We wanted to get our downstairs sealed again. Most of the work was fine, except we could see some shortcuts here and there. Jason wanted payment in cash, which seemed weird, but okay. A couple of weeks later, the seal in the master bath around the drain started coming off. I called Jason about warranty repair, and he told me he was out of town. I waited a couple of weeks and called again. No response. I called several times, texted several times, etc. Nothing - complete ghosting. So, you should hope the initial work holds up, because if it doesn't, they will not back up their work any more.
