Then Trey took over and we drove a few cars. Decided the one we wanted then we talked to Toni in finance and he We got a very good deal from them. We feel we got great service from bought a car on a Friday night and it went their working hours, but everybody just hung in there and took care of us. we are so grateful that we went there. We have had our car serviced there for quite a few years now so we knew what kind of service we were in for anyway. Saturday we went back to do some computer stuff and we know sooner walk in the door and we are met by Thomas. And he immediately took us out to the car and explained everything to us. I've been buying and servicing my vehicles at Fury for 25+ years. I won't go back, will get my future service elsewhere. My more recent service appointments have been awful. Like others I had appointment times that were meaningless. They expect you to leave your vehicle with them for as many days as it takes them to get to it. One service advisor actually told me that making an appointment only gets you a place in line for service. Don't expect anyone to call and tell you when it will be ready either. You have to keep calling them to get any updates. Bad service hasn't stopped them from raising their prices either. Higher parts and service costs than other dealers in the area. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

After multiple expensive visits -- totaling nearly $10,000 -- the car still does not start. Each time I was told it had been fixed, but the problem was never resolved. What made matters worse was the lack of communication. I had to initiate most of the calls just to get basic updates. Beware!! We had an appointment for 10:30am to have our vehicle fixed. At the end of the day we were told our vehicle hadn't even been looked at, despite having an appointment. The manager stated our paperwork got placed in the wrong file. The response we received was that there was nothing that can be done since the techs leave at 3pm. The staff were not willing to help us since they said the service team deals with it and they would be back in at 7:30am. I've never seen such careless staff. This is definitely not okay since we needed our vehicle back for my husband to attend a celebration of life for his friend which is out of town. Update: My husband went in at 7:30am to speak to the service team. The manager told her there was nothing that can be done since they have a full schedule today. He asked what happens to appointments from the previous day that got missed, and she didn't care. She said we could rent a car but we would have to pay. How is this okay? We cannot believe the poor customer service we have received from Fury Motors South Saint Paul. We won't be coming back for their services. read more

I brought my 2023 Jeep gladiator in for some warranty work on actual seals which turned into major engine work with an intake cam replacement along with rockers and lifters after picking the vehicle up. I realized they had not changed the oil when asked about it. They said it's not covered under warranty so I asked him where do they think all the metal shavings from the Warren Kamloop went he said probably in the oil filter I said can you guarantee it? They said no because they didn't change the oil or filter so I went ahead and paid for my own oil change 80+ dollars which I don't think I should have. They gave me a loaner car which turned out to be a rental car which turned out to be a piece of junk and when I turned the rental car in, I was charging an extra $77 by Hertz for fuel however, when I returned the car back, it had more fuel in it then when I picked it up when I picked up the rental car, it had broken tail lights, low oil over the oil change limit low tire pressure and low windshield washer fluid when I dropped it off nothing was said. I asked Fury motors why I was charged for this. They said that's between you and the rental car company even though Fury motors seems to have paid for the rental. Apparently they're charging their fuel for fuel. I didn't use. I asked the service manager David about it. He gave me the runaround twice and told me that under warranty oil change isn't included, which is fine however, common sense states an oil change should be done. read more

I went to get a truck from this dealership, not too long ago. They were very easy to talk to and willing to negotiate on the price. About a month goes by and I get a call and they are refunding me $500 from the purchase because they forgot to take my deposit off off the purchase price of the car. I had no idea this happened and it was completely unexpected and a very pleasant surprise. Good on them for being honest and returning the money, even though I didn't catch it. read more

We are on our 3rd Ram Cummins Heavy Duty truck. We use this truck for towing our 5th wheel camper so it's upkeep and maintenence is very important to us. I have bought from 2 previous dealerships and had service at both. The quality of service at Fury has been the best. There's nothing I hate more than going into a dealership for service and the service staff receiving you have no clue about vehicles or how they work. I am not the average customer and have an above average knowledge of how my vehicle works and never want to be dismissed, especially at the prices these vehicles are. If I have a problem and it needs to be addressed quickly Fury has always taken care of me. If I need a rental, they've had one for me. I also think it's important that as a customer I don't set unreasonable expectations on the staff. A lot of Maintenence stuff these days are out of their control with supply chain issues and they are at the whims of the manufacture. That being said unless something drastically changes at Fury they will have me as a customer for a long time. read more

