On one of my 5 trips to pick them up he said one pair was done but he hadn't put the vibram heal on. He stated that it didn't need a new sole even though I paid for it. This is an elderly man with obvious mobility health issues and probably can't see very well anymore. Based on reviews I read, he use to do good work and had someone younger helping but he seems to be on his own now. It also had scratches along the bottom front from our dogs collar. The desk is very heavy so I was really happy to find someone who would actually come out to our house! He did an awesome job and matched the stain so well that I can't tell it from the original finish. Although I had to wait a while before Mingo had an opening in his schedule, once he got the chair & ottoman (along with some Knoll Fabric I provided), he got the very complex job turned around in less than a week.
