Purchased over $6000 of furniture in mid-late February 2023. 60 days later, the product has not been delivered. Salesperson said he would update us regularly. That did not happen. The store manager asked if we could alter our order to something they have in stock. Unacceptable. At the time of purchase, they said custom orders would take 2-4 weeks. We are now at week 8 with no results. I am currently deployed overseas. Otherwise, I would be in their showroom on a daily basis. Instead, my wife is having to deal with this. I will be sharing this information with all of my counterparts at FT Carson. Proceed with caution when dealing with Furniture Row, Colorado Springs. ***UPDATE*** Close to 4 months later, the furniture finally arrived, and everything was perfect. Very disappointing customer service. In making our selection, we made it clear that receiving the furniture sooner rather than later was a priority given we had no furniture at the time. The items arrived a week past the promised delivery date (and no compensation offered). Further, a letter sent to the company regarding our concerns has gone unanswered after many weeks. This will be our first and last purchase from Furniture Row. I made 2 different orders with the company totally almost $30,000 in November and December 2025. The first order was placed on November 12, 2025. I'm still waiting on pieces from that order. The Amish bedroom set was a 10-12 week time frame. That didn't happen Multiple items have been delivered broken. Five chairs they tried to give me for the dining set were broken, a swivel rocker was also broken when we received. I had them give me a base off of a floor model to have that chair for Christmas. I've picked up items that were unassembled just to be sure it was not damaged. When I complained after multiple incidents I was offered $150 reimbursement for the delivery fee. I told them that is a slap in the face for as much money as I spent there. Today the manager (Louis) offered to sell me the broken chairs at a discount if I'd accept them. Are you freaking kidding me? I've gotten nothing but the run around on delivery delays. Then just told they'd reorder items for me. The customer satisfaction from this company is abysmal. So thankful to have gotten my furniture 2 weeks after purchase unlike everyone else reviewing. About a month ago we stopped in after having looked at 4 other places that day for new couches. We decided that we were no longer just going to settle for something based on a sale or what was in stock. The very first couch we saw, we knew it was the one. Who knew that the set would be $10,000 out the door but I did do some research after the fact and Furniture Row's prices were right in line with the rest of the world for these gorgeous Natuzzi leather couches. Sharon helped us and was not at all pushy like you'd expect in a furniture store. She told us what to expect with delivery and setup and all went as described. She even called us a week after delivery to make sure everything was as it should be. Delivery was fast and easy. They called a few days prior to tell us the date and then again the day before to tell us the time and then a text when they were 10 minutes away. The guys were very nice and respectful of our home which I'm not surprised after paying THREE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS for a deliver fee. Kind of an outrageous delivery fee if you ask me! Wow wow wow. I should have been warned by the reviews but was desperate for a living room set when we moved here in July. I told the lady we only wanted to see furniture that was in stock and could be delivered within a week. We settled on the Vista sofa, loveseat and ottoman and purchased it July 16. Fast forward to delivery day (July 23) I get a phone call saying "oops the loveseat is actually not in stock, and won't be available until late October." Our options then were pick something else, wait, or get a refund. We decided to wait, and here we are today the loveseat was finally delivered. Overall the furniture is mediocre, the feet lean in on the couch and ottoman which is frustrating and looks jenky. We probably would have picked a different set had we known we were going to have to wait three months to have everything. Also, all the Google reviews have got to be robots or paid-don't be fooled. We then went to Furniture Row and were pleasantly surprised to find comparable quality furniture at less than half of the price La-Z-Boy charges. If you are in the market for furniture, I highly encourage you to go anywhere but Furniture Row. This was potentially the worst customer care I have ever received. We ordered two custom living room chairs and an ottoman 12 weeks ago, which were supposed to be delivered 4-6 weeks ago. However, one of the chairs "got lost and sent to Woodley's furniture" and there was apparently nothing that could be done to retrieve it. Furthermore, ordering a replacement for the missing chair would take anywhere between two and five more weeks, but they couldn't quite be certain. I canceled the order and they were going to charge me $80 for some crappy cleaning products that came with my purchase unless I drove them back down the pass. Troy was very helpful throughout the entire process, he had answers for all of our questions right then and there, never gave unasked advice or try to pressure us into buying anything and most importantly he gave us space which made the looking process very comfortable. We found the furniture selection quite diverse especially the variety of materials and colors for sofas and sectionals. Also the free delivery option is a great plus. I wish I read these reviews before buying from this company. The entire experience has been absolutely horrible. I am very disappointed with this place. No other furniture store in the area had what we were looking for so furniture row was our only choice. We went in on Black Friday to purchase a large sectional. They had markers to identify which pieces of furniture were in stock, this influenced our choice because we did not want to wait months to receive our couch for our new home. We made this clear to the salesman. We picked one of the couches that was apparently in stock and the entire process went smooth until we went to check out and they told us that two pieces were in stock, but the rest would be delivered by April. We had already fallen in love with the couch so we decided to go through with it. The salesman said that he could have the first two pieces delivered within two weeks, and we would get everything else in April or earlier. Flash forward to 4 weeks later, I have heard absolutely nothing. I called them and they said that they had the two pieces but were not informed that they were supposed to be delivered before everything else. So in short, that salesman did not follow through on what he said he would do. About a month after getting this $5,000 dollar couch, one of the seams popped open, even though we were using it very lightly. I called furniture row and they were luckily able to get a repairman out here which was great. That is the only thing that has earned them two stars. We are now in April. I called and they said that we should be getting the remainder of the couch late may. No apologies, just that "delays like this happen sometimes". I never received a call from furniture row, I have had to call every time. The reason that I am upset is that this is me and my husbands first big purchase for our new home. This experience has gone from exciting to a burden that we have been dragging for nearly 6 months. From my experience, furniture rows customer service is focused on getting the sale only. After that, they seem to have no desire to please the customer. This has been an extremely disappointing and disheartening experience. If I could give them no stars I would. We ordered a piece for our sectional in February 2021 - we were told 4 to 6 months, okay we get it. But It is now October 5 (8 months) and we are still waiting. We have NEVER received an update from the store. I have called repeatedly since mid-August and have been told each time it is being shipped and should be here in two weeks, so I wait and then call again. And around the merry-go-round we go. Last week I was told that we could schedule delivery, so today was the day! Today I am watching the delivery truck and I am stop 14 but the truck appears to be on stop 1. So when I called for an ETA, I was told the piece was not picked up as it had not arrived in their warehouse for delivery. We have been very good customers over the years and spent a lot of money on furniture after a house fire. But they will not be getting any more of my money ever. If you shop there, don't buy custom and make sure it is in stock - I wouldn't hold my breath for their delivery time or customer services, once they have your money, good luck! read more

