This place is horrible in customer service. I had an interaction with Nancy to get my son's fifa panini book spiral bounded. Nancy right away came off rude and condescending. She told me she would most likely cut into the collectible stickers, although there was almost an inch of room for the spiral bound. When I asked her to show me how much they would cut, she continued to say she couldn't tell me but that they would most likely cut into the stickers although you don't need more than an inch for the spiral bound. It was almost like she was assuring me she would damage the book. I asked her if there was anybody else that could help me, she said she was the lead and if I didn't "trust" her I can go to the San Bernardino store. That was enough for me to leave, I asked for her name and corporate number. She said her name was Nancy, and when I asked again for corporate number she walked away and said "google it". I asked her again for the number since I didn't have my phone on me, she repeated "I said Google it". There was another associate behind her, i said are you able to help me, she said "No" so quick and didn't even look at me. I said can I get your name as well, she ignored me, I asked twice and got nothing. Nancy came back in and I asked her for her coworkers name, she refused to give it to me. I informed her as a lead she shouldn't allow her associate to provide horrible customer service as well. She finally said her name was Alyssa but I'm 100% sure she was lying. This was Friday 06/26 around 1pm, she was African American with braids. I will be calling her store manager as well as corporate. I went to the FedEx Office store in Riverside off Magnolia on 11/20/25 at about 5:40pm. The three ladies working in the store were so helpful and friendly. I needed some documents binded for an upcoming interview. I originally took the packets to UPS, but unfortunately they did not know how to use their machine properly and damaged my documents. The ladies that helped me at FedEx fixed the mistake made by UPS and made my documents look great. They did so quickly and the cost was way cheaper than at UPS. I am a happy customer! read more

Great quick and fast service! The entire staff is was friendly. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked what I needed help with.

CHECK, CHECK, CHECK THEIR WORK! I went in to send two cashiers checks totaling $65,000+. Each check was put in a separate envelope and sent to two different addresses. When the clerk put them in envelope she laid both envelopes in front of her. The labels printed and she affixed them to the envelopes. I looked at her and asked she put the labels on the right envelopes since the envelopes were closed. She said yes because they came out in order. Needless to say, she was wrong and I was pissed at myself for not pressing my concerns. The checks each went to the wrong location. This prompted me to have to do a stop payment on both checks, wait 3 days for that to clear, and get two new checks sent out. The new checks never got sent out though because it took me a week to figure out what happened in the first place. Because of the time delay, the deal I had closed fell through. Opportunity lost because of unprofessional work. To make matters worse, when I went in to KINDLY ask for a refund of the $100+ I spent in overnighting these checks, I was told that Fedex did nothing wrong because the envelopes go to their labeled destination. When I explained that the checks had been mislabeled I was essentially told "prove it" and given a number to customer service who, get this, sent me back to the store to complain! read more

Giving a one star review since Maria was just really rude. Really bad customer service overall. Idk if she was in a bad mood or what. I felt uncomfortable just being there because I could feel that she didn't want to help me. So I felt rushed and if I was bothering her. I only went in to ship something. Less than 5 min. This location has some of the rudest employees that I've ever encountered. I went there Tuesday night to ship some packages. The associate who was going to be the one helping me, was absolutely rude, condescending and was just so flat out awful I drove across the parking lot and paid wayyyyyyyy higher rates at UPS just to deal with someone who acted like a human being. Fedex may be significantly cheaper than ups however, you get what you pay for. Ups is right across the way in the parking lot by the WF. I advise you go there.. where you'll be treated like a decent human being. read more

I had a picture I wanted printed on canvas, I call they gave me the email address, once I sent it I asked if they had received my email, I was informed no they had not, but they would call me when the did, no one ever called. I called about an hour later and was told they had printed it but they had not finished the frame. It would be finished the next day. But it looked "OK" . The Reason I needed to talk with them was I down loaded the picture from a place on line called istock, the picture had a water mark of the istock logo, I called istock to find out how I could get the picture without the water mark or logo on it. They told me on my phone it will show but on a computer it will not. But that's why I wanted to talk to the people at FedEx printing. To make sure the logo or watermark was not there. So go to pick it up and sure enough the water mark is there and they said I could not get a refund. So I had to pay for another printing. All they should have done was to tell me the water mark or logo was there before they printed it as I had asked them to do and they said they would call.. they never called now I have a $120.00 canvas print that I can not use. I would never use this or recommend anyone to use this crappy location again read more

Sent fragile custom piece pottery for them to ship and they packed it worse than I could have had my dog do, no bubble wrap, pottery pieces stacked within one another with no packaging in between. It obviously shows that the person packing this fragile pottery has absolutely no care or concern. Over half of it broke upon arrival, very disappointed. read more

