The staff is always helpful and even when busy checkout is not too bad. However, on my most recent visit (1st weeek of October 2025), everything looked very disorganized and frankly, a little trashy. On the Home Goods side, there are carts of stuff sitting out that makes it hard to get by with a cart and difficult to browse. The reorganization on the TJ Maxx side isnt good either. Not sure if there's been a management change or what, but it needs to go back to the way it was. Thank you.

I have containers from here that I used for organizing my pantry and work cabinet and so many cute fall decorations. There are always great deals, you can't beat the prices here. The lines can get long, but it's kind of fun waiting because you can still shop while you wait with the merchandise at checkout.

This location had brands like polo, tommy bahama and other good brands with all different sizes. The deals were like 75-80% off. It made it way affordable. They have plenty to pick from. I negatives is the service is nonexistent and they organize horribly it took awhile to find the brands i was looking for. Other than that the screaming deals make it beyond worth it. The other con is the location is a very sketchy mall.

Thank you even further for not issuing a refund to us when the item slipped out and shattered on the floor not ten seconds after we paid. And finally, THANK YOU for kicking us out when we had the absolute audacity to hang around while you were cleaning the shattered ceramic off the floor, clearly waiting for you to offer us a refund. I checked my receipt and noticed I was charged the full price of $12.99, so had to walk back in and do a full refund and repurchase it at the discounted price. That's fine, it happens. However, when I arrived home, I decided to peel off the price stickers to see the original price and it turns out it was originally $9.99 and they marked it up to $12.99 (with a missing lid) and then "put it on sale". So just be aware of checking your receipt.

After 2 trips into the store (because I was being an honest customer and was charged wrong) I still was not charged a delivery fee(TWICE). The manager STILL wanted me to mamake a payment to have my furniture delivered to me. Nope. We will come pick it up since customer service is not a priority!!! So buyer beware if you want something delivered make sure they charge you for delivery fee otherwise they will be asking for more money and not owning up to their mistakes. BTW Jacob in the store was most helpful in wanting to rectify and went above and beyond to give customer service!
