She cleaned, made a few tweaks, did a test patch and it was perfect again. turns out I had the embroidery bobbin inserted from the previous owner.. I ended up getting the correct one and I'm so glad I did because once I got home, I couldn't find the regular bobbin. New to sewing, so still learning my sewing machine!