He assumed we would buy the vehicle although we had not made any commitment to do so. Offered an insulting price for a trade in, and wanted to charge wayyy too much for a vehicle that stunk from smoking, and had multiple cuts in the finish and claimed it wouldn't rust. I'm not impressed with their website. I'm looking for a Promaster van and they say they have 11 available, but none of them have descriptions, options, or pictures. It just says "New arrival - Contact for details". But I don't see how they are new arrivals when their lot at the old location in Lake Elmo has about 80 of them sitting for months now. I think they're just too lazy to bother giving the descriptions. Every other dealer gives full descriptions, and pictures inside and out. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM FURY - MY EXPERIENCE I purchased a 2023 Dodge Hornet in August of 2023. Since the purchase of my vehicle, it has only been in my possession for a totally of 77 days, and Fury Motors, either the South Saint Paul or Stillwater location has had possession of my vehicle for 138 days. Furthermore, my vehicle was in Fury's possession from November 13, 2023, to March 1, 2024. When I got my vehicle back I only had it for 13 days and the vehicle broke down again. Fury will no longer work with me to resolve the issues, and Dodge closed out the case regarding my vehicle and has informed me to work with the dealership. In speaking with businesses associated with Fury, my vehicle qualifies as a lemon under MN Lemon Law, and neither Fury and Dodge will help to resolve this issue. I am essentially paying for a vehicle that doesn't run and that Fury stated they don't know how to resolve the issues currently going on. read more

I purchased a vehicle from Fury Motors S St Paul back in 2018. At the time they were all about promoting and backing their highly advertised LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY on the vehicles on their lot. This was the main thing that sold me on the decision that I made that night when I chose to leave their lot. Fast forward 6 years later, I am now facing possible engine failure on my car. For this reason, I did not complain to Fury Motors, I reached out to the warranty company (CNA) in whom is partnered with Fury Motors. I addressed my concerns and almost immediately my warranty claim was denied. Their main reason being is that my vehicle had aftermarket performance parts installed on the engine. Here's the catcher though, these same parts that caused the warranty claim to be denied are the exact same parts that were already on the car when I purchased the vehicle. So I went to Fury Motors and instead of being remorseful, the general manager Justin laughed at my face over the phone at my request. All I'm asking for is for them to cover the charges for repairing my car so that I can go on with my day. So I can go to work, so I can pick up my kids after work. I was mislead into a false warranty that never even existed in the first place. So now i am taking them to court. Its funny though, when I mentioned legal action, they still call my bluff. I'm giving 5 stars for now. Matthew in the service department was great and got me in short notice to get my 2020 Jeep Wrangler looked at. It appears to be a battery/electrical issue. I'm still waiting on the diagnostics and glad my Jeep (which I love) is still under warranty. He even put me right into a rental (which will be a loaner assuming the likelihood that this is a warranty covered issue as expected. I'll update after service. The waiting area is spacious and nice. Not a bad place to work remote from. UPDATE: it was a bad battery. All fixed, warranty covered it and about 2 hours start to finish. I'm very happy with my experience today. read more

Fury Motors has continued to degrade over the past few years. They are not able to hold qualified staff. The work is generally subpar or incomplete. I cannot recall a time I have not had to take my vehicle back or phone for further information. May 2022 I had to have my Jeep towed, at the time I had no idea what the problem was, as the transmission was failing. As Fury was the closest Jeep dealer and all my past records are with them, I had it towed to them. I was given an estimate for the replacement of a "transmission engine". What even is that? An example of an incompetent service desk employee. Once someone with knowledge was available it was agreed that the work would be done LESS a 10% discount. The Service Desk gal repeatedly agree that the 10% discount would not be a problem. When I got the bill it was the full amount, no discount. Jessi Nitti proceeded to explain that the discount couldn't be seen, tried to explain how it would be calculated, gave up and said it was too complex. I did have to take it back. I did cancel the original payment. I did send them a check LESS the 10%. No one ever contacted me for over a month regarding this. When they did, I said I'd send them an additional $500 just to be done with them. Mike S said no one was authorized to offer any discounts, said no to the $500 and hung up on me. I don't feel it is my responsibility to know, within any organization, who has responsibility/authorization to do anything. Nitti repeated that it would be no problem at least 10 times. All new employees were once again front in center at the service desk since my last visit January 25, 2022 for an oil change-I also had to do a call back for incomplete work done on such simple task! read more

