We love Daisy and so do our dogs! I will admit she does tend to operate on a slide in regards to her schedule but her results have been great! She pays special attention to the areas we request, dogs look and smell fantastic and are super happy when we get them back. On one occasion there was something we felt got missed and Daisy quickly made plans to make it right. I'll update to let you know how that turns out. We had our first experience w Holly today. I'm a single mom of 7, and desperately needed a mobile groomer for my 10mo St Bernard/Standard Poodle mix. I needed someone to come to me! My pup's sanitary area/back legs/behind her ears was a disaster-despite my best efforts and regular brushing. Holly was late for our scheduled time BUT she made up for it. She spent at least two hours working on her. My girl looks like a new pup, smells beautiful, no more matting, and seemed to have a great time w Holly. Holly was friendly, professional, and I'm very happy with the experience. My Jolene looks and feels better, and that's what matters most. I think a lot of these negative reviews are due to lack of communication/scheduling. Which is understandable. By the time she showed up, I was no longer expecting her to come. Please take into consideration she is traveling all over the area, and often taking clients without knowing what state the dog is in, or how long it will take. English is (presumably) not her first language, but I am happy with the service overall, and I plan to schedule again. read more

Used this groomer yesterday and I needed a day to cool down.. After growing out my Yorkie Lexie(6 yrs) hair for 1 year, yes i groom in between. And ahe was gone to a groomer 2x a year for 6 years, with bath n nail cuts in between. I decided to get her a short haircut.. I specifically showed the groomer a pic of what i wanted and btw shes had this cut before. And this is the disgusting results.. she even cut her, not a small cut but look below. And when I complained to Daisy.. all she said was "all well, the dog didn't stay still" Oh and btw this was $75.00 and she still stinks, doesn't seem like she was bathed her nails were cut but not filed.,, worse groomer I've ever had., worst is my poor baby had to experience this!!!! ****Daisy you were absolutely in my home yesterday, you groomed mines and my mothers Aida Dog, a white Maltese. I made an appointment over the phone and sent the lady my address. She never showed. I called to inquire about her as whereabouts and she said she never received my address. I then made a second appointment for the next day and confirmed my address with her during the phone call. She did not call or show to the second appointment either. I was really depending on her service. As a business owner, the least she could do is give a courtesy call to cancel the appointment. Do not recommend. read more

My initial experience with this company was ok. Did t exactly get the cut I wanted for my cocker mix but, then again, I didn't exactly know how to describe it. My other experiences have been not as great. The last time they were over 2 hours late for a 9 am appointment. When you get an early in the day appointment, you don't expect them to be behind already, but that was the excuse. Today, they were supposed to be at my house at 2pm. They have not shown up, but answered or sent a text, no calls, nothing. I have them a second chance, but this is just not a good way to run a business. read more

They were the only groomers willing to listen to what I wanted for my kitties! Everywhere else only did the Lion cut and I just wanted my babies one length. Daisy was so sweet, caring, and FAST. She groomed both cats in 30 min AND it was just a walk outside to pick them up. Mobile grooming is so easy and this team was the best. Saw the van in a neighborhood, so I thought I'd give them a shot. I was so excited and this was my dogs first grooming. I let his hair grow out for a while just to get the perfect teddy bear cut. First my appointment was at 3:00 at 3:30 I called to see if the appointment was still going to happen. They stated they were in Huntersville and it would take an hour to get to me in pineville. However I'm in Charlotte and proceeded to tell her no I was in Charlotte she said yea right ok it's going to take an hour. I said fine since I had changed my schedule for my dog to get groomed that day. At 4:39 they finally arrived and I brought out my dog to the van. When she first seen my dog she stated how matted he was which my dog had minimal matting because he hadn't been brushed in a few days since he was getting groomed. But it was nothing that would be noticeable just by a glance. She said he would have to be shaved which I didn't think was necessary at all, all he really needed was a good brushing. Long story short I paid $85 for my dog to look like a naked mole rat with an uneven coat nails still sharp poorly cut. Just a very sad and heartbroken experience I do not recommend this service to anyone else read more

I am extremely disappointed and will not use their services after receiving a text message two minutes before my appointment (7:58 AM) informing me that they would need to reschedule due to their van not getting out the shop in time. My appointment was at 8am. I got up early and was dressed to handover my dog at 8am. You knew your van wasn't ready before 7:58 AM. And, because of the time & I was a new client to text rather than call is disappointing. I never responded because I was not happy. I also never received a follow up text or call from them. Don't waist your time with this company! I had an appointment on 10/21 at 9am. They never showed up and never called or texted they would be late or needed to reschedule. I called them and texted them and no response that day. I finally received a text from them on 10/22 at 11:12am Saying they were sorry for The confusion an inconvenience, asking if I wanted to reschedule. Our wonderful mobile groomer retired, so I needed a good mobile groomer. I made an appointment with Furry Friends and at the scheduled time, a surly guy showed up. He sort of creeped me out. He brought my dog back in record time and I wanted to cry. He had shaved her body! Her head still had fur and she was a mess. He had not trimmed around her eyes and soon, she had hair in her eyes and impairing her vision. I thought that I'd get him to address it the next time, that I'd give him another chance. On the day of the appointment, no one showed and no one called. I called and texted and heard back from one of the owners, who said that they had fired that guy. No one called me to tell me, no one showed up and no one ever called me again. I never heard from them about making up for the missed appointment, scheduling another, etc. I sent a text telling them that they had really left me in the lurch, and never heard back. Not dependable. Notified by text 30 minutes before 9 AM appointment that they would be two hours late. Not a good way to start off with a first time customer who would have been a long, loyal one. Seems this happens frequently based on other reviews here and in other places. I had seen that in advance but wanted to give them a chance anyway as their grooming reviews were good. Would not recommend. My dog has received much better haircuts at Petsmart. My dogs haircut is too short. She claims it was due to matting. He had SOME mats admittingly. But he gets groomed every 30-45 days so I know it wasn't that bad. Then he has a cut on his neck. Again I was told that it HAD to happen due to mats. Well first, I was corrected and told it was a "scrape", not a cut. Smh. If your only way to resolve mats is to literally cut the dogs skin, then you are in the wrong business. Just a bad excuse for an unskilled groomer. Will not be using these services again. Im mad I left a tip, trying to be nice. As soon as COVID 19 is over, we will return to petsmart where I have NEVER had these issues. read more

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!!! Not to mention the fact that I had to drive to them 45 min away and she only took $10 off after i asked. she told me it would take 45 min well it didn't and it took her an hour and 20 min. My dog looks terrible and i barley recognized him, prior to my appointment i explained as he has gotten warmer his hair mats under his ears and around his neck where his collar rubs. it is not terrible because i've brushed it out plenty of times, i even sent her a picture of the matting (she is now claiming the matting is what caused the haircut to be terrible-but i feel if she didn't think my wants were going to be possible she should've told me she could not groom him before this disaster). i showed her a picture of what i wanted him to look like and she said she would do it. i even repeated my self multiple times to her to not shave his head at all. when picking up my dog he was fully shaved all over extremely short and patchy and she cut him 3 times. once on his ear and twice on his chest. he also definitely was not bathed at all which i feel like is definitely included in being fully groomed. he had a very strange odor and i had to give him a bath as soon as we got home. please do not take your business here. my dog has gotten better hair cuts at pet smart. very poor excuse for a groomer. read more
