I really like her a lot since she seems to know her stuff and that's a big deal to me because my boston has a lot of health issues especially at 10 years old. After a traumatic experience with a groomer and an emergency vet that was both expensive and extremely lacking in compassion, we knew we needed a change. After adopting a puppy , I quickly learned that Dr. Q was THE VET. Everyone in my neighborhood quickly recommended this vet, and it was also suggested by Big Dog Ranch Rescue where I adopted my dog. I was hesitant to try a new vet , but I must say I am overall thrilled. While they are strictly enforcing social distance guidelines and I haven't actually seen the vet face to face, I have been hear several occasions and she does a TREMENDOUS job. She listens to my concerns, assess the situation, and does her best to address the issue. I really appreciate her flexibility because in the past vets have pushed certain food on me and pressured me into purchasing things. Dr. Q understands that everyone's budget is different and she works with you. Also, I have never had an issue getting my pup in for a visit. If something is wrong , they make time ! Dr. Q is incredible and so are her staff. My Viszla has been going here since I got her (now 3 years old). My 2 cats see her as well. She is thorough, does not rush, spends time with your pet and genuinely loves them and cares for them. She is NOT about upwelling you or looking to get a big bill out of you. Fees are extremely reasonable. Also, the office is SO CLEAN! I also have my parents older rescue (13 years old) commuting to see her after a terrible experience at a different vet in Boca. Boca vet had told my parents to spend a couple days with their dog and come back to put him down. That was 6 months ago! Dr. Q has been informative of options and treatments for him, recommended specialists and has prescribed medicine to keep him healthy, prolong his life while also (most importantly) keeping him comfortable, pain free, and still having a quality of life. My brother also now goes to Dr. Q with his golden retriever and 2 cats after trying 5 other vets prior. All around amazing! read more

Begged for an appt after loosing our home from Ian. Poor golden is chewing his paws off cause of the stress. Couldn't help and said sorry new patients can't have any emergency visits. Dr. Q and her staff have been nothing short of amazing each time we visit. We are transplants from NY/NJ and finally found the perfect place for our pets (2 dogs 2 cats) to be taken care of. Such a quaint place, new construction, very clean and homey feel. Last month we had an international family member come visit with her pup. Unfortunately, the airline gave the wrong requirements which meant she was not allowed to leave the states with her dog. Dr. Q's staff dedicated their time to research all the vaccines, forms and fees required by both the airline and Department of Agriculture that finally allowed our relative to travel safely with her dog. Special shout out to Adriene (I hope I spelled that correctly) who calmed us down, spent time doing the research and together with the rest of staff and of course, Dr. Q, got everything we needed to get my family's pup home. I took my two cats to Dr. Q's this week. I felt compelled to post what I thought about this vet. The first thing that I noticed was how fresh the place smelled and how clean it was. This is not usually the case in a vet's office. The girls who worked at the desk were absolutely wonderful and helpful. Dr. Q is the best vet that I have ever met. i had a horrible and disappointing experience with this vet today . I have been using her for 2 years and have yet to meet her due to covid . I called today to make an appointment and spoke to Laura who asked me what was going on . When i told her she said let me talk to Dr. Q. Since it's been going on for a little while she should be seen today but she doesn't take emergencies on Saturday's huh . She called me back and offered me curbside which i already told her i didn't want to do . She said she would speak to the Dr. and see if there was anything else that could be done . I waited until 12:45 and then called the office . I spoke to Laura again and she told me that the next appointment the Dr. had was on Friday almost a week away . It went from it's been going on for awhile let me try to get you i today to the Dr. can't see you for a week . I asked for my records and Laura wrote that she told me due to holiday hours she couldn't see me and gave me a number for another emergency vet to see . This conversation never happened. She said she was going to check with the DR. and call me back . I definitely don't recommend this Dr. Why would anyone need a vet that doesn't take their patients in an emergency situation. read more

Dr. Q is a consummate professional who is clearly devoted to pet health. She and her staff are as compassionate as it gets. If I could give them 10 STARS I would. My loving golden collapsed on the way home from boarding today and they treated him as if he were royalty. They quickly got him on oxygen and IV fluids and reduced his excessively high temperature and heart rate while they assessed his blood work. I do not leave very many reviews, but this one is a must. Had our first appointment for our fur babies today with Dr. Q. Even though they are using Covid protocol at this time it was amazing. We arrived and called them, shortly after a ver tech came out, who was awesome, she wrote down notes of everything we said and took our fur babies into the office. Shortly after Dr. Q called to speak with us. Dr. Q went over everything with us as if we were standing right there in the office. Literally 26 mins on the phone. She did not rush through anything. She was very informative and recommended things we had not been told before. You could tell from the way she spoke to us about our fur babies that she really cares about your pet.