We had a horrible experience at Fury Motors. We received a low ball offer for our vehicle that we were told by another dealership was worth $6000 more. We spent 2 hours just to be told what a lease option would be for a new truck, which we made clear was not our goal, as we have never leased before. Customer service was horrible. At the end of our visit, the salesman walked away without saying a word after we stated that we wanted to finance not lease. They didnt not even know how much money I was willing to bring to the table nor did they ask. We will not be returning. Our business will be going elsewhere. Maybe we will go to Luther which has a better track record. I need to update this now with more information. So Fury offered us 9,500 for our edge because it had an accident. (Their excuse) plus the crap service. So the very next day we went to Apple Valley Ford, found an F150 we liked. Guess what Ford offered me 15,000 for the edge THE NEXT DAY after Fury offered me 9,500. No haggle at all and Ford gives me the price I wanted and I didnt even tell them what I was expecting. Ugh!!! "Fury" is right as it's "in-FURY-ating" to deal with these people. Went there to look at a sequoia, things started out ok, but quickly went downhill. The vehicle clearly smelled of stale cigarette smoke (which the salesman tried to deny), then it had damage to the right rear quarter panel and the gas tank cover was broken off. I was told they would fix that, then no they won't do anything. We tried to work numbers and after the usual low ball trade number we left. I tried to make a fair counter offer, but the salesman didn't even bother to respond. I contacted the sales department via their website and was told I would get a response to my offer....nope, not anything. Thus the "in-fury-ating" tag. Most of the salespeople seemed very unmotivated and like they would rather just mess around with each other than seriously work on making a deal. Sales manager didn't even bother to come say hi, or even make a connection. I tried to come to terms, but when a dealer can't even respond to an offer that is only $500 apart that is about as lazy as you can be. So, I figure it only gets worse from there and I will no longer try to do business with this outdated, and out of touch dealership. HEADS UP ON SWITCH AND BATE! My elderly in-laws went into Fury Motors with an advertisement that showed $149/month lease. The sale guys took the ad to show it to the manager and return without the ad. The in-laws never saw the ad again and were talked into a $600/mo lease on a Jeep Grand Cherokee/service agreement. You hear about these scams all the time when it comes to the elderly. Adult children make sure you are there to help your aging parents make the right decision. WORST BODY SHOP EVER !!!!! Bought a used car here in November '16, and part of the deal was to pull and paint the rear bumper. I was told "a three day job". OK. I bring it in on the designated day, as requested. Bear in mind that this dealership is around an hour and 1/2 drive from my house. And this is 11 days before Christmas. After the 4th day I start calling, and just got a runaround. Shined on, and shined on. Didn't get my car for 2 1/2 weeks. I call bullshit on that. What a bunch of liars. My salesman was new at selling cars, and did not know the particulars about my car. The ad said FWD and when I asked him if it was 4wd he said yup. Turns out it is front wheel drive. Let's hope I don't get stuck out here in the snow. And to boot, the contract had a 433.00 mistake that the gal at DMV pointed out when I tried to get a pretty license plate. So I called the gal in the title dept at Fury and she agreed and cut me a check asap! Don't know who screwed up, but good thing the lady at DMV caught it. Horrible place to bring your car! These people do NOT care about anyone or anyone's cars. Customer servise is below zero! They do not like to honor extended warranty repairs . I'm guessing they don't make as much money doing a repair under warranty V.S a repair not under warranty. I clearly have a manufacture defect on my vehicle with the headlights. And they will not replace it. It's turns on and off by itself. But it's not a warranty related problem. Apparently headlights ware out by themselves.... not the bulbs.... the headlights.... I refuse to pay 800 for a replacement. I got to another Chrysler/Jeep dealer and they told me right away that Chrysler knows this problem with several jeeps and will replace it free regardless of an extended warranty or NOT!!! While the service writer was friendly, the diagnostic capabilities of the mechanic working on my truck cost me thousands, and they never found the issue. Fury had serviced the truck for years, but was unable to find the problem and instead just threw expensive parts at it...a real mechanic found the issue in an hour; a $3 relay. Terrible Service from this dealership. I have been to this dealership twice for oil changes. The first time I purchased a 2 pack synthetic oil change package. After the