I do not like to give 1 star ratings, but am not surprised by the 2 star average at the time of writing this review. Typically, if I am really dissatisfied I will not leave a review unless I really feel there was an integrity or ethical issue. Our experience in the store was okay. The sales persons we worked with were nice, though they did not necessarily work hard to check in on us or make sure it was great service. Yet, at the time of completing the purchase, I would have likely given a 4 star rating. However, after the purchase, we had consistent problems. There were errors with the delivery, including having the wrong pieces on the delivery and a broken piece. It seemed they tried to force the broken piece to work, which concerned me about safety with furniture for my son. Yet, errors happen. I would not give a 1-star review for mistakes. In fact, when effort is made to make it right I will often give 5-stars. I've given 1 stars to about 2% of my reviews. However, there was little effort made to make the mistake right. If a mistake like this is made, it should be standard to try to compensate. There was no offer until I persisted in asking how they were going to make this right. Eventually they offered to refund the delivery and tax. The furniture was for my son. His room was left in condition where it was not really safe for him to be in there. Originally we were told it would be 3 days until it could be delivered. Then we were told 5 and eventually 6 days. There was no effort to try to get it here sooner and no real effort to understand the various ways this impacted our family. In fact, there was not even an effort made to make sure it was on the next delivery from Denver to Colorado Springs--we were just told it might be on the truck Monday or Wednesday. In the bigger scope, having my son sleep somewhere else for a week is inconvenient, but not a huge issue. Yet, the lack of effort to understand, empathize, and make it right is really problematic. We have shopped at Furniture Row several times. The experience has never been great, but not bad before. While talking to people, I was cut off a couple of times, told that I could not talk to a manager, and when I noted that the company made an error I received the response, "I didn't make a mistake," which shifted the blame to others within the company without seeking to take responsibility as a company for the error. If a company makes a mistake and makes it right, I will be a more loyal customer than if they just provided great service and never made a mistake. However, if a company makes a mistake and does not take responsibility, then they will not get my business. Furniture Row will not be receiving any more business from us. read more

Four months later and many, many phone calls without return calls, FINALLY received new set, both damaged. I'm really can not tell you how frustrated I am with this company, never again. Updated review: No one from Sofamart ever tried to make right with us, besides refunding us the price of the living room set. I am still very angry at that side of the store for the run around they gave us. Regarding our loft bed, that was arrived with the wrong mirror, damaged and missing screws and not completed- Managers Maria and Taggert, did their best to right this wrong. While a refund is nice, it will never make up for the stress and frustrations we've had to endure while dealing with this company (and Sofa Mart) I have to give credit where credit is due, and I am thankful I was able to speak to managers that actually cared finally. read more

Also weird that we called them about 3 weeks after ordering to get an update and they told us "everything should be in except the bed in a week and a half" but when most everything was delivered, it was the dresser TV frame that was missing. We were told the missing piece would be here by 5 October 2020, no call or an update...nothing from Furniture Row as of this post. Very poor customer service in my opinion. The furniture was a little delayed but the store more than made up for the delays by delivering each piece or set when they arrived. But today, the day that was scheduled with the sales guy... my mom was at the house to accept delivery. It came tied to the top of a Honda with one guy(the guy who sold it to me) in dress clothes. Our salesman, Langston was great, he was professional, personable and even helped us move furniture on the showroom floor to help us see what an unmatching set would look like. The delivery was another story. The automated communication was fine, the crew was rude, little to no regard of my home or the new furniture being delivered. They scratched the ottoman and left styrofoam all over the furniture and carpet. For $249 delivery fee, you would expect better. We've had many deliveries from Woodleys, who only charges $99 delivery fee and they deliver white glove service. Disappointed. read more
