just feel inclined to leave a great review, believe it. I love my Pearl and want nothing more than for her to be comfortable at the vet when she has to go. Not to mention me being comfortable. After all of this, we were then given a gift bag full of REAL treats for her. Not advertisements and junk. A KONG toy!!!!! I expected to get an offensive bill, and shockingly it was no more than my usual Vet that offers bare minimum. True 5 stars deserved and give them a chance with your fur babies. I am not keeping a 14 year old dog at a clinic to do an hourly blood glucose curve when he has been stable on his insulin for 2 years. That is cruel. Any good physician or veterinarian for that matter listens to the families wishes and adapts plan of care. You are correct in that I will be better served at an office that takes these considerations into account. I was referred here by a friend of mine. I have a very reactive big dog which I've had bad experiences with previous vets because of it. I have to say, this place took AMAZING care of us. I have never been so comfortable in a vets office ever in my last 6 years with my boy. Patricia was SO helpful and caring from the initial phone call through the appointment. Thank you Furlife Vets for making the nail trimming of me and my Mother's Affenpinschers (monkey like dog in German) a fear free and loving experience! Although we were happy with our previous vet, who always took good care of our Affenpinschers, he sadly hasn't been practicing. On the recommendation of many of our friends, we decided to give Furlife Vets a try and it was a fabulous decision! Upon entering, one will find Furlife to be immaculate and definitely not like any other vet office you have been to, with ample plush couches to wait, a large front desk, and warm lighting, it feels more like a nice hotel than a veterinary office. Patricia, who is a sweetheart and one of the co-owners of Furlife along with Morgan, one of the Vet Techs. Again, the room where we were escorted was not like any other vet, due to the lack of a table but rather, a plush couch where sat with our fur babies and a basket full of toys. One thing we loved about Furlife in contrast to other vets we have used was that we were able to be in the room while our dogs were being treated, a major factor in putting them at ease. When it came time to treat our dogs, Patricia and Morgan won them over by giving them treats and swaddling them in a special blanket as they were having their nails trimmed. Our dogs demonstrated no fear, with even the most timid of our dogs letting their nails be worked on and the end result was excellent, as their nails were trimmed much better than at our previous practice. We also met Dr. Jesus Aramendi DVM and the other members of the team, who were wonderful and made us and our fur babies feel right at home! In addition, they have a facility with all of the latest in veterinary technology to keep your fur babies at their healthiest during their treatments. If that is not enough, at $25/dog for a nail trimming, the prices were more than fair for the quality of work and from what I saw, the prices of other services were in line with our former vet and other vets in the area. I have had many pets in my lifetime and feel that I can leave an honest review as a result. My only regret is that I didn't find Furlife sooner. My dog Baby, who is now 12, has always been a horrendous eater and experienced many bouts of diarrhea. Meal time involved who, my husband or I got the "job" arguing who did it last. After patience, understanding and guidance, Baby now eats a dog food and treats recommended by Dr Jesus to meet her needs. As a result she comes looking for us to be fed and eats like she's making up for lost time. The best part is we don't argue as to who fed her last and no more intestinal issues! Hands down the most amazing vet I have ever been to. From the second you walk into the clinic, I was warmly greeted by the staff. It is clear they take gentle care of their hospital, as each corner of the hospital is clean, not to mention how "at home" I felt. The decor mimics a home, making both me and my pet comfortable. The Dr and technicians took well care of my pet, doing a thorough check of him. I'm addition to that, their prices for their service is perfectly reasonable. I cannot recommend Furlife Vets enough.
