Despite making several appointments to pick up the incorrect chair, they have repeatedly failed to show up. Their excuses range from claiming the correct chair will arrive "any day now", that "we should be happy with the chair" (even though it is the incorrect model and color) to citing factory issues. They immediately acknowledged that the incorrect chair was delivered. After their stalling they now claim that they cannot legally take the chair back because it has been so long. Our only request at this point is for them to retrieve the incorrect chair and issue a refund, which is why we are involving the appropriate agencies. Utilize a reputable company for your furniture needs and avoid a similar headache and financial loss.

Date on the tag said 3/20/19.Called Serta and verified bed was sold to Wakefield on 3/20/19.They took my $ and bought the latest Serta model for their showroom with a date on the tag of 9/25/19 (the date it was shipped as Serta makes all their beds to order) and sold me their 7 month old floor model. They denied it was the floor model and refused to refund my money.I was able to prove it was their floor model.Was then told "most mattress stores don't return beds" which I know is not the case.Finally get the guy to call my bank and tell them I returned the bed.He gets off the phone and refuses to give me a receipt for returning it after being asked four times.So from inside the store I call the bank to learn he made a fake phone call to them right in front of me! He was going to let me leave with out the bed and pay the bank back $1100! I won in the end but he lied and scammed every step of the way and this place should be shut down.Please spread the word!

We were able to choose custom table size, leg styles, finish, and a host of other details to truly make our pieces perfect for us. They are a local retailer and manufacturer. They source and use quality materials that are natural/organic. I've never experienced any off-gassing, something I'm extremely sensitive to. The longevity of the mattress far exceeds a traditional innerspring. Their mattresses definitely come at a higher price point than if you were to go to Metro Mattress, Dream City, etc., but I have no doubt I will be sleeping on our Sleepmaster mattress for 20 or more years. I can say already that after I first purchased a Linklaen in 2014, I bought a run of the mill pillowtop from Dream City for our guest bedroom. The guest bed has already shit out on us, after hosting a handful of guests and occasionally my sleepy dog. Carol is a wonderful salesperson (and she may be the only one there?), knows her product, is personable and straightforward. She always seems willing to cut a deal for you, especially if you are a return customer. I don't know if this is part of her sales gimmick, but if it is, it is effective as her delivery is quite sincere. I ended up purchasing a Linklaen, which is Sleepmaster's all latex model. It is definitely a very firm mattress, and keep in mind that if you lay on their floor model in the store, it is MUCH softer than what you will actually receive, after being broken in by many backs and butts of people wanting to test it out. When I moved into a bigger house and had a bedroom that could accommodate a king, I went back to Sleepmaster and ended up getting an Archetype pillowtop, which is a bit softer model. It is a traditional innerspring with a latex topper. There is no breaking in period for this model. It feels like it's been your ride or die mattress. It is firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband, and roomy enough for the two of us, a toddler and a dog. The Archetype pillowtop is one of Sleepmaster's most expensive models - including delivery an hour away, it set me back $3402 (I did not purchase the box spring, that was just for the mattress). However! If the mattress lasts 20 years at least, and I'm sleeping on it every night, it breaks out to about .46 cents per night's sleep, and that sounds pretty good to me. FYI, if you are searching for WJ Southard, Sleepmaster is the stockist, and that is where Google Maps will send you if you're searching for Southard.

The folks at Furniture Plus are the best, knowledgeable, and friendly. There is a large selection at this store. For specialty items you may need to look on-line, they are available, but most items are well represented. We have bought a couch, a fine mattress, a great living room chair and other items, and are pleased every single time. There is no money wasted.

The delivery was fast and although the second piece was on backorder it came in this morning. Having been in sales for years, I'm very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism I was shown.
