I'm surprised this place has really good reviews. The salmon roll has really old raw fish. The hibachi steak was overcooked, dry, and old. We ordered a Stella and they came back with an Ultra. The waiter also grabbed the mouth of the bottle and then realized it was still half full and put it back down... extremely unsanitary during this time. They also don't bring the food out on time. The waiter said, "I bring it to you as they give it to me." I expect I will be sick tonight. read more

I am giving them 2 stars because I usually get one of the curry options and they are always delicious. I'm never disappointed with them. Today I decided to change it up a bit and I ordered some spring rolls and a sushi combo. Whatever you do, PLEASE do not order sushi from Fusion. It IS NOT fresh by any means. Just the smell of it was unbearable. I ordered via Waitr and when I complained, the customer support rep told me that they called Fusion and the chef said that the fish was fresh from today. I know what fresh fish tastes like. This was not it. So that was a lie. Just please be cautious when dining here. read more

This place is a hidden gem in a haystack of mediocre chain restaurants. We love going there for lunch and dinner. They have great food and a wide, eclectic range of menu options. Egg rolls, sushi, Thai food, habachi, soups and Many other choices! You won't be disappointed. read more

Food okay. Service horrible..... We walk into a nearly empty restaurant and no one is available to seat us for nearly 5 minutes. We are seated and the waiter takes our drink orders, but we had to ask for straws 4 times before he finally brings them 15 minutes later. The waiter forgets to put in our kids fried rice order until after the food is delivered and then he brings us a giant bowl of chicken fried rice and informs us there is no kids chicken fried rice. After all of these mistakes the waiter insists that we have to pay full price even though he messed up the order. We ask to see the manager and the waiter informs us that there is no manager. With this quality of service I nearly believe him. I will never return. read more

The food is alright, quality is alright, service is alright. Price is similar to hokkaido, so if you're in the mood for sushi or hibachi I would recommend that you just go to hokkaido since it's right across the street. One upside is that this place has Thai food, and I think it might be the only place in the area that has it, so if you want Thai go here. Anything else I recommend Hokkaido. read more

I have been to Fusion, many times. I start off with Thai tea. Since, I don't drink sugar in my drinks, they can manage the amount you want. I love their curry dishes. Each curry dish, has a different heat level. The spicier the better, for me. Yes, they have pad Thai for the beginners. As a vegetarian, I am able to substitute meats for tofu. I have had a negative experience with the Madison location every time I've dined in, carried out, or ordered online. When dining in, the service is horrendous. The waiter has no personality and is not deserving of the 20% tip always left. However, tonight's experience tops the cake ensuring they have lost a customer for good and Flowood's location has gained one. I made an online order through Menufy. I order ended up totaling $41.52 with a $1.50 convenience charge added for making an online order part of my order was The Bomb sushi roll (includes spicy mayo on top); however, I always enjoy having a little extra added as they are stingy on the spicy mayo. So I specified at the end to include a spicy mayo. On my way to pick up my order, I received the notification attached. These f*ers have charged my card a second time for 0.54! Seriously, $0.54!! On a $40 order, they charged my card $0.54! Petty much? I chose the option to give a cash tip. Typically, tips are deserved (I.e. waiting the table, special instructions on a complicated, large catering order, deliveries, etc.)... not on a pick up order when i literally picked up my own bag at the door. However, I typically ALWAYS leave a 15-25% tip for online orders. Today though? It was my last straw with this restaurant. The food is amazing!! Do not get me wrong. The customer service? Utter crap. I did not leave a tip as it was not deserved. $0.54 debit card transaction? Take that as your tip. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Absolutely love this place. Best Thai in town. The Pork Udon is to die for and the Shrimp Tom Yom soup may be the best soup in the metro area. Super sweet employees, as well. Sometimes they can be a little slow, but totally worth it. read more

Delicious Thai food! My husband and I went here for a lunch date and had a great experience. The soup appetizer is really delicious, especially if you enjoy spicy foods. I love spicy and ordered the garlic and pepper chicken medium (should've done hot!) and used the pepper sauces on the side to spice it up. Yall, it was so good. My husband ordered the ginger delight with chicken and he also really enjoyed his, but regretted not getting medium or hot. Still tasted amazing! Our waiter was sweet, too. Second trip to the Madison location. The food is just as good as the Flowood location. The service, well, make the trip to Flowood if you have the time. So I phone in an order for 2 satay, vege spring roll, pad thai, and a couple of curries. When I come in I get 3 orders of pad thais and no satay. When discussing this with the owner, he insists I wanted 3 pad thais. I like noodles but not that much. He corrected it, but only after a few under handed insults about my speaking skills. Oh. Well. Just finished eating here and it was delicious. I had the massaman curry. It was perfect what I really liked also is that the vegetables were done perfectly, not soggy. I also enjoyed the sauces with the spring rolls and the satay chicken. If I lived around here, I would be there often. While I can't speak to the Japanese section of the menu, I love the Thai section. My favorite dish is their Massaman Curry, but I haven't been disappointed by anything their. Their heat levels are a bit different from another Thai restaurant in the area, so the first time I ordered 'Hot' it was too much for me. However over the past several months I've gotten quite used to the spiciness. They have started adjusting their spice levels for me, so when I am told 'you have been warned' when giving me my food, I know that it is going to be great. read more

Well, just picked up my to go order at Madison location (sushi only)gave them 15-20 minutes they requested and my order was ready but sushi was unusually warm. What I ordered was raw not cooked so it shouldn't have been warm. In all fairness the taste was simply off! Just didn't taste right. Plus I explicitly requested extra ginger in great detail and that was left off my order. When I called to simply let them know ginger was left off( didn't tell them sushi was off in taste plus warm)..The person I spoke to apologized. He remembered I had indeed ordered extra ginger. The restaurant knew it was my first time trying their food as I told them that when I ordered. I have been eating sushi for 20+ years. Needless to say I'm disappointed. read more

This place looks really good. You have the whole Japanese and Taiwanese mix of foods, and you also have signs for bubble tea posters on the door, yeah, I'm so excited to get in here and eat this food. First thing, our waiter sits us down and asked for our drink orders. I say "I will take a bubble tea and a water," and he immediately says "we no longer serve bubble tea!" I found this strange since I saw a poster for this as soon as I walk in. He gives me and my friend ONE napkin when he brings our drinks. When our food comes out, which I will have to give them credit for, was very good. I asked for some more napkins, and he brought ONLY ONE more. The entire atmosphere made me want Mexican food. read more
