Then he tells me that it will have to be pretreated and it costs just $15.00 extra. An hour later, I get a call from someone by the name of Candace who tells me the time. When I ask her who she is, she tells me her guy is doing the work. Get guy arrived and tells my friend it's going to be $200 for two rooms. My friend is devastated! She doesn't have the money. I showed this guy the Groupon price and he says well I'm just gonna pink up. My friend is beyond upset! I will be going to the atty General's office tomorrow and the better business bureau. We need zero stars here... Home is unoccupied. People were given code to get in the front door, and instead of following directions, they WENT THROUGH THE SIDE WINDOW AND BROKE INTO THE HOUSE LIKE ANIMALS. When I complained, they tried to gaslight me and say that he opened the door after I gave him the instructions again, which is a lie because he said he went through the side window himself, and that it was ok since they were already in. When I asked how they got in without the code, thinking maybe I left it unlocked, he said again that he went through the side window. There is no side window. He went through the gate, into the yard, and broke in through my dining room window. I said they could enter through the DOOR, NOT the window. After I said that my neighbor has security cameras so I would have proof that he was lying, he then says he did go through the window, but that the back window was open. I was JUST THERE 30ish minutes ago, to grab a trash can and the window was NOT open. Attached is a screenshot of my daughter saying that he told her the same thing. HE WENT THROUGH THE WINDOW. I agreed and made the appointment for Sept 11th between 8 and 10 I waited and called. At 11 I reached them by phone and they said they were an hour away and finishing a job. They told me they would be there in 2 hours. I tried contacting them until 5 that afternoon. They never showed or responded to me. Poor customer service! I scheduled an appointment and they never came. I understand unforeseen circumstances, but they offered no accommodations or alternatives on the day of service. They left me waiting nearly 5 hours past the scheduled time. I even tried to reschedule, but proper confirmation wasn't given. Bought a Groupon for this company, was pleased with the efficient clean carpets. However, I had scheduled the cleaning to be done on February 27, and they showed up an entire week early on the 20th. This left me unable to move the furniture, so they just cleaned around big items in house. Additionally, the following day, I received a text message from the cleaner who was in my living space the prior day saying "Is it rude to say you have a nice body and you're very beautiful?" I am appalled - so unprofessional, considering I am a young female, home alone, and they have access to my apartment codes now. They charged me more for a "deep cleaning" than what their ad stated and I didn't notice until they left. The deep cleaning wasn't good because it still had stains that I removed the next day with Folex carpet spot remover. They also showed up late to the appointment and didn't notify until I contacted them. If you're going to be late, at least let the customers know ahead of time. read more

A good priced groupon not worth the chaos and scheduling mishaps due to worker error and lack of care I experienced. Even with scheduling a month in advance it was a nightmare. After showing up and thinking a portable cleaner was needed and calling me even though I said not to and gave my dad's number in advance, they left my home claiming to be back right away with the portable cleaner. Two hours later they never showed back up and after MY DAD reached out, not them, they confirmed I did indeed give them the information about my home, rescheduled the for following day after telling us they did not have time today and STILL tried to get out of the next day too due to being busy they claimed. They did show up LATE, the next day only to find they never needed the portable anyway that caused the rescheduling and still charged me extra for pet deodorizer with no offer for a discount, seeming apology for THEIR mistake, that my dad took of two days off of work now, or that my carpets would still be wet when family would be in town the next day. The carpets look fine and the cleaning was not what was wrong with it all, it was the awful communication and care. I would rather pay more for a company that respects my time and pays attention to the clear detailed instructions I gave for success on day one. read more

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I had my carpet and furniture cleaned on Wednesday 2/12/20. They cleaned 7 rooms with carpet, 2 area rugs, a sofa, loveseat and 2 living room chairs. The price was very reasonable and the job done was perfect. Everything looked like new. My white living room furniture was beautiful. My next project will be to clean and seal the tile and grout. They are the worst carpet cleaner didn't clean but thrown lots of water carpet all dirty never use them and it takes three days to dry carpet they use pre treat laundry detergent powder with tons of water but carpet dirty just like prior to clean no different. I unfortunately did not have a great experience as the other reviews on here. From my experience this company is unprofessional, they do not stick to their scheduled times (which forced me to reschedule), the tech had to "find" water to clean my carpet, left a huge water mess in my condo's garage, dirtied my door with handprints, the carpet tech was not in a uniform and the carpet looked worse after it dried. There was also a lot of miscommunication between the owner and the carpet tech and they seemed to have played the "blame game" with each other. With everything that happened I did not feel comfortable for Fusion to come back to fix everything so I asked for a refund. After the owner was giving me excuses, was being unprofessional, arguing with me and stating I was unreasonable for requesting a refund he finally agreed to a full refund. I was told I would receive the refund through Venmo but as of today I still have not received it. I also received text messages and calls from the owner Adrian and his carpet tech stating not place any bad reviews on Yelp or Google. This made me feel very uncomfortable. I ended up hiring another carpet cleaning company, Ace Building Maintenance and the company made the carpet look amazing, fully removed the stain I had on the carpet, and the techs that came had on uniforms, acted professional, they used corner guards, didn't leave a mess and were 15 minutes early to their scheduled time. Found them through Groupon, but called them first to see when they would have appointments available. They were able to come out the next day, what was great! I didn't purchase the Groupon, even though there was a 30% additional discount that day. What was $59 minus the 30% I believe. The guy came, worked super fast, and the carpet appeared to be clean and stains are gone. Since he worked so fast, I ask him what happened when the carpet driest and is not clean enough. Without hesitation he says that he would of course come back. I gave him $80 in cash, because I believing in tipping someone for they service. That same night after it was dry, and the light was turned on, I could see stains all over. I took pictures and send them to the guy, and ask him what are we going to do about them. He said he will be back Monday morning at 8 am. After waiting to hear from him, even though I have been texting him all morning. He calls me at noon and said if he can come now. I just put the baby down, I told him he could come in an hour. He said it's probably better if he could comeTuesday at 8:30am, and I agreed.! Tuesday's morning comes, and of course I do not year from him all day. He calls me in the afternoon and said he was very sorry, he has been very busy and he promised to be at my house on Wednesday now at 8 am. It is almost 4pm and I have not heard from him. I been texting him, and phone calls are directed to his non existing voice mail box. This is my first written review lol. I know it long. I would not recommend Fusion carpet cleaning. The owner was very kind when setting up over the phone, I found them on HomeAdvisor. The technician who showed up reeked of weed, tried to up sale price from what I was told over phone, plus left our driveway a mess and did not attach our water hose the way he got it. I left a review on HomeAdvisor, but they must approve all reviews before posting, and because they get a cut of every booked job, I doubt it will be seen by anyone using HomeAdvisor looking for a carpet cleaner.
