although I do like coming here and the services they do offer I don't really comprehend why a 45 minute vitamin drip gets pushed in 20 minutes. There is absolutely no way for your body to actually absorb any of these vitamins when forced through in 20 minutes when it's supposed to be 45. I don't really understand why half of the nurses also are completely unsanitary and wear one glove. I find it disgusting. nobody should be administering an IV or taking one out with a Barenaked dirty hand. It also shouldn't be $200 for them to cram you in and push you out in 20 minutes when the website clearly states 45 minute vitamin drip. read more

The jury is still out as far as how this made me feel last Saturday. I have a big bruise on my arm! I felt bloated probably from the two bags of fluid. I would probably try it again sometime, I think it's a great place to get hydrated! read more

From the check in receptionist to Madison my nurse, the entire experience was lovely. Madison went about and beyond to make me comfortable and she was a wealth of knowledge as well. She explained every step and each benefit of what I was getting! The studio is clean and beautiful and I had the pleasure of experiencing the private room. Madison the AWESOME nurse at the DP Hydration Room...I have to yelp her because she is a master at putting IV needles in!! It was completely painfree and quick! Shes also so sweet which was great too! Also Kenley who helped book my appt was a doll too! First time patient, checking in was easy and liked the pre-call from the RN to check my medical history. That was reassuring. Extremely clean and very well laid out, privacy if you want, it or just relax in the main area. Made very comfortable. The whole process was very pleasant from start to finish. I didn't give it a 5 because of the following small peeves : I was a new patient and not offered my free Vit.B shot which I saw splashed all over the screens. Front desk wasn't exactly beaming with enthusiasm but nice enough. No masks were worn, TBH I know everyone feels 'Covid' is over but it isn't, and this is the sort of place those suffering with flu/colds would go. I thought the staff would at least wear masks. I wasn't given any written literature on the process or what the infusion consisted of. I'd like to have known a full list of what's being pumped in. Yes I could have asked but presumed this was part of the 'consult'. (An observation not a complaint. ) Cannot yet comment on the effects as it been less than 24hrs , that said, I feel a LOT better than when I came in. :-) I also felt my daughter in law who came with me hadn't had her anxiety about needles and procedure well addressed. That's a Mama Bear instinct but nonetheless I thought to mention. A little more TLC for those who fear needles should have been given. Came in today after coming down with Covid about a week ago. I had extreme body's hes, fatigue, and quite possibly the worst headache I've ever had. Both the front desk staff and nurse (I wish I could remember her name, she was so sweet!) we're comforting and kind. Sabrina put myself, my jays and and mother in law in a private room, gave us some hot tea with honey, and let us relax. The nurse did a great job administering our IVs (unfortunately for both my MIL and I we needed two attempts and had to have the IVs hooked up to our hands - which wasn't our nurses fault at all, but painful regardless). Most importantly we all feel considerably better already. I had never tried IV therapy before but will absolutely keep this in mind going forward. A wonderful experience and a solid idea for anyone sick (with Covid or otherwise). read more

I am recovering from a surgery and have found it so difficult staying hydrated. I started feeling really unwell so I made an appointment on Hydration Room's website which was super simple. I came in the next day and two ladies working there were extremely kind and helpful. Once the first got my iv all setup I was able to go into a private room and watch a movie while going through the hydration process. They offer you water, tea, and almonds as well, overall I highly recommend. I definitely plan on going at least monthly especially while I am going through this healing process. read more

I had been fighting off a cold for 3 days. Really started feeling bad on Friday and Saturday was NYE. Busy day at work and looking forward to fun in the evening. I didn't want to be sick on Saturday so I went to Hydration Room for the cold and flu IV therapy. Very friendly staff, clean and well decorated rooms and an overall great experience. 30 minutes in the chair, went home and napped for 30 minutes. Woke up feeling great. I think this hydration room has good products and friendly employees however, the fact that they do not cover lunch time is highly inconvenient for customers. I drive almost 40 miles to come and the last 2 times I've been told they are "getting ready to close for lunch" at 11:30 am so are unable to do an IV treatment. Most times it takes about 20-25 minutes to do an IV so I'm not sure why they would not be able to do a treatment - especially when no other customers are even there? I am disappointed and will be looking for somewhere closer to my house in the future... read more
