The were two people working and two other customers (a couple) in the entire store. Neither employee greeted us or asked us if we needed anything. We left shortly after our arrival, furniture can be bought in a lot places. We drove two minutes down the road. The moment we entered the competitors store we were greeted and asked if we needed anything. We made a purchase 30 mins later. Moral of the story, customer service goes a long way. You may want to re-evaluate who's working for you or you may not continue to be in business. Your teams level of execution is poor. Don't waste your time with Furniture Row. read more

I ordered a couch on July 4th. Was told I might not receive the couch till the end of September. I begrudgingly agreed. I received a call and text in mid August telling me my couch was ready to be delivered. I set a date and got a delivery time frame. The day before delivery I moved everything in my living room to make it easy for the couch to be moved in. Later that day I received a call from the manager. The wrong couch had been delivered to the warehouse. My couch wouldn't be delivered till DECEMBER!!! What a joke! I know it wasn't his fault, he was just the messenger. How does a company operate like this. Buy here only if desperate and no other options are available. I'll never shop there again. read more

Customer Service was rude. He was too busy with no other customers in the store to bother to talk to me and blew me off when I tried to get his help. I'll shop elsewhere. Nice looking pieces, just bad customer service. I knocked this place down again due to customer service. I gave good points for denver mattress and the review stayed. I reviewed this part with a bad review and after the employee responded my review no longer showed when looking up the store. I would caution going to any store that has bad customer service then tries to hide it. A review is a review. If you want better ones, give better service. End of story. read more

I don't know where to begin! We ordered our furniture back in November. I understand that its hard to get things now, but come on!! Its May!! The first problem we had with the delivery of our bed frame was that they had the wrong address, even after they had already delivered a mattress to us. I had to throw a fit to get at least one piece of the 5 pieces we ordered. Today we are supposed to get our dresser. I am on the schedule. There was no delivery text last night even after I called confirmed they were coming. So, we will see if they show up!! read more

Terrible experience. Had furniture delivered in November 2019. They broke chair. Gave me money back which was good. After having furniture for a month it starting breaking down real bad. Called store. They sent someone out in January 2020. Never heard back from anyone. Been being very patient because of the pandemic. When I finally called them they said that I didn't have warranty because I bought in back room. Noone explained that at time of sale. Nothing on receipt indicates that either. If that's the case why would they send someone out to look at it. (Said they would replace foam in it. ) still hear nothing. Every time I call they tell me something else. One manager said he would give me a store credit. But didn't explain how it worked. And I wasn't gonna shop during pandemic.(Remember we are under a pandemic) I finally called again today. This assistant manager says there is no notes about any of it. I will never buy furniture there again. Now I'm waiting for manager to call me back. Let's see if that happens. Their furniture is junk. And customer service is terrible. Someone had to of erased the notes. Or they are lying. Never the less very frustrated. They can't even resolve problems. Sounds like they are under new managment so hopefully this is resolved soon. read more

We bought furniture there. The salesman sold us a floor piece with a new piece attached to it. Says on the receipt that we have one year warranty. The motor went in the power recliner in less than a year's time. Their claim is it's not under warranty because we bought it off the floor. We were told by the salesman that this piece would be covered under a warranty and stated on the receipt. They are refusing to cover it. I would avoid the store at all possible cost. We purchased a very sturdy oak counter height dining set and are very satisfied. Our sales person, Brett, was new but knowledgeable and honest. Brett answered all of our questions well. Our dining set was delivered as scheduled and the delivery guys were professionals. We received a text, email and phone call about delivery. We will be back in a few months to purchase bedroom furniture. read more

The Sofa Mart manager did call me later and credited our account some money back. He apologized profusely and told me additional training will be done and also that they don't treat their customers like they did me on a regular basis. Furniture row made it right after the review by selling me the floor model table but had to drive 2 hours to get the chairs .

Ordered a table and 4 stools here. The sales person was very friendly and helpful when I originally ordered my table. Took almost two weeks for the table to come in, which wasn't really a problem. However, I had to call to find out that they had it. When picking it up they did not have the stools ready because they had to have them assembled, and they would be ready mid week. Again, I had to call to see if the stool were ready. After some confusing they got back to me and informed me the stools were ready but I could not pick them up till Friday now because the store room (which is the same building as the showroom) was close and a floor employee could not go and grab my stools for me. All said and done it will take me nearly 3 weeks to actually get a table I can sit down and eat at. Table is good quality and the original service was great, but I will not be doing business with them again. read more

Purposely sold me a defective piece of furniture. Told me that if I wanted a new cushion for my sofa I would have to pay 50 bucks. It flattened out after a few months, they gave me a replacement which did the exact same thing. My friend bought the exact same sofa and when I went to his house he tried to trick me into sitting onto the flattened part of his couch little did he know I had experience with this ass busting beast and sat in it and acted like nothing was wrong. the skin on my but had already been conditioned to handle such a rough environment. the fact that my friends couch was the same and the replacement cushion id the same thing is proof that they new what the sold me and this was not a isolated incident. read more