service, I was contacted by Fury who rudely demanded a 5 star review for the Dealership. Because I purchased a 2 pack, I decided to give them another try. After attempting to schedule an appointment 3 times by phone with no success. After stopping in to make an appointment, which was not an easy task, I scheduled an appointment. Upon showing up for my appointment, I again talked to this person at the express desk. In telling her my frustration with the review call, I asked her to remove me from any further Fury contact. I stated that I would give the dealership a 1 star if I was contacted like that again. Her response was poor. She stated that it would only affect her and that she could get fired. After the oil change, I went home and checked the oil level. I found the engine cover loose in the engine compartment. But worse than that, they put non-synthetic oil in my engine. I paid for synthetic and it had synthetic in it based on the last receipt from Fury. When I called her back, I stated my frustration and that this was only my second visit to Fury. Her response was I know you have been here at least 2 times before. Clearly this person should not be dealing with customers. I did the mistake of buying my Jeep from Fury Motors in Stillwater, MN. The Sales person was nice but keep on leaving for long periods of time. During the test drive I found some money left in the Jeep that i was going to be purchasing and my sale person stated that it was mine to keep. This did not happen as when they prepped the Jeep for me they took the money and kept it. I have brought many vehicles and never had an empty tank of gas at the time of purchase. The dealers would always fill the tank before you leave the dealership. I had to go to a gas station to put gas in. ($65) When it came time to the finance department I told my sales person that I was going to put down $10,000 on a cc, my trade in and finance the rest. But Fury Motors do not take a cc for this dollar amount that I needed to bring in a check for the amount, as the cost to do a $10,000 on my cc would cost them too much in fees. Blaine the finance person said that I could not do this as it was not going to be enough to finance and to get the rebate but when the used car manager, Blaine and I talked it was fine. When I was fin Blaine and I did the paperwork.I stated that I just renewed my license tabs and I wanted them moved to the new jeep that I was buying from them. I paid the extra fee for doing this. I wrote a bad review and got a call the from Fury Motors asking me to take down the review if they gave me a Free oil change and a gas car for $50. I stated that I would think about it. 3 weeks late Blaine is calling me that I need to drive back to the dealership to fill out more paperwork after I told me that I was not driving back he told me that he would mail it to me. 2 weeks later I get another call from Blaine stating that he has not gotten the paperwork back from me but I did not receive the paperwork from Blaine. He stated he was going to mail me out the paperwork again. This time I did get it but it was 2 weeks later. I filled it out right away and mailed it back to him. Now 3 weeks later and I am getting a call from Blaine stating that I owe them another $300+ due to the licence plate tab are over due. Funny but before trading in my old vehicle I had just gotten the new tabs that are good until Sept 2023. Now they are just wanting more money for something that I have already paid for?!?!?! I called back to the dealership to talk with the General Manager, I was connected to Matt the used car manager. Matt took my information and Blaine called me back and was VERY RUDE and talked OVER ME. I called Fury Motors in South St Paul to try to talk with Paul (Blaine's boss) and he would not answer his phone. So I tried to talk to the General manager there who was Mike (used car manager). He took my my information and I was told that Paul would call me back. This has not happened. But it turns out it was a $5 target gift card that everyone wins. You had to combine the print from two different places on that flyer to understand that it could be only $5. So I'm assuming they think that I would be in a mood to buy a car from them after this trickery. Total emails not returned: 7 Total Calls not returned: 4 Times vehicle was sent back for collision center repairs: 3 (and now having car repaired by another collision center) I brought my vehicle into Fury Autobody for repairs and provided them with insurance company information to start the process. That day, they informed me that the inspector would be out to inspect my vehicle. Fast forward a month later, we call Fury because we have not heard anything. Much to our surprise, no work was completed, and the inspection had not even taken place. Monique was rude and indicated that I needed to call and find out what was going on, even though she had told me when I dropped off the car that they would have the inspector out that day. During the time of having a rental car from Fury, I