I can't believe I have not written a review for Fusion Asian Bistro. It's so good and a must to visit for some good Asian food. We love going here for lunch or dinner. Recently a friend ordered catered food from them for their party and that was well prepared as well. We have taken all our out of town guests here for food since it's consistent and good. This is a nice sit down restaurant with good seating. Plus they have food to go and pick up options. In foods these are my ultimate favorites: hot and sour soup, spring rolls, fried rice, Mongolian beef, Panang curry with chicken, broccoli chicken. Always the best time at this restaurant and highly recommend it for Gwinnett county. read more

I finally got a chance to come over as fusion is what I do, and have been looking for a good addition to my regular places to go. Got to come by here with a friend and got the mixed tacos, their tuna is fresh and terrific, great service, I didn't get a chance to get any pictures but well run place with a great selection of dishes. I tend to be more towards sushi or Poké bowls, tuna, tacos, anything with fish, and these guys have it! Will update again after I come at night And explore the menu a bit better and elaborate, but this place is here to stay and continues to maintain their great quality, cleanliness, and service. We had a wonderful experience at Fusion Asian Bistro last night. Our server was super friendly and gave great recommendations. There was a lot of seating and our food came quickly. We had hot and sour soup to start - my husband and I shared one bowl which was the perfect amount for an appetizer. We also had the steamed chicken dumplings, which were delicious. We then ordered the basil fried rice, General Tso's chicken and beef pepper steak. The basil fried rice was very tasty but definitely had a kick to it. The General Tso's chicken was perfectly crisped with just the right amount of batter and sauce. The pepper steak was tender and had a good amount of sauce as well. It's so great to find a place that serves Chinese food made with halal meat! I am definitely planning to come back here! read more

It saddens me to share their halal certification is not upto date. The claim is verbal that meat is machine cut. When verified by HMS (Halal monitored services) it was confirmed this restaurant is indeed not on their list. Certificate in the restaurant is slated to expire by end of 2025 which is clear misrepresentation for Muslim consumers. Please do not order meat if you're following halal standards/ guidelines. read more

This is my one of my favorite places to come to! It doesn't matter when I come here, I know I can expect the food to be the best! I have tried almost everything on the menu, and EVERYTHING is amazing! However, my go to meal is the Panang Curry (with extra sauce) and I get the fried rice with it. I'm surprised to find this cozy and authentic little place in a city that's very Americanized with hardly any Asian restaurants. The restaurant wasn't very large, but it's large enough to accommodate a large party. This place was sort of empty (only 2 to 3 small groups or pairs of folks) when my group wandered in around 7 PM for dinner two Sundays ago. I noticed that people did come in and out fairly quickly as I guess this is a good to-go place. The pad Thai I had was very good. It wasn't the best, but it was definitely above average. Props in the visual and taste category. My date's kung pao chicken was delicious too as I picked off his plate. The curry sauce that comes with it was bursting with flavor. My friend's Mongolian beef was okay. I wasn't really digging it as I thought it was too plain and not very flavorful. Overall, this was a very authentic place--food and decor. The furniture seemed like it was imported since the wood had beautiful carvings. The price range was decent and the staff was genuinely sweet. read more

I was craving some Pad Thai I recommended we try this restaurant. It was quite a drive from my home in Hall County. When I walked in the front door, there was an overwhelming strong fragrance. I have never been to a restaurant that had this florally like smell. The Pad Thai and Hot and Sour soup were ok but the spring rolls were not. They were very mushy inside. Many of the reviews on here are old so I wanted to add a review from my experience today. I suggest they get rid of the overpowering fragrance and that they make adjustments to their spring rolls. I used to live in Snellville and frequented a restaurant there called Mah Jong. They set the bar high for Spring Rolls. Mushy vegges inside are not acceptable. read more

