I went to Fusion Hydration Room in San Clemente this week for what would have been my third IV infusion to help with severe dehydration from ongoing stomach issues. My doctor confirmed the medical need and I scheduled the appointment a day in advance. After making me wait 45 minutes, the staff told me they would not provide the treatment. No explanation was given as to why this wasn't communicated before my appointment. Out of concern, I called Hydration Room in Laguna Niguel and they confirmed there would be no problem providing the treatment since it was medically necessary. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and poor service at Fusion Hydration Room, especially when dealing with a serious health need. read more

The staff was very educated and informative about which hydration package I should receive. After being on the Eaton Fire for the first 24hr operational period, to say the least I needed some detox and a little immune boost. The staff member, Nicole was very helpful on which package I would benefit most from. The treatment only took 30 min, I received 1000ml of lactated ringers with some added vitamin love and an extra vitamin D shot in the arm to finish it off. I can't say enough how much I appreciated the service and I highly recommend this for anyone who needs some extra immune support or if you're just not feeling well for some reason and want a boost to your already taxed body! This place is wonderful! I had my second IV therapy experience with Cassie who was also WONDERFUL she was so nice and thoughtful when trying to find my fickle veins. The setting is relaxing with comfortable lounge chairs and soothing spa music. The drip menu is big and they can customize to your need. I was happy to see they are very conscientious and followed sanitary protocols. The best part of going to this place though is how great you feel walking out the door after a treatment. I had never tried an IV or injection for wellness and then I stumbled upon Fusion Hydration, a new Wellness Salon conveniently located at one of my go-to outdoor strip malls in San Clemente. I was lured in by the cleanliness, warmth but at the same time sterility it exuded. Was a bit nervous to try, but the registered nurse, Brian, was so extremely informative, professional, kind and patient, he completely put me at ease and I went from cynical to excited about my first treatment. I wasn't sure what I wanted to accomplish, but with Brian's complete knowledge he pointed me into the right direction. Still skeptical if I would see or feel a difference, I waited the 25 minutes for the IV to drain and I seriously couldn't believe how energized I felt! I could actually see a difference in my skin that evening! I know you have choices for this sort of treatment but I would have never tried this has it not been for the pure knowledge and professionalism of RN Brian and the beauty and cleanliness of the salon. They walked me through every step of the way and it was absolutely painless. As a fitness professional and a toddler mom I am constantly tired. I had COVID for 4 days and felt absolutely dreadful. Four days in my symptoms were difficulty swallowing, heavy cough, and body/mind pain and fatigue. I was in a bed or resting for most of those 4 days. I also wasn't eating very much as a result. I was barely sleeping since I had to almost be sitting up because of the coughing. At that point I was looking at weeks of recovery I'm sure of it. My wife also had symptoms of Covid but unlike me she went here to get an IV and it never fully materialized for her. So I tried the same after 4 days of severe symptoms and I kid you not my symptoms were drastically reduced within an hour - I couldn't believe it. My raw throat wasn't raw any longer. My cough had subsided. I felt alert and energized, I slept flat that night without any issues. It's now been about 2 days and I've been waiting for the symptom severity to return but they have not. I was running errands and playing with my daughter in the pool the very next day. I now have what I would call a very minor cough at this point. Next time the first sign of symptoms I'll be visiting. When I was at the shopping center, I noticed there was a new business that just opened called Fusion Hydration. I was curious so I went inside and was impressed with the overall "vibe". The decor is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. I've never tried an injection or IV to make me feel better. I'm a healthy, super senior--80 plus; but I'm not opposed to trying something to boost my energy. They have an extensive menu of IV's and infusions, but what's great they can customized the treatment to fit your needs. They also have a membership plan that can save you money.