learned that the rental they gave me had expired tabs. I called the service manager three times without any return calls, and then we called the autobody repair shop manager who was finally able to get proper tabs for the car but we had to go pick it up ourselves. Eventually, the green light was given to proceed with repairs, and we were called to pick up the car- three months after we started the process and after 5 unanswered emails about the status of the vehicle from Monique. The car was poorly repaired (18 photos of areas of concern) and Fury cited the insurance company was at fault because they had to use recycled parts- however the recycled parts they selected were in poor condition (road chips, discolored logo etc.). Fury worked with the insurance company and repaired the car again with new parts. We were then called and told the car was done, again. No lead time was given and I happened to be out of town for the week on business. I was told I would be charged for the rental car out of my own pocket until the point I could return to MN and return the rental. Eventually, we worked this out with Fury and they agreed to not charge me for the 5 days. However, I was not allowed to pick up my car unless I paid the $4200 to Fury because they had problems with billing the insurance company for the rental car I needed to have for 4 months. I was left without a car for one week while the insurance company paid Fury. At the time of dropping off the rental, I identified additional areas of concern where my car was not properly completed, and I rejected the car for repairs a THIRD time. When I picked my car up 4 months after dropping it off for the final time, we discovered that the bumper was painted a different color, they had filled in a hole with a SHARPIE (found after washing the car) and that they had left cigarette butts in the car. When we mentioned the cigarette butts to the Shop Manager, Joe, he became very defensive and alluded to my husband that they were MY cigarettes (to which I don't, nor do I know anyone who does smoke). I called Fury reception and asked for the head manager at Fury and was given Bill DAggasio's name. I sent Bill an email, another email, and then a voicemail and a final email asking for a sit down to discuss all of the problems we experienced- he never returned any of my messages. Unless you want a massive headache, don't deal with Fury. We purchased two cars from them and have their Business elite program. We are pulling our Business elite account and will never be bringing either car in for service at Fury ever again. Try being a minority paying cash . Might get the full experience I did ; blamed for never putting a cash down payment . Harassed by a manager saying they have no video or any evidence of me paying . But yet I drove out the lot with all paperwork signed !! . Luckily I posted my thought to be exited moment on snap chat and a glimpse view of the money being counted . Since you cannot give negative stars, we will go with this rating. Originally purchased a vehicle back in March ~ asked about the mechanics going over the vehicle ~ they said everything is great with it. NOT SO MUCH ~ there was stop leak in the radiator which was a potential disaster for Anti-freeze going into the engine along with electrical issues. So....wanting Fury to do right by this mess went there over the weekend. NOPE no such luck. They would not even negotiate with us...AND the sales person decided to get sick while we were working with him and then saw him with other customers. BAD BUSINESS!!!! Will NEVER recommend FURY to ANYONE! read more

*****Don't Bother with this place*** Went there initially looking for a specific vehicle type. I drove a couple they had on the lot. I noticed the nicer of the two had what was obviously an oil leak in spite of it not leaving a puddle inderneath there were two places where the entire bottom of vehicle was wet with oil. I was assured it went through "service" and was fine...when the sales guy challenged me on what looked like leaks, i asked him to look for himself, he told me he wasnt a mechanic, if a car comes back looking that way either your mechanic is a dumbass, or didnt fix a thing or both...then he has the audacity to suggeat i should leave a deposit on the vehicle and they would get it in to habe it looked at right away because leaving a deposit leta them know a buyer is serious about the vehicle...lol..so...i point out their car is not only over priced which he offered no wiggle room, was a leaky p.o.s, this idiot really thought i was going to leave a deposit after that? Needless to say i moved on, found a beautiful vehicle for close to the same price with 27k miles as opposed to Fury's 76k mile leaky turd at a reputable dealer. To top it off the knob from fury was actually dumb enough to call me the next day asking if i was still interested and wanted to leave a deposit! Not sure if this guy was high from fumes coming out of the shop or stupid, but either way dont waste your time at that place. read more