They have the most amazing food here whether you are In the mood for Chinese or Thai or any other kind of food the Chef owner here will see to it that you leave here happy. They have milk teas and bubble teas now that are refreshing as well. And unlike most Asian places they do an amazing job with desserts as well. My wife and I ended up at Fusions for dinner last week. We ordered the soup which was good with lots of veggies. My wife order the Ginger Thai style veggie and I had the Chicken Spicy Basil. All the dishes were great. This place is family owned and run by the wife, husband and their daughter and all are very polite and easy to talk to. Due to Covid19 they have limited seating thus suggest you call in advance. The restaurant ambience is not the best but the quality of food and service is great. Had their $7 lunch special. Messy, dirty, cluttered restaurant. Guy doing prep at the front was also obsessed with social media, as well as hanging outside smoking cigarettes in front of the restaurant. Order taker was extremely preoccupied with checking her phone at one of the multiple (staff) cluttered tables that littered the dining room. Food prep being done at the front counter. Service was far less important than checking social media for changes. Nice sauce, ingredients, but the portion was laughable. A 2 oz portion of chicken with some fresh veggies were served on a gargantuan, thick, cold dinner plate. Food started hot, but was ice cold a couple bites into my meal. Soup was decent, but the cup was barely half full. I smell a failing restaurant trying to improve profits by reducing portions. Not worth a revisit. Plenty of competition close by. read more

My boyfriend and i are in town for a few weeks visiting his mother , we decided we wanted Chinese tonight, we were on the hunt for a restaurant and we found a Chinese restaurant and we're on the way to it and passed by this restaurant and decided to try it. We walked in and the lady at the front desk was very nice, the only reason i give this spot a two is because of the lady. The spot was clean though. My boyfriend ordered the sweet and sour chicken and fried rice but he asked for no vegetables in his rice , i ordered the orange chicken and fried rice WITH VEGETABLES, and lastly my boyfriends mother ordered the beef and broccoli with fried rice WITH VEGETABLES, we also got 3 strawberry smoothies and they were pretty pricey and in total all the food came out to $80:( We place it for takeout and was told it would be 30 minutes or so , waited for about an hour :( We got the food and went home , all of the fried rices had no vegetables, my orange chicken was soggy and plain , the sweet and sour sauce was watery?? and just all and all the food was just plain and not worth $80. Great customer service but the food was a no go and the smoothies were about the only good thing and they were not good enough to be $5 each. read more

I liked this place. But I didn't love it. I wanted to love it. The hubs and I both got pad thai. It was good. My biggest complaint was that they put everything on top of a piece of seaweed for presentation's sake. I hate the taste of seaweed. The food came out so piping hot that the seaweed flavor literally cooked into the pad thai, making a good part of it less than delicious. I would ask for no seaweed no matter what I order in the future. Had the spring rolls to start. Sort of disappointed. Ended up using the packaged duck sauce rather than the homemade plum sauce, which sort of lacked flavor. The owners were really sweet. The lunch specials looked like a great deal. I didn't know what I really wanted because I have never been there before and asked the employees what was good. I recall this place being pretty good, so might have to give it another shot. Came for lunch and ordered the basil fried rice and got the coconut soup. Starting things off the water wastes like sewer water. Soup was decent. Was warm and chicken had a strange texture to it. The fried rice required soy sauce and is nothing I would go out of my way to come here for. It lacked flavor and the basil was nothing more than a few pieces thrown in for decoration. The string beans were not cooked and the egg looked like it was just decoration. I will come back soon for dinner and update the review, but for now I am not as impressed as I was. read more

Fusion is located in a little strip center across from the newer constructed Waffle house off Braselton Hwy. They offer a mix of Thai, Chinese and Japanese flavors. Fusion is family owned and ran, the Chau's are great people and truly care about their guests. We frequently visit with our family and they always cater to our larger group. The sushi is always on point and fresh, the entrees are always great portions, flavorful and tasty. A few favorites of mine are: Pad See Ew and Lad Na. Their menu offers many many choices depending on what flavors you are craving. Desserts are always exceptional, they offer a 'fire and ice' style ice cream which comes out on fire, always a hit with the kids. The traditional mango and sticky rice is also one of my favs. The mango is juicy and the rice is just the right amount of sweet and comes out warm to complement the fruit. Parking is never a problem, the other businesses in the shopping center aren't usually open late so it leaves plenty of spaces. read more

My go to place once a week, family place, beyond incredible food, if you're one of these lame bougie reviewers talking about the ambiance of your table move yourself on to Longhorn or whatever chain you are clearly used to. Its quiet, kinda dark, intimate, if you don't get that keep it moving. Food is AMAZING every time - katsu curry, Panang chicken, general tsos, you can't go wrong.