I re routed a package to this FedEx location since I was going to be out of town. When I went to pick it up. I remember why I do not use Fed Ex Fax machine broken and store needs maintenance. A big line of customer waiting , Nathan and Mary were at the counter. Also a guy without uniform. I assume the manager. They were extremely slow and the manager left even when there was a big line. Nathan and Mary were not rude, but somewhat impersonal. Next time I hope they send my package via UPS. When I go to the UPS store they are pretty fast. Even receiving all the Amazon returns. This place needs lots of maintenance, better training and better management to make sure customers are taken care of pretty quick read more

Terri went above and beyond in helping me with documents I had to print. I called in, had a few questions and Terri took her time with me. She genuinely sounded eager to help, Terri suggested different avenues on how I could minimize the file size for the documents I needed to print. Because of her helpful suggestions, I was able to bring the file size down from 118 files to only 30 files!!! That saved me money and the files were easier to work with because of the reduced size (less paper, & able to email the smaller file!) I'm super grateful for all her help! read more

This location is always busy but kept clean, well-stocked and is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable people ALWAYS willing to help. There are no less than 4 computer terminals available for rent even during the pandemic and even at peak hours, the lines move at a fast clip to service shipping and printing needs. Every staff member should be acknowledged here, but speaking personally, my Gold Star goes to Ms Terri!! In my opinion, she is epitomizes and defines the term "leader to follow". I am a high ranking corporate officer for a MAJOR international company, and despite the size and success of my employer, I can only imagine how we would thrive all the more if all our management embodied her spirit and ethic!! From the minute I submitted my print request online to the minute I picked up my order, the service was EXCELLENT! I had 2 separate rush orders and both were handled with ease and fantastic customer service. Glen was my first point of contact in taking my request. He was kind and very easy to work with. Even though my commercial order was extremely large and my requests were rush orders, everyone at that location assisted in getting my order completed with no hesitation. Alexis and Desiree went above and beyond with completing my order quickly and provided excellent customer service. Both requests were completed before the estimated time, doesn't get any better than that if you ask me. I am very appreciative for all of their hard work and will absolutely being coming back and referring anyone who needs print services to go to this location. Fed Ex used to be my go to shipper. Now they are my stay away from shipper. I can't imagine putting anyone thru what I am going thru waiting for a delivery. 2 packages, identical, from the same merchant were supposed to be here yesterday. I receive a message of delay one day... that's okay. Today, after them not arriving between 10:10 a.m. and 2:10 p.m., I call. Turns out they are on 2 different trucks, one delayed until Monday. Today is Friday. The were scheduled for Thursday. On top of it all, the package allegedly coming today could be as late as 8 p.m. This is a delivery to my place of business that closes at 5 p.m. I only imaging it is going to get worse before it gets better. I will not ship Fed Ex and will dread it when any merchant chooses them to ship to me. Awful. ...just for the record, previously FedEx has left packages at my home literally in the street and once, far from my house, in the middle of my property, which is 3 acres. I had to pay $1.90 for a cut on a single set of paper 12×18. First of all Eugene said the cutter was broken at this location. Ok, I usually go to the Corona location. The cutting machine is available at no charge there. I only had one sheet of paper to cut. Eugene said, it would be a buck however, once I got it cut I was told it would cost $1.90. I will NOT be going to this location again. Fedex get it together why would you charge $1.90 for something that is usually FREE. I could see if I had several sheets...one sheet really? I walked in to this establishment at 5:55pm on Sunday I needed some documents printed up would have took less than that but the gentleman says if I can't do it on time I'll have to leave cause they lock the doors at 6:00 pm I asked him if he would give me a couple of minutes and he said no I thought that was rude and not professional because of that I now couldn't get the documents printed up and the personal trouble this employee caused me has affected my personal well being 5/15/22 5:55pm please to whom it may concern prevent this from happing to other customers need to hire better employees he just wanted to go home he obviously don't care about the business that employed him poor customer service read more

Okay, try to follow me here. My mission: go to FedEx Office, connect to the internet on my laptop, download from my email a PDF, print it, sign the docs, then I have to fax or scan to the company asking for docs. (Before you ask, all my office stuff is in storage, I am moving out of state.) Here's how it went: Connect to their internet: broken, won't connect. Workstation: swipe my credit card, slow as molasses, but I am able to download my doc. Saved on my USB drive. Swipe my cc, printed the docs using their printer. Sign the docs. Go back to their workstation, swipe my cc. No option to scan. I have to use their "design" login. $1.00 wasted. Logout. Workstation won't load. Use the next one over. Swipe my cc, now using the "design" tier. Look to my left, no scanner. Christ. Original workstation finally goes back online, swipe my cc. Login into design tier. Scan the doc. Horrible, horrible quality. The scan came out pixelated. It's a f**king PDF! $2 more down the drain. Okay, let's try faxing. Now we're in the stone age, but whatever gets the job done. Swipe my cc. Finally after all this it faxed my docs. $7. Because it was a long distance number. Wait, what??? Who charges for long distance anymore??? Beyond belief. So when all was said and done, $11. Only to print, sign, and send back my signed docs. This is my last trip to any FedEx Office. The people who work there are nice but their infrastructure is 1998.
