I am very disappointed with my last order. I order hair bundles for braiding; in which, I had some…read morehair left over from 2 previous orders. So, I just needed more to complete my style. When I received my hair, it was a different type of hair than what I had left over at home. Yet, the tag on the hair was the same. The hair was not as soft like the human hair that I had at home. I wet and put mousse on it to see if it waved up like my previous hair. It did not. It honestly did not feel like 100% human hair. Then, the thread was still at the top, so I could easily see that it was cut from a weft and then packaged to send. I've lost faith in this company, so I will proceed to order from elsewhere.
