I have found some amazing deals here. And I like that they don't make you buy a whole set of China. You can buy it in pieces where there's a lot of other thrift stores want you to buy the whole set. Also, sometimes they have furry friends here to rescue. And everyone on staff is extremely nice and helpful. And I would say everything in store is at an excellent value for what you're purchasing. Love this place for donations, go all the way from boynton to Jupiter just to show my support for the pets. The staff is so nice and the collection area is organized and the staff is trying their best to open bags and boxes as soon as it comes in. We have gone here for over a year with our stuff. The last time we donated a keurig and before we even left the store we saw someone putting it out. They knew it could get them some money. It's a nice place. They have a list of items that you can and can't donate on their website if you care to go. I hope you stop by! It's good to actually see my items go out and not go into a junk pile like goodwill or other major corporations. read more

This thrift store is great! Lots of merchandise, most things are cheap/reasonable, and it supports a great cause. When I went on a weekday during the day, it was pretty crowded. There is a TON of children's toys, games, puzzles, books, etc. They also have a huge wall of books organized by theme with standardized pricing. There is also a ton of plates and glassware all very discounted, sewing supplies, and of course: pet supplies! I like that the women's clothing is organizing by size - so helpful! The clothing seems cheaper than goodwill, with some of the more upscale items priced separately. They have 2 storefronts, and one of the parts is just furniture, while the other is all the rest. This was an excellent thrift shop. Besides the charitable cause which would normally mean higher tickets, the store items are fairly reasonably priced. The only slightly more costly things are their boutique clothes and accessories. The store itself is open, airy, and clean. The items are arranged neatly by categories and in some cases colors. One room is dedicated to furniture, paintings, and decor. The front room has clothes, shoes, books, household and kitchen items, etc. I don't usually look for clothes at most thrift stores -- except for the occasional denim skirt -- but I actually tried on a dress here. It was a designer label and perfect for summer. I didn't buy the dress, but did wind up with an adorable painting (for only $4!). Up by the register are some more expensive items and jewelry -- which is always fun for me to browse through. The only disappointing thing that occurred here was that I saw a perfect oriental area rug in colors I've been seeking, but when I asked the price, I was told that none of their rugs are for sale in the shop. However, I'm so glad we visited this store. I know we will be back to check out their new inventory when next in this area. read more

This is one of my absolute favorite places to shop! They always have incredible finds, from unique home decor to trendy clothing and everything in between. What makes this place even more special is that part of their profits go toward supporting local animal shelters. It feels amazing to know that my shopping habit is helping a great cause! I still giving 5 stars as I love this store or did. the new store lacks thrift and pushed boutique. I enjoyed a great kitchen gadget or small appliance but the new store lacked much choice. The beautiful furniture seemed a slim choice as well. Reminded me when hallmark put lots of ceramic and chatychkes in their stores. Since Moving next-door, their prices are exuberant and it's no longer user-friendly for those on a limited budget, which is such a shame because so many of us customers were in that category but now can no longer shop there as we're priced out. Luckily, there are many other thrift stores around with much better prices and better selections so we bring all our stuff there. We used to bring large quantities of merchandise to Furry Friends, but since we're not feeling the love from them anymore and they pulled the rug out from under our feet we're not motivated to make the drive up to them with our donations as we no longer shop there. I understand businesses can make any decisions they want and they probably decided there are enough wealthy people around who will can afford their prices. If indeed their decision brings in more cash ,then I rest my case. They are after all looking to get more funds for the animals and not really concerned about whether we in the community can afford to shop there , so I get it. read more

This is one of my favorites in the area. Large shop with furniture, art, home decor, kitchenware, antiques, toys, shoes and separate collections of boutique and regular clothing. I bought a pair of EUC Naot sandals for $30 and almost bought a vintage painting for the same price. Last time I was here, they had Rothy's shoes for $50. Nice people and a great cause. read more

I used to visit this store once a month when I came to town. Never again. Not once, but TWICE, I wasn't able to make my purchase because the same woman refused to make change. I was told I either needed to pay by credit card or come back with a lower denomination of bill. Last month, I thought she was just having a bad day. Then it happened again. If someone gives a fifty or twenty dollar bill, it can be checked with a marker for authenticity. They just lost a loyal customer. read more

Furry Friends Thrift Boutique funds a non profit that for the past thirty years has been rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding homes for animals in need. They have a full service veterinary clinic in Jupiter and their main adoption clinic. They also own a 27 acre ranch in Palm City. This non profit is operated by the Humane Society of Greater Jupiter Tequesta. At Furry Friends you will find clothing, linens, shoes, purses, jewelry, toys, household items, small appliances, furniture, books, CD's, and DVD's. They have two rooms to shop. The one you enter has the clothing and house hold goods and the second room is furniture. My favorite find was the Fitz and Floyd retro 70's cups that said thin is in while others in the set said fat is beautiful. Don't just shop here. You can rest assured about donating to them your unwanted items because 100 percent of the money raised goes to helping animals. I loved that their store security guard is a cat. Come by and find a treasure and feel good knowing you are supporting this wonderful organization that is doing so much to help the animals and people in this community read more

I heard a couple customers negotiating prices in which they would agree. The staff was very friendly. This is a cute store with a great cause behind it. My friends and I hit the thrift shops regularly to find little gems. Furry Friends Thrift is one of the most enjoyable. The volunteers are friendly and the cause is close to my heart. Their wide selection of items is really nice, clean and well priced. Love that they have the furniture side to the thrift as well. Always getting new items, so I go in every month.